Abstract China has become the largest energy producer and consumer in the world. Its carbon emissions account for 80% of its total carbon emissions, while the carbon emissions caused by energy consumption in the power industry account for more than 50%. To ensure that the 2030 carbon-peak and 2060 carbon-neutral targets are achieved, it is imperative to carry out low-carbon energy transformation in the power industry. The paper compares and analyzes the technical level of six high-energy-consuming industries: power, steel, cement, aluminum smelting, petrochemical industry, and coal chemical industry in terms of low carbon. The results show that the structural adjustment of China's high-energy-consuming industries has reached the upper limit, and the low-carbon transformation of power and energy has become inevitable. The carbon emissions of China's six regional power grids are statistically analyzed. The background of the power generation proportion of China's thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, wind power, solar power and other different energy systems from 2018 to 2020 is analyzed, and the development trend is predicted. The low-carbon emission path of power energy is proposed. Based on the EnergyPLAN model, the power energy structure of carbon peaking in different scenarios from 2020 to 2030 is constructed, and the power energy system's carbon dioxide emission reduction paths under different scenarios are obtained. The sustainability impact of different power generation combination scenarios is comprehensively evaluated using the multi-index evaluation method, and the optimal path of the power system to energy scenario is selected. The research conclusion provides a basis for the power sector's renewable energy power generation path selection.

Abstract Trench gate field termination IGBT represents the latest structure of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT). Because the internal current of IGBT includes the charging and discharging current of gate capacitance and internal junction capacitance during switching transient, the influence of junction capacitance should be considered. The conductive channel of trench gate structure is different from that of planar gate structure, and the analysis method of junction capacitance using planar gate structure will inevitably bring some deviation. Based on the characteristics of trench gate structure, this paper analyzes the different expressions of internal gate-drain junction capacitance in two cases according to whether the base depletion layer can be widened to cover the trench gate, and finally carries out simulation and experimental verification.

Abstract Trench gate structure represents the latest structure of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT). Because there are great differences in model analysis coordinate system and carrier transport between trench gate structure and planar gate structure, the modeling method using planar gate structure will inevitably have great deviation. Based on the characteristics of trench gate structure and model analysis coordinate system, the base region is divided into PNP and PIN by considering the two-dimensional effect of carriers. According to whether the trench of PIN part can be covered by depletion layer of PNP part, the specific base region current is analyzed. Finally, simulation and experimental verification are carried out.

Abstract Objective To investigate whether CIRC_0044235 targeting miR-574-5p could affect the levels of chondro-cyte apoptosis, oxidative stress and inflammatory factor expression induced by interleukin (IL)-1β. Methods The cells were divided into control group, IL-1β group, transfected with pcDNA, pcDNA-CIRC_0044235, anti-miR-NC, anti-miR-574-5p, pcDNA-CIRC_0044235+miR-NC, pcDNA-CIRC_0044235+miR-574-5p, interfere with IL-1β. RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression of CIRC_0044235 and miR-574-5p in cell. Flow cytometry and Western blot were used to detect apoptosis and the expression of related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax, respectively. Colorimetry was used to superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity were detected, and ELISA was used to detect the levels of IL-6 and IL-10. A dual-luciferase reporter assay was used for examining the targeted binding of CIRC_0044235and miR-574-5p.Results Compared with the control group, the expression of CIRC_0044235, the expression of Bcl-2 protein, the activity of SOD and the content of IL-10 in chondrocytes in the IL-1β group were decreased (P<0.05), while the expression of miR-574-5p and the rate of apoptosis were decreased (P<0.05). Bax protein expression, LDH activity and IL-6 content all increased(P<0.05). Compared with IL-1β group or pcDNA intervention group, CIRC_0044235 expression, Bcl-2 protein expression, SOD activity and IL-10 content in chondrocytes of pcDNA-CIRC_0044235 group increased, while miR-574-5p expression, apoptosis rate, Bax protein expression, LDH activity and IL-6 content decreased (P<0.05). CIRC_0044235 targeted miR-574-5p. miR-574-5p expression, apoptosis rate, Bax protein expression, LDH activity and IL-6 content in chondrocytes of anti-miR-574-5p group were all lower than those found in anti-miR-NC group. Bcl-2 protein expression, SOD activity and IL-10 content were higher than those in anti-miR-NC group (P<0.05). miR-574-5p expression, apoptosis rate, Bax protein expression, LDH activity and IL-6 content in chondrocytes of ...

Abstract At the current time of writing, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) has awarded American infrastructure a grade of D+, meaning poor and at risk. Part of the reason for the low grade is due to the rapid deterioration of structural integrity and the inability of most places to safely meet future demands. Deficiencies in these areas may be remediated by advancements in structural health monitoring (SHM) technologies that provide sensing systems to automatically and economically diagnose structural integrity. In a sense, SHM technologies will help pave the way to intelligent structures that are able to detect damage by themselves and even warn occupants of any danger due to impending structural failure. Engineering sensors and developing smart algorithms for SHM often involves the close collaboration of a surprisingly large breadth of specialties. In this book, we have collected a thin but representative slice of the most recent research in SHM, and hope that the reader will gain an inspiring view of today's research landscape and a notion of what is to come

Abstract Intestinal stem cells (ISCs) are known for their remarkable proliferative capacity, making them one of the most active cell populations in the body. However, a high turnover rate of intestinal epithelium raises the likelihood of dysregulated homeostasis, which is known to cause various diseases, including cancer. Maintaining precise control over the homeostasis of ISCs is crucial to preserve the intestinal epithelium's integrity during homeostasis or stressed conditions. Recent research has indicated that nutrients and metabolic pathways can extensively modulate the fate of ISCs. This review will explore recent findings concerning the influence of various nutrients, including lipids, carbohydrates, and vitamin D, on the delicate balance between ISC proliferation and differentiation.

Abstract The construction and operational costs of drainage projects are high. Traditional construction management models impose significant financial pressure on the government and reduce stakeholder motivation. Within the market-oriented development context, reforming the construction management model is crucial for breaking the current predicament. This research establishes a framework for the market-oriented construction management model for drainage projects and constructs a behavioral strategy evolutionary game model involving government, drainage management companies, and pollution discharge subjects. Through theoretical analyses and simulations, this research presents recommendations for the implementation of the market-oriented model. The research findings indicate that: (1) the market-oriented model is feasible both theoretically and practically. Pollution rights trading aids pollution discharge subjects in adapting to the market-oriented model. (2) Ensuring sewage charges remain within the interval [P
