Abstract School bullying is a severe issue that accounts for a considerable proportion of juvenile delinquency. The increasing amount of research from different countries and ages related to school bullying shows various findings that confuse the public. As a result, this paper aims to review the leading causes and impacts of general school bullying that covers elementary children to high school students and school response to students’ bullying behavior. Regarding the bully, their behavior is associated with gender, grades, relationships, family, and other factors. Not only individual and environmental risk factors triggering the bullying are interpreted, but also the mental health problems and academic achievement influence of victims who suffered from bullying are revealed in the result.

Abstract It is well known that many chlorinated organic pollutants can be dechlorinated by nanoscale zero-valent iron. However, in the real chlorinated organic compounds contaminated soil, the congeners of high- and low-chlorinated isomer often coexist and their dechlorination behaviors are poorly known, such as hexachlorobenzene (HCB). In this work, the degradation behaviors of three coexisting chlorobenzene congeners pentachlorobenzene (PeCB), 1,2,4,5-tetrachlorobenzene (1,2,4,5-TeCB) and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene (1,2,4-TCB) and the influence of initial pH and reaction temperature on the dechlorination of HCB in HCB-contaminated soil by nanoscale zero-valent iron were studied. The amount and extent of accumulated coexisting chlorobenzenes was analyzed under different environmental conditions. The results indicate that nanoscale zero-valent iron can improve the degradation efficiency of highly toxic chlorinated benzenes and reduce the accumulative effects of highly toxic chlorinated benzenes on dechlorination of HCB. The accumulative effects of three coexisting chlorobenzene congeners on the dechlorination of HCB were ranked as follows: 1,2,4-TCB > 1,2,4,5-TeCB > PeCB.

Abstract English translation plays an important role in the development of science and technology and cultural exchanges. With the increase in translation volume, intelligent translation has become inevitable, but there is no effective solution for semantic translation in English translation. To provide an effective translation improvement scheme in English translation, this paper studies and analyzes the application of deep neural network in English translation semantic analysis. Based on a brief analysis of the research progress of English translation analysis and the current situation of neural network, a neural network translation architecture is established, and a deep neural network model for English translation analysis is proposed. Aiming at the problem of gradient disappearance in RNN model, the ability of Gru neural network to deal with long-distance translation is enhanced, and the computational complexity of Gru neural network is reduced. At the same time, a bi-directional Gru model is designed to translate according to the context. For some nonlinear translation, a deep neural network model based on part of speech sequence information is proposed to realize semantic analysis, and experiments are designed to test the translation effect of the neural network model. The simulation results show that the English translation based on deep neural network can improve the translation effect, reduce errors and improve the accuracy of semantic analysis of English translation, which has certain reference significance for improving the level of English translation.

Abstract The increasing use of social media has amplified the spread of false information. Yet little is known about the mnemonic consequences associated with exposure to different types of false information online. In two studies, we examined in a simulated online context how exposure to false information either central or peripheral in events affected memory.
