    Abstract After excavation of the weakly cemented roadway adjacent to the chambers, deformation characteristics such as roof subsidence, roadway extrusion, and floor heave appear, showing the characteristics of large deformation of surrounding rock, long deformation duration, and serious damage, which are not conducive to guaranteeing safety mining. Based on the technical means of the rock mechanical property test, mineral composition analysis, in situ stress test, and surrounding rock deformation monitoring of 2# coal roadway in Hongqingliang coal mine, a numerical simulation study on the influence of surrounding rock stress on adjacent chamber groups was carried out. The physical and mechanical properties of the weakly cemented rock were obtained, the stress distribution law of the 2# coal roadway was mastered, the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the weakly cemented roadway were obtained, and the deformation and failure mechanism of the weakly cemented roadway adjacent to the chambers were revealed. The relationship between the regional stress increment of the chambers and the failure range of the surrounding rock of the roadway is revealed, establishing a mechanical model of allowable deformation + stress release + controlled form with U-shaped steel as the main structure. The roadway support countermeasures were given and applied in engineering practice.

    Abstract As the separation and carrier of indoor and outdoor energy and climate conditions, building skin plays an important role in indoor environment regulation and effective utilization of outdoor environmental resources. The traditional fixed skin of residential buildings in cold regions lacks the ability to respond to the external climate, so it is difficult to meet the dual requirements of building energy efficiency and indoor comfort. In the long river of architectural development, the most important thing of architectural design is how to meet the climate adaptability. Traditional architectural forms have long been unable to meet the current social development, climate conditions, and user needs. Based on the basic theory, this paper establishes a systematic understanding of inlay, studies the design method of complex skin with geometric algorithm as the operating tool, discusses the application of this method in architectural design in combination with practice, more systematically and comprehensively studies the building skin with dynamic climate adaptability, and makes a physical model of building skin with dynamic climate adaptability. The contrast experiments under different control modes were carried out using the climate chamber experimental system. This research focuses on taking geometric principles as the prototype, trying to break the common design idea of generating skin by overlapping cells, and providing a systematic skin design method with strong operability and modular structure, hoping to help expand creative thinking.

    Abstract From the perspective of phenomenology and phylogenetic evolution, this manuscript reports a critical study of the core position of representation in the mind. The development of mind can be divided into three stages: body, unconsciousness, and consciousness. In this complex evolutionary process, the organism gradually has a relatively independent internal world, and it can use representation to simulate the interaction between itself and the world. Accordingly, its ways to deal with the world’s “challenges” have become more flexible and diverse. In addition, the internal world can go beyond the simple “replication” and “simulation” to some extent, and construct people or things unlike the real world (even nonexistent people or things). On one hand, it provides soil for human creative activities; on the other hand, it provides a hotbed for human beings to get out of the real world and immerse themselves in various fantasies. Human beings live in the world under the “resulting force” of the internal loop and the external loop.

    Abstract With the development of technology and information, language has changed as well. It is no longer important to follow the literary norm. It is important to be able to communicate effectively and to remove communication barriers. Russian students studying in China or Chinese students studying in Russia use slang or fancy words in the intercultural conununication. Russian youth slang as a specific linguistic phenomenon has attracted an increasing number of researchers. Among them are scientists, undergraduates and graduate students, as well as teachers of the Russian language. People are interested in this linguistic phenomenon because of its specificity and linguistic fashion for slang lexical units. When analyzing a foreign language (e.g., Russian), native speakers of Chinese use the same or similar linguistic phenomena for a comparative analysis. This article aims to compare lexical units of modern Russian youth slang with Chinese ones. The article concludes that language fashion exists in both language systems.

    Abstract In order to improve the quality of College Chinese teaching, innovate the teaching mode, enrich the teaching content, and fundamentally improve the application and practice ability of college students so as to promote the reform of College Chinese teaching, this article briefly describes the research background of this subject, introduces the special teaching mode under the network environment, and briefly describes the basic content and practice of the special teaching method. This article mainly explores the construction of a network environment based on blockchain technology, including the construction of a blockchain framework and the application of the blockchain system. This article briefly analyzes the functional requirements of the network environment, explores the application practice of the mental health teaching method and the special subject teaching method based on the network environment, and finally studies the creation and implementation of the network environment conditions of the special subject teaching method. By creating a high-quality network environment, it provides a technical guarantee for the application and realization of special teaching method, effectively meets the needs of College Chinese teaching, and cultivates students’ interest. Under the joint action of the above algorithms, the BTP congestion control system is verified by the laboratory simulation environment: it has more than 40% random packet loss resistance, the bandwidth is still available as low as 300 kbps, and the network jitter is 1200 ms. It has been proved that the mental health teaching method, the special subject teaching method, and the network environment have remarkable application effects in College Chinese teaching and are worthy of wide application and promotion.

    Abstract In this era of competition, branding is an essential marketing tool for organizations to compete in today's dynamic markets. Organizations should realize the importance of employee-based brand equity from the perspectives of customer branding and financial performance. Employee-based brand equity plays a crucial role in building organizational brand equity. This study conceptualized a model that helps the practitioners to build employee-based brand equity and organizational brand equity. This study examines the role of organizational brand-building strategies and brand-oriented leadership in promoting employee-based brand equity and organizational brand equity. This study collected data from the employees of various beverage companies in China. This study analyzed data through partial least square structural equation modeling using Smart PLS 3. This study found a positive direct association between organizational brand-building strategies and employee-based brand equity. However, according to the results, no direct association was found between organizational brand-building strategies and organizational brand equity. This study also confirms that organizational brand-building strategies indirectly promote organizational brand equity through employee-based brand equity. Moreover, this study demonstrates that brand-oriented leadership directly influences employee-based brand equity and organizational brand equity but negatively moderates the relationship between organizational brand-building strategies and employee-based brand equity. No moderation was found in the relationship between organizational brand-building strategies and organizational brand equity. Finally, the practical and theoretical implications of this study are discussed.
