Abstract Based on the data of 278 prefecture-level city panels in China from 2008 to 2020, this paper presents the policy of innovative pilot city as a quasi-natural experiment. It is found that (1) the implementation of innovative urban policy can significantly improve the level of science and technology entrepreneurship, but the pilot policy has a time lag effect and has a continuous promoting effect since the third year. (2) For large cities, areas with high levels of economic development, central and eastern regions and cities with high new infrastructure, innovative cities can improve the level of technological entrepreneurship; (3) Innovative cities improve the level of technological entrepreneurship by improving the incubator of technological enterprises and strengthening the flow of human capital; (4) The effect of the establishment of innovative cities on the level of technological entrepreneurship mainly shows that the siphon effect does not show radiation effect, and this siphon effect mainly improves the level of technological entrepreneurship by increasing the number of incubators of technological enterprises.

Abstract Objective: To summarize the gene therapy strategies for neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and related research progress.
Methods: The recent literature on gene therapy for NF1 at home and abroad was reviewed. The structure and function of the NF1 gene and its mutations were analyzed, and the current status as well as future prospects of the transgenic therapy and gene editing strategies were summarized.
Results: NF1 is an autosomal dominantly inherited tumor predisposition syndrome caused by mutations in the NF1 tumor suppressor gene, which impair the function of the neurofibromin and lead to the disease. It has complex clinical manifestations and is not yet curable. Gene therapy strategies for NF1 are still in the research and development stage. Existing studies on the transgenic therapy for NF1 have mainly focused on the construction and expression of the GTPase-activating protein-related domain in cells that lack of functional neurofibromin, confirming the feasibility of the transgenic therapy for NF1. Future research may focus on split adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene delivery, oversized AAV gene delivery, and the development of new vectors for targeted delivery of full-length NF1 cDNA. In addition, the gene editing tools of the new generation have great potential to treat monogenic genetic diseases such as NF1, but need to be further validated in terms of efficiency and safety.
Conclusion: Gene therapy, including both the transgenic therapy and gene editing, is expected to become an important new therapeutic approach for NF1 patients.

Abstract Hierarchical polyimides (PIs) not only show outstanding thermal stability and high mechanical strength but also have great advantages in terms of microstructure and surface area, which makes them highly valuable in various fields such as aerospace, microelectronics, adsorption, catalysis, and energy storage. However, great challenges still remain in the synthesis of hierarchical PIs with well-defined microstructure. Herein, polyamide acid salts (PAAS) with tunable ionization degree are synthesized first via the polymerization of dianhydride and diamine monomers in deionized water with 1,2-dimethylimidazole (DMIZ). Then cationic cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) is added to the PAAS aqueous solution to induce the formation of polyelectrolyte-surfactant complexes based on electrostatic interaction. After a typical hydrothermal reaction (HTR) procedure, hierarchical PIs with different microstructures such as urchin-like PI microparticles, flower-like PI microparticles, and lamellar PI petals can be fabricated simply by changing the additive amount of DMIZ and CTAC. The nanostructure self-assemblies of PAAS are dominated by the charges on macromolecular chains and the formation of hierarchical structures of polymers is ascribed to a geometrical selection process during crystal growth. This work provides valuable insights into the self-assembly behaviors of polyelectrolyte systems for synthesizing well-defined hierarchical polymers.

Abstract A 10 kV distribution network is a crucial piece of infrastructure to guarantee enterprises' and households' access to electricity. Stripping cables is one of many power grid maintenance procedures that are now quickly expanding. However, typical cable-stripping procedures are manual and harmful to workers. Although numerous automated solutions for grid maintenance have been created, none of them focus on cable stripping, and most of them have large dimensions to guarantee multi-functions. In this paper, a new cable-stripping robot for the 10 kV power system is introduced. The design of a live working cable-stripping robot that is appropriate for installing insulating rods is introduced, taking into account the working environment of 10 kV overhead lines and the structural characteristics of overhead cables. The robot is managed by an auxiliary remote control device. A cascade PID control technology based on the back propagation neural network (BPNN) method was developed, as the stripper robot's whole system is nonlinear and the traditional PID controller lacked robustness and adaptability in complex circumstances. To validate the structural feasibility of the cable-stripping robot, as well as the working stability and adaptability of the BPNN-PID controller, a 95 mm

