Abstract This research attempted to clarify the clinical diagnostic value of combined detection of gastric function and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) serotyping in chronic gastritis and gastric cancer (GC). The 80 chronic non atrophic gastritis (CNAG) patients treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 received selection as the CNAG group. The 96 chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) patients diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology in the same period received selection as CAG group. During the same period, 50 patients diagnosed with GC received inclusion in GC group. Pepsin I (PG I), PG II (PG II), gastrin-17 (G-17) and Hp serotyping received detection and comparison in three groups. The diagnostic efficacy of PG Ⅰ, PG Ⅱ, G-17, the ratio of serum PG I to PG II (PGR), and Hp serotyping in chronic gastritis and GC received evaluation by receiver operating characteristic (ROC). Relative to in the CNAG group, PG I and PGR levels in the other two groups exhibited depletion (P < 0.05); no statistical significance was observed in the PG II level among the three groups (P > 0.05); relative to the CNAG group, the G-17 level in the other two groups exhibited elevation (P < 0.05). Total Hp positive rate was 61.06%, among which GC group exhibited the highest positive rate (72.00%), and type I Hp positive rate also exhibited the highest in GC group (60.00%). The type II Hp positive rate exhibited the highest in CNAG group (15.00%). The PG I and PGR levels in type I Hp positive patients exhibited depletion relative to those in type II Hp positive patients, whereas PG II and G-17 levels exhibited elevation. When testing each indicator alone, the area under the curve (AUC) of PG I exhibited the highest in CNAG group, which was 0.874. When testing each indicator alone, AUC of Hp typing exhibited the highest in CAG group, which was 0.515. When testing each indicator alone, AUC of G-17 exhibited the highest in GC group, which was 0.787. The performance of combined detection was better than that of individual detection, with AUCs greater than 0.9 in three groups. In conclusion, changes in PG I, PG II, PGR and G-17 levels and Hp serotyping can receive application as screening indicators for chronic gastritis and GC, which can reflect relevant status of gastric mucosa to varying degrees. Combined detection of indicators has higher diagnostic performance and can receive application as an auxiliary diagnostic indicator in addition to gastroscopy biopsy, providing a reference basis for the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.

Abstract With the development of The Times, the new curriculum reform is gradually promoted. Ideological and political course has become the key teaching goal in the current university curriculum, and also the teaching focus of the reform and innovation of the university curriculum system. As a public compulsory course for college students, college English course involves a large number of students and a long class hours. It is one of the main courses of development courses and ideological and political education. Ecological linguistics emphasizes the connection and connection between language and ecological environment, which has attracted the attention of the education industry in recent decades. As a language course, college English can be organically combined with ecological linguistics. Because language and its environment will interact, and language is the basis of social and cultural inheritance. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching level of college English, it is necessary to perfectly integrate ecological linguistics with ideological and politics of the course. However, in the current ideological and political teaching objectives of university courses, the integration of ecological linguistics has not been valued. According to the current background and the current classroom teaching mode of college English, this paper discusses the strategy of improving the ideological and political education level of college English courses under the guidance of ecological linguistics, in order to improve the current college English education system in China.

Abstract The reason why many enterprises can not achieve high growth is that their leadership and management strategic logic is still limited by the traditional management logic based on competition. However, in order to obtain sustained high growth, we must take customer value as the guidance and carry out value innovation, so as to make enterprises form lasting competitive advantages that are hard to imitate.

Abstract In the era of digital economy, accelerating the digital transformation of enterprises has become an inevitable trend. Facing new changes and new demands in the new era, the integration and innovation of the data industry is promoted to accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises and to develop informationbased products and services. It can develop targeted products and services on the basis of a clear understanding of user characteristics and needs. Only in this way can it stand on the strategic transformation of the enterprise, promote the integration of the enterprise into the industrial ecological reform, and promote the upgrading of internal management and external marketing. At the same time, this can also make enterprise production management risk controllable through the integration of digital information resources and the application of various digital technologies, and promote the overall upgrading and reform of enterprises. Based on this, this article will put forward some suggestions on how to promote the integration and innovation of the data industry based on the analysis of related concepts, characteristics and new needs in the digital economy era.

Abstract Viral infection triggers insect immune response, including RNA interference, apoptosis and autophagy, and profoundly changes the gene expression profiles in infected cells. Although intracellular degradation is crucial for restricting viral infection, intercellular communication is required to mount a robust systemic immune response. This review focuses on recent advances in understanding the intercellular communications in insect antiviral immunity, including protein-based and virus-derived RNA based cell-cell communications, with emphasis on the signaling pathway that induces the production of the potential cytokines. The prospects and challenges of future work are also discussed.

Abstract Background: The incidence of thyroid tumor is increasing, and preoperative diagnosis of hyalinizing trabecular tumor (HTT) is difficult.
Aim: To investigate the cytological features of HTT of the thyroid gland.
Settings and design: A retrospective observational study.
Materials and methods: Ultrasonography, preoperative needle aspiration cytology, postoperative histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and BRAF V600E gene test were performed in five patients with HTT to analyze the pathological characteristics of the patients and review the relevant literature.
Results: Four female and one male patients with HTT were recruited. Fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) showed bloodstained background tumor cells with multiple morphologies. The tumor cells exhibited ovoid nuclei, abundant cytoplasm, fine chromatin, nuclear crowding and overlapping, and small nucleoli. Focal nuclear pseudoinclusions and grooves were present. No papillary structures or psammoma bodies were observed. In all cases, tumor cells were radially distributed around the eosinophilic extracellular matrix. In 40% (2 in 5) of cases, trabecular patterns of elongated tumor cells were present, with their nuclei staggered along the longitudinal axis of tumor cells in the trabeculae. FNAC suggested two cases of HTT and three cases of papillary thyroid cancer. Post-operational biopsy indicated they were HTT cases.
Conclusion: HTT is a rare thyroid tumor with non-specific clinical manifestations. It can be misinterpreted as papillary thyroid carcinoma by FNAC. However, its cytomorphological traits are helpful in the diagnosis. In combination with FNAC, immunohistochemistry, and molecular testing, HTT can be accurately diagnosed.
