Abstract The Men Lei Zeng Guang Shi Zhu Du Gong Bu Shi (門類增廣十注杜工部詩) collected by National Library of China, is one of the rare surviving editions of Song dynasty. After examination, the taboo words in this book were taboo to Song emperor Xiao Zong (宋孝宗), but not to Guang Zong (光宗), Ning Zong (寧宗), and Li Zong (理宗). Therefore, this edition was assumed to have been block printed during the reign of Emperor Xiao Zong of Song (1162–1189). The relationship between this book and Jiu Jia Ji Zhu Du Shi (九家集注杜詩) is not relationship of adding and subtracting annotations as William Hung (洪業) believes, but separate compilations. It is found that the names of the Xin Tian (新添) and Ji Zhu (集注) notations in this book have been changed among Du Ji (杜集) of Song dynasty, showing that this book appeared earlier in the development chain of the Du Shi Ji Zhu (杜詩集注). The difference between this book and the Fen Men Ben (分門本) about Wei Su Zhu (偽蘇注) is important for study of the origin and evolution of it. From the aspects of categorization, volume arrangement, and actual poetry collection, there exists a close version relationship between this book and Fen Men Ben. All the above points indicate that this book preserves the original information about Du Shi Ji Zhu in the early period, which is of great significance to the development of Du Shi Ji Zhu in the Song dynasty.(Article content in Chinese with English extended abstract)

Abstract Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) is the leading cause of low back pain related to degradation of cartilaginous tissues, mainly resulting from oxidative stress, cell apoptosis, and extracellular matrix degradation. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) exist in all bodily fluids and can be produced by all types of cells. Stem cell-derived EVs (SC-EVs), which are the main paracrine components of stem cells, have gained significant attention in the field of regenerative medicine. Over the past years, accumulating evidence indicates the therapeutic and diagnostic potentials of EVs in IVDD. The main mechanisms involve the induction of regenerative phenotypes, apoptosis alleviation, and immune modulation. In addition, the efficiency of SC-EVs can be enhanced by choosing appropriate donor cells and cell phenotypes, optimizing cell culture conditions, or engineering EVs to deliver drugs and targeting molecules. Given the importance and novelty of SC-EVs, we give an overview of SC-EVs and discuss the roles of SC-EVs in IVDD.

Abstract Safe and stable operation plays an important role in the chemical industry. Fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) make it possible to identify abnormal process deviations early and assist operators in taking proper action against fault propagation. After decades of development, data-driven process monitoring technologies have gradually attracted attention from process industries. Although many promising FDD methods have been proposed from both academia and industry, challenges remain due to the complex characteristics of industrial data. In this work, classical and recent research on data-driven process monitoring methods is reviewed from the perspective of characterizing and mining industrial data. The implementation framework of data-driven process monitoring methods is first introduced. State of art of process monitoring methods corresponding to common industrial data characteristics are then reviewed. Finally, the challenges and possible solutions for actual industrial applications are discussed.

Abstract Abstract As a part of the multi-source cooperative navigation scheme, data fusion has a significant impact on the quality of state estimation. Particle filtering has gradually become the focus of many fusion methods due to its unique theoretical advantages in nonlinear non-Gaussian systems. However, the particle degradation and the resulting sample impoverishment restrict its application in complex engineering scenarios. In this paper, a robust cubature fission particle filter (RCFPF) is proposed to deal with these problems. First, in the framework of cubature rule, Huber function is used to combine the L2 norm and L1 norm to improve the importance density function(IDF), suppress the observation noise. Meanwhile, the proposed distribution(PD) is further optimized by combining the Gaussian distribution with Laplace distribution to alleviate particle degradation. Second, the particle swarm is fissioned before resampling, and the particle weight is reconstructed by fission of high weight particles and covering low weight particles to inhibit sample impoverishment. The vehicle experiments of multi-source cooperative navigation show that the proposed algorithm achieves better test results in accuracy and robustness than extended Kalman filter (EKF), strong tracking particle filter (STPF), and cubature particle filter (CPF).

Abstract The differences in innovation, and the resulting inefficient allocation of innovation resources, are key factors affecting the high-quality development of urban agglomerations. In the context of China’s upgrading of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) to a national strategy, the study of innovation patterns and driving factors in this highly developed urban agglomeration provide references and experiences for high-quality development and innovation improvements in other urban agglomerations. Using prefecture-level patent data from 2000 to 2018, this study analyses the evolution characteristics of the innovation patterns in the YRD, from the perspective of innovation level and innovation growth, based on the coefficient of variation, locational Gini coefficient, and the relative development rate index. Then, using the knowledge production function, this study quantitatively explores the driving factors for innovation from multiple perspectives. The main findings are as follows. The differences in urban innovation levels decrease with improvements in the innovation level of urban agglomerations. In terms of the evolution of the spatial pattern of innovation levels, the “core–periphery” and “south–north” differences are highly stable; however, the innovation levels of some peripherical cities improve. The growth of urban innovation levels show significant regional differences, with fast-growing cities clustered in the core area, and high-value areas characterized by proximity diffusion. Based on the innovation level in different periods, cities are divided into low–low, low–high, high–low, and high–high types. There are spatio–temporal differences in the driving factors for innovation. On the one hand, different periods show an intensification of factor inputs and external linkage effects, as well as the differentiation of urban development state effects. On the other hand, there are differences among different types of cities, with low–low cities mainly driven by factor inputs, urban ...

