Abstract The research on the brain mechanism of creativity mainly has two aspects, one is the creative thinking process, and the other is the brain structure and functional connection characteristics of highly creative people. The billions of nerve cells in the brain connect and interact with each other. The hundreds of millions of nerve cells in the brain connect and interact with each other. The human brain has a high degree of complexity at the biological level, especially the rational thinking ability of the human brain. Starting from the connection of molecules, cells, neural networks and the neural function structure of the brain, it may be fundamentally impossible to study the rational thinking mode of human beings. Human's rational thinking mode has a high degree of freedom and transcendence, and such problems cannot be expected to be studied by elaborating the realization of the nervous system. The rational thinking of the brain is mainly based on the structured thinking mode, and the structured thinking mode shows the great scientific power. This paper studies the theoretical model of innovative thinking based on of category theory, and analyzes the creation process of two scientific theories which are landmarks in the history of science, and provides an intuitive, clear interpretation model and rigorous mathematical argument for the creative thinking. The structured thinking way have great revelation and help to create new scientific theories.

Abstract Fatty liver disease (FLD), which includes both non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and alcoholic fatty liver disease (ALD), is a worldwide health concern. The etiology of ALD is long-term alcohol consumption, while NAFLD is defined as an abnormal amount of lipid present in liver cells, which is not caused by alcohol intake and has recently been identified as a hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome (such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and obesity). Inflammation, oxidative stress, and lipid metabolic dysregulation are all known to play a role in FLD progression. Alternative and natural therapies are desperately needed to treat this disease since existing pharmaceuticals are mostly ineffective. The aldose reductase (AR)/polyol pathway has recently been shown to play a role in developing FLD by contributing to inflammation, oxidative stress, apoptosis, and fat accumulation. Herein, we review the effects of plantderived compounds capable of inhibiting AR in FLD models. Natural AR inhibitors have been found to improve FLD in part by suppressing inflammation, oxidative stress, and steatosis via the regulation of several critical pathways, including the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) pathway, cytochrome P450 2E1 (CYP2E1) pathway, AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) pathway, etc. This review revealed that natural compounds with AR inhibitory effects are a promising class of therapeutic agents for FLD.

Abstract This systematic review and evaluation aim to comprehensively overview current international advanced basketball specialized agility training methods. The primary objective is to analyze and synthesize existing literature, offering insights and guidance to enhance agility training levels specifically tailored for basketball players. Methods involved a systematic literature search using keywords like "Basketball," "Agility," and "Training" in major databases (PubMed, Web of Science, and EBSCO), covering studies from 2010 to 2022. Inclusion criteria focused on studies addressing advanced agility training methods for basketball players. Data extraction and analysis were conducted to identify key trends and outcomes. A total of 563 articles were initially identified, and after reviewing titles, abstracts, and full texts, 20 articles were ultimately selected, excluding those with inconsistent outcome measures or unavailable full texts. The findings suggest that plyometric training, comprehensive speed training, and equipment-assisted training methods (SSG, TRX, Bulgarian ball, etc) have demonstrated effectiveness in improving agility indicators in basketball players.

Abstract Nanoconfined poly(4-methylstyrene) [P(4-MS)] films exhibit reductions in glass transition temperature (Tg) relative to bulk Tg (Tg,bulk). Ellipsometry reveals that 15-nm-thick P(4-MS) films supported on silicon exhibit Tg - Tg,bulk = - 15 °C. P(4-MS) films also exhibit fragility-confinement effects; fragility decreases ∼60% in going from bulk to a 20-nm-thick film. Previous research found that incorporating 2-6 mol  % 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (EHA) comonomer in styrene-based random copolymers eliminates Tg- and fragility-confinement effects in polystyrene. Here, we demonstrate that incorporating 3 mol  % EHA in a 4-MS-based random copolymer, 97/3 P(4-MS/EHA), eliminates the Tg- and fragility-confinement effects. The invariance of fragility with nanoconfinement of 97/3 P(4-MS/EHA) films, hypothesized to originate from the interdigitation of ethylhexyl groups, indicates that the presence of EHA prevents the free surface from perturbing chain packing and the cooperative mobility associated with Tg. This method of eliminating confinement effects is advantageous as it relies on the simplest of polymerization methods and neat copolymer only slightly altered in composition from homopolymer. We also investigated whether we could eliminate the Tg-confinement effect with low levels of 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate (EHMA) in 4-MS-based or styrene-based copolymers. Although EHMA is structurally nearly identical to EHA, 4-MS-based and styrene-based copolymers incorporating 4 mol  % EHMA exhibit Tg-confinement effects similar to P(4-MS) and polystyrene. These results support the special character of EHA in eliminating confinement effects originating at free surfaces.

Abstract Fault diagnosis based on deep learning (DL) has been a research hotspot in recent years. However, the current neural networks are getting larger and larger, with more and more parameters and insufficient noise resistance, making it difficult to effectively apply these methods to real working conditions. To address these issues, we propose a novel deep learning method with fewer parameters and better noise resistance based on transfer adversarial subnetwork (TAS) and channel-wise thresholds (CWT), namely, anti-noise transfer adversarial convolutions (ANTAC). In the proposed method, the original data and feature vectors are mapped to reproducing kernel Hilbert space (RKHS) and processed by maximum mean discrepancy (MMD) and Wasserstein distance (WD), which makes the method more capable to distinguish the similar features without producing any additional training parameters. Furthermore, white Gaussian noise (WGN) and the soft thresholding method with CWT are used to reduce data noise and improve the robustness and noise resistance of the network. Finally, the superiority of the proposed method is validated through experiments on different datasets, network structures and the data with different SNRs. The results show that the proposed method has better feature discrimination ability, noise resistance, and fewer parameters compared with other methods. The highest accuracy of the proposed method is 99.90% on the test set.
