Abstract Based on the teaching design centered on “five bases” (i.e., the type-based teaching philosophy, concretization-based teaching objectives, theme-based teaching content, professionalism-based teaching strategies, and two-way-based teaching evaluation), the implementation of teaching innovation concerning ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges is mainly aimed at creating an online-offline mixed linkage pattern, and using the systematic thinking to carry out the teaching implementation process characterized by “four alls” (i.e., all-member problem investigation, all-around organization model, all-chain production-education integration, and all-process data analysis). On the whole, the implementation of the above-mentioned teaching innovation is committed to promoting the effective aggregation of element units with teachers and students as the common subject, as well as innovating and connecting resource carriers in series with theory as the axis. To this end, the global vision should be used to design the structure of the teaching ecosystem, plan the corresponding operation mode and assessment mechanism, and promote the dynamic and balanced operation of the curriculum teaching ecosystem, with a view to improving quality and enhancing efficiency as well as effectively serving the talent cultivation.

Title translation Attaching great importance to the scientific assessment of short stature in children.
Abstract Short stature is a common physical developmental abnormality in children. Without timely and accurate diagnosis, as well as early intervention, it can impose a heavy burden on the children and their families. There are numerous causes for short stature, and the diagnostic process essentially involves identifying its underlying causes. Based on a thorough understanding of the regular patterns of child physical development and the characteristics of individuals at high risk of short stature, a scientific definition of short stature needs to be established, along with standardized diagnostic and treatment protocols, to achieve early diagnosis or referral for short stature. Furthermore, it is necessary to enhance scientific awareness of short stature among parents and primary care pediatricians, in order to avoid over-treatment, missed diagnoses, and misdiagnoses arising from "misconceptions", and to improve the scientific assessment of short stature.

Abstract Despite the clinical success of tapered splined titanium stems, a knowledge gap still exists between spline design and its primary mechanical stability, which is critical to the long-term success of revision hip arthroplasty. Additionally, almost all published pre-clinical studies relied on resource-intensive benchtop and cadaveric testing. Hence, the present study developed a novel computational model to investigate effects of spline geometry and configuration on axial and torsional stability of tapered stem. Dynamic explicit Finite Element Analysis coupled with a state-of-the-art adaptive meshing technique was used to simulate the highly non-linear contacts and large bony material deformations. Hybridising primary straight splines with secondary angled splines results in 41% and 10% increases of peak insertion force and post-seating moment than the predicate device for the same seating position. The primary straight splines cut at multiple circumferential bony locations, enhancing torsional stability; while the alternatively placed secondary angled splines form wedges with the bone, providing reliable seating and additional torsional resistance. To the best knowledge of the author, this is the first in-silico investigation of its kind to simulate multi-strike seating and torsional resistance of revision hip stems, offering an effective and efficient platform for future multi-factorial parametric study and uncertainty quantification.

Abstract Background: Recent studies have highlighted the association between androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and the gut microbiota in prostate cancer. However, the impact of long-term ADT remains to be explored.
Methods: To examine changes in the gut microbial profile from short-term (a median of 7 months), and middle-term (a median of 18 months) to long-term ADT (>33 months), 16S rRNA data from 56 fecal samples were reanalyzed. Additionally, a two-sample Mendelian randomization was employed to investigate the relationships between particular microbial signatures and prostate cancer as well as testosterone levels.
Results: In contrast to the short- and middle-term ADT groups, the long-term ADT group had significant changes in alpha and beta diversity. In particular, the relative abundance of genera such as Catenibacterium and Holdemanella decreased in the long-term ADT group, whereas the opportunistic bacterium (Erysipelatoclostridium) and Ruminococcus gnavus showed increased abundance over ADT time. Moreover, a two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis revealed the negative associations between genetically predicated genera Coprobacter, Ruminococcaceae UCG002/011, and Defluviitaleacea-UCG-011, and testosterone levels.
Conclusions: In conclusion, long-term ADT use in prostate cancer patients was associated with detrimental changes in gut microbiota, including an increase in genera related to testosterone synthesis and opportunistic bacteria. These changes may be related to disease progression and side effects of long-term ADT while further longitudinal studies are required to prove this relationship.

Abstract This study aimed to compare the clinical effects of the Medis flexible laryngeal mask airway (FLMA) with those of the Ambu AuraFlex FLMA in pediatric ophthalmic surgery. A total of 80 patients, aged 1 to 5 years, in American Society of Anesthesiologists I-II, weighing ≥10 kg, and without any existing airway difficulties, were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into Group M (Medis FLMA) and Group A (Ambu AuraFlex FLMA). The time of insertion, number of attempts, finger assistance required, manipulation, oropharyngeal leak pressure (OLP), fiberoptic grade of view, and complications such as bloodstaining, hoarseness, and sore throat were recorded. Group M showed a significantly higher OLP than did Group A (P = .002); however, Group M required more finger assistance than did Group A (P = .009). There were no statistically significant differences between the 2 groups in terms of insertion time, number of attempts, manipulation, fiberoptic view grade, or complications. Both the Medis and Ambu AuraFlex FLMA can provide smooth ventilation during pediatric ophthalmic surgeries. The Medis FLMA showed a higher OLP than did the Ambu AuraFlex FLMA but required more finger assistance during insertion.

Abstract Knowledge sharing performance is very important to evaluate the interests of industry university research alliance. Firstly, this paper puts forward the index system of knowledge sharing performance evaluation of industry university research alliance. A BP neural network (BPNN) and a PSO-improved BP neural network (PSO-BPNN) are used to establish the evaluation model, and the accuracy of the model is evaluated. The prediction accuracy is evaluated by comparing the predicted value with the target value. Through comparative analysis, it is found that the performance evaluation model based on PSO-BP neural network has high accuracy and applicability, and is an effective method of alliance knowledge sharing performance evaluation.

Abstract Objective: To explore the characteristics of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) parameters in patients with high cervical spinal myeloma and the evaluation of postoperative spinal cord function.
Methods: In recent years, 42 patients with high cervical spine myeloma were selected as the observation group, and 42 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group during the same period. The apparent dispersion coefficient (ADC), the fractional anisotropy (FA), the number of fiber bundles (FT), and the fiber bundle ratio (FTR) were compared between the two groups. The correlation between the ADC, FA, FT, FTR, and the International Standard for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury (ISNCSCI) score in the observation group were analyzed. Spinal cord function was evaluated using the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Score (JOA). Logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the recovery of spinal cord function after surgery. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the value of ADC, FA, FT, FTR1, and FTR2 in predicting the recovery of spinal cord function.
Results: The ADCs of the lesion layer and lower layer of the observation group were higher than the middle and lower layers of the control group, the FA and FT were lower than the middle and lower layers of the control group, and FTR1 and FTR2 were lower than those of the control group (
Conclusion: The abnormal DTI parameter values of patients with high cervical spinal myeloma can better reflect the lack of spinal cord function, and they can effectively predict the recovery of the patient's body function after surgery, providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