Abstract Abstract The household is the basic unit of a residential community or building. High-resolution, long-term open data are necessary to help study residential electricity consumption, smart home technologies, and electricity flexibility technologies at household level. This paper introduces an IoT-based data collection platform (IDCP) consisting of gateways, sensors, and cloud servers. This platform can collect data on the occupant presence, indoor environment, window-opening states, and appliance electricity consumption simultaneously. This study deployed the IDCP in a single-family apartment in Beijing, China, and compiled a dataset, namely, CN-OBEE, including data on the per-minute occupant behavior, thermal environment, and appliance electricity use of the apartment for an entire year (from May 31, 2021, to May 31, 2022), and hourly meteorological data collected by the nearest national weather station during the same period. This dataset is the first detailed and publicly available occupant behavior and electricity use dataset for Chinese homes. As a regional feature, the dataset compiled by this study includes window-opening behavior and the use of split air conditioners (ACs).

Abstract In order to quantitatively calculate the critical depth and critical load of mines affected by rock burst, and to achieve effective prevention and control of rock burst in coal mines, this paper proposes a mechanical model for predicting the occurrence of rock burst in coal mine roadways based on catastrophe theory. Additionally, a theoretical calculation formula for initiating rock burst is derived. The first step was to establish a mechanical analysis model, which directly correlated with the in-situ stress, physical and mechanical characteristics of the coal-rock mass, and engineering structural parameters. Following this, a mechanical instability criterion was derived for the key load-bearing circle within the surrounding rock of the roadway. In the final step, the critical depth and load for rock burst initiation were verified for 25 distinct coal mines in China that were prone to rock burst hazards. The research results demonstrate that the discrepancy between the theoretically calculated critical depth and the actual measured statistical values was less than 35%. In addition, the difference between the theoretically determined critical depth and the value calculated by Pan Yishan was less than 32%. Notably, the ratio of the theoretically calculated critical load to the uniaxial compressive strength of the coal-rock mass ranged from 0.38 to 1.93. This aligns with empirical data on rock burst occurrences, as set out in the engineering classification standards for rock masses. These research outcomes substantiated the practical utility of the proposed theory, thereby laying a robust theoretical groundwork for the quantitative control of rock burst.

Abstract Complex networks have encouraged scholars to develop an effective method for abstracting and optimizing aviation networks. However, researchers often overlook the aviation network’s temporal attribute and treat it as a static network. Aviation networks have strong temporal characteristics and the dynamic connection cannot be realistically described by a static network. It is necessary to more accurately and realistically represent these connections during the operation of an aviation network. This study explored temporal structures of the Chinese aviation temporal network (CATN) based on flight schedules and actual operational time data. Temporal networks based on time windows were represented to analyze the temporal topology features and robustness of the CATN. The results demonstrated the following: (1) based on the spatial-temporal aviation network, there is a morning departure peak (7:00–8:00) and an evening arrival peak at the airline hub (20:00–21:00); (2) examining the centrality of each airport in the CATN at various time intervals exposed fluctuations in their rankings, which could not be identified by a static network, and (3) the robustness of the CATN was found to be unaffected by time windows, but it displayed poor resilience against deliberate attacks, particularly when subjected to betweenness and closeness attacks, which target the network’s shortest paths. For obtaining a greater understanding of the operating situation of civil aviation, displaying the topological features and robustness of the temporal network is of great importance.

Abstract This paper develops and tests a model that highlights the roles of improvisation and absorptive capacity as important mediating mechanisms through which entrepreneurial orientation (EO) influences new venture performance. Furthermore, we examine the interactive effect of improvisation and absorptive capacity on new venture performance. The results show that (a) improvisation and absorptive capacity both mediate the relationship between EO and new venture performance; (b) the interaction between improvisation and absorptive capacity is positively related to new venture performance; (c) improvisation moderates the indirect relationship between EO and new venture performance via absorptive capacity; and (d) absorptive capacity moderates the mediation of improvisation in the relationship between EO and new venture performance. With these findings, this paper provides insights into how different learning modes can enhance the EO-performance relationship.
