    Abstract In the construction of a new teaching model and digital learning environment suitable for the development of The Times, cross-media and mobile Internet environment teaching is playing an increasingly important supporting role. Educational software is one of the most widely used educational software in the world today. More and more colleges and universities are using platforms to assist English teaching and exploring effective ways to promote English teaching reforms by using the cross-media and mobile Internet environment, so as to improve the students’ course learning effect. Based on the characteristics of college English majors, this paper discusses how to use the platform to assist English teaching. The cross-media and mobile Internet application environment university teaching optimization platform is a good resource sharing, communication, cooperation, and learning space, as long as teachers of innovative ideas and the localization of the platform, the practical application, and the individuality can give full play to the advantage of the platform and practice the traditional teaching method and modern media and mobile Internet environment information technology complement each other, promoting the improvement of English teaching effect. The aim of this study is to construct the college English teaching system optimization model, emphasizing that students are the most important ecological factors in this model, and that teachers, teaching elements, information technology, environment and other factors play a role in the appropriate ecological niche and change synergistically.     Abstract The current education evaluation is limited not only to the mode of simplification, indexing, and datafication, but also to the scientific nature of college teaching evaluation. This work firstly conducts a theoretical analysis of natural language processing technology, analyzes the related technologies of intelligent scoring, designs a systematic process for intelligent scoring of college English teaching, and finally conducts theoretical research on the Naive Bayesian algorithm in machine learning. In addition, the error of intelligent scoring of English teaching in colleges and universities and the accuracy of scoring and classification are analyzed and researched. The results show that the error between manual scoring and machine scoring is basically about 2 points and the minimum error of intelligent scoring in college English teaching under machine scoring can reach 0 points. There is a certain bias in manual scoring, and scoring on the machine can reduce the generation of this error. The Naive Bayes algorithm has the highest classification accuracy on the college intelligent scoring dataset, which is 76.43%. The weighted Naive Bayes algorithm has been improved in the classification accuracy of college English teaching intelligent scoring, with an average accuracy rate of 74.87%. To sum up, the weighted Naive Bayes algorithm has better performance in the classification accuracy of college English intelligent scoring. This work has a significant effect on the scoring of the college intelligent teaching scoring system under natural language processing and the classification of college teaching intelligence scoring under the Naive Bayes algorithm, which can improve the efficiency of college teaching scoring.

    Abstract In order to improve the geometric form space composition and color planning analysis ability of smart city public buildings, a big data based smart city public building space design method is proposed. The method of combining computer vision detection and remote sensing detection is adopted to realize the detection of big data characteristics of spatial combination at the aesthetic level of building structure, and the difference distribution model of spatial composition parameters of building geometry is constructed. Extract the feature quantity of urban architectural integration form elements, and build the big data GIS information base of spatial combination at the aesthetic level of architectural structure according to the analysis results of intelligent parameters, so as to realize the spatial design of the intelligent urban public buildings. The test shows that the application of this method improves the geometric form space composition and color planning ability of smart city public buildings and can realize high-precision spatial combination big data extraction of architectural structure aesthetics in a large area. At the same time, this method can ensure the relative independence of space and meet the requirements of use and management.

    Abstract In the analysis of the teaching tactical characteristics of track and field sports training in colleges and universities, the teaching tactical characteristics are not quantified, which leads to the low key degree of determining the influencing factor indicators in colleges and universities, and the error in the evaluation of the teaching tactical characteristics of track and field sports training is large. Therefore, this paper designs a method to analyze the tactical characteristics of college track and field sports training teaching based on deep neural network. Firstly, by analyzing the current situation of track and field sports training teaching in colleges and universities, it determines the areas that need to be improved in teaching. Then, by determining the factors of teaching environment, the core competitiveness of track and field teams, and the teaching ability of track and field coaches, these factors are determined as the key characteristics, the data basis is analyzed, and the unified data quantitative processing is carried out to determine the key factor indexes affecting the analysis of tactical characteristics. Finally, the deep neural network is introduced to construct the evaluation model of the tactical characteristics of college track and field sports training teaching, and the characteristic analysis results are further modified with the help of cascade noise reduction self-encoder to complete the analysis of the tactical characteristics of college track and field sports training teaching. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively analyze the teaching tactical characteristics of track and field sports training in colleges and universities and improve the performance of the evaluation of the teaching tactical characteristics of track and field sports training.

    Abstract Knee meniscus injuries are more likely to occur in young adults in clinical practice, and their lower age of onset and greater impact on joint function after injury also put forward higher requirements for the treatment and rehabilitation of meniscus injuries. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and arthroscopic minimally invasive technology, arthroscopic meniscus plasty and perovskite nanobiomaterial repair have gradually replaced the previous open meniscus surgery of the knee joint and has become the main method of meniscus injury treatment, and the perovskite nanobiomaterial repair technique that incorporates artificial intelligence technology is also gradually being applied. Therefore, this article studies the role of perovskite nanobiomaterials in the repair of meniscus injuries in football sports and analyzes the biological characteristics of the inner and outer meniscus to provide help to improve the healing rate of meniscus injuries. The study selected six male meniscus-injured patients (meniscus injuries caused by football sports) and obtained six injured menisci. The same cross section of the same part of the meniscus was analyzed inside and outside the meniscus. At the same time, a meniscal injury step was performed on the patient. The biological characteristics of perovskite nano-biomaterials in the repair of meniscus injuries in football sports were compared and analyzed, and the patient's gait before and after surgery was also compared. Experiments have shown that the percentage of the postoperative support phase of the affected limb is significantly higher than that before surgery (P<0.05), the percentage of the postoperative support phase and flatfoot phase decreased compared with that before surgery, and the gait cycle parameters of both lower extremities improved after surgery, obviously (P<0.05).