Abstract miRNAs are a type of small endogenous noncoding RNA composed of 20-22 nucleotides that can regulate gene expression by targeting the 3' untranslated region of mRNA. Many investigations have discovered that miRNAs have a role in the development and progression of human cancer. Several aspects of tumor development are affected by miR-425, including growth, apoptosis, invasion, migration, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and drug resistance. In this article, we discuss the properties and research development of miR-425, focusing on the regulation and function of miR-425 in various cancers. Furthermore, we discuss the clinical implications of miR-425. This review may broaden our horizon for better understanding the role of miR-425 as biomarkers and therapeutic targets in human cancer.

Abstract Rationale: Rare side effects of acute epididymitis include testicular infarction and ischemia. Distinguishing them from testicular torsion is challenging, both clinically and radiologically. However, only a few such cases have been reported to date.
Patient concerns: A 12-year-old child presented with persistent right testicular pain for 3 days. It developed after trauma and was accompanied by gradual swelling and enlargement of the right scrotum, with nausea and vomiting. Scrotal color Doppler ultrasonography demonstrated right epididymitis, right scrotal wall swelling, and right testicular torsion. Routine blood tests revealed leukocyte and neutrophil counts were both above normal.
Diagnosis: Scrotal exploration revealed edema and adhesions in all layers of the scrotal wall. The right testicle was pale. The patient was diagnosed with testicular ischemia secondary to acute epididymitis.
Interventions: The patient underwent simultaneous lower spermatic cord sheath dissection and decompression, testicular sheath reversal, and right testicular fixation.
Outcomes: Blood flow to the testicles gradually recovered after decompression, as did the color. Postoperatively, the patient's scrotal swelling and pain improved significantly.
Lessons: Despite the rarity of this condition, it is a potentially serious consequence of epididymitis and should be considered when patients experience sudden scrotal pain.

Abstract Alternative biofuels have the potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and particulate matter due to free of aromatics compared to traditional petroleum-based aviation fuel. The potential mitigating emission of hydrothermal-condensation-hydrotreating jet biofuel (HCHJ) derived from agriculture residue was investigated. The effects of aviation biofuel components, blend ratio and equivalent ratio on emission characteristics were conducted by Premixed Pre-evaporated Bunsen burner (PPBB) for laminar combustion and ZF850 jet engine for turbulent combustion. In compositions, HCHJ had a higher concentration of cycloparaffins (mostly in C8-C10) while petroleum-based aviation fuel (RP-3) had a higher concentration of alkylbenzenes (mostly in C8-C11). In laminar combustion, HCHJ and both 50% blend HCHJ appear no unburned hydrocarbon (UHC) due to low aromatics content and no sulfur in the biofuel. Moreover, there were no significant differences in NO and NO

Abstract Acute myeloid leukemia cytogenetics and molecular subtypes are connected with microRNAs, although it is unclear how miRNAs affect AML pathogenesis. miR-409-3p expression is downregulated in bone marrows, as we have previously demonstrated in our team. Nevertheless, the tumor-suppressing activities and molecular mechanisms of miR-409-3p remain unknown. Hence, in this study, we investigate at the functional significance of miR-409-3p in the development of AML. We found that a significant decrease in miR-409-3p expression was observed in THP-1 cell. The expression of miR-409-3p was altered in THP-1 by transfecting with agomiR-409-3p and agomiR-409-3p NC. A series of experiments showed that overexpression of miR-409-3p expression significantly suppressed proliferation and increased the apoptosis of THP-1. Moreover, Rab10 was confirmed as a direct target gene of miR-409-3p and was negatively modulated by miR-409-3p. Rab10 downregulation imitated the suppressed proliferation and increased the apoptosis of THP-1. Furthermore, miR-409-3p overexpression or Rab10 knockdown obviously down-regulated the expression levels of Bcl-2, but up-regulated Bax expression. In a xenograft mouse model, miR-409-3p-overexpressed THP-1 cells resulted in much less tumor weight and size in the mice bearing the cells as compared to the mock-transfected mice. Collectively, our findings demonstrated that miR-409-3p exerted tumor suppressor gene effects in AML by directly targeting Rab10, which might provide a promising therapeutic target for AML.
