Abstract In order to understand the mental health status of contemporary college students, the research team of “College Students’ psychological quality training” conducted mental health examination on nearly 6000 Chinese college students from 23 colleges and universities across the country. The results showed that about 16.51% of Chinese college graduates had serious mental health problems. The results of several recent studies on the mental health status of college graduates across the country show that the accuracy rate of mental behavior examination among college graduates across the country is about 16%, and the rate of people with unsound psychology or in a state of mental sub-health is higher, and there has been a psychological poverty group among college students. A large number of educational facts and scientific research have confirmed that sports are one of the most effective ways to promote students’ physical and mental development, and it can be said that there is a very close relationship between college sports and the physical and mental health of college graduates. In order to promote the organic combination of college mental health education and college physical education, the research results will be based on in-depth investigation and understanding of the current situation of college students’ psychological development under the new situation, and a systematic study of the relationship between college graduates’ physical, sports, mental health knowledge, and psychological level. This paper establishes a theoretical model for the organic combination of mental health education and physical education in colleges and universities, and provides specific countermeasures for integrating psychological teaching into college physical education courses, providing a theoretical basis and reference for developing college physical education courses and improving psychological teaching.

Abstract [Objective] Market-based allocation of land factors is an important element in improving China’s socialist market economy system, and has important practical implications for promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas and building a dual-cycle development pattern. This study aimed to investigate the impact of land resource allocation on the integrated development of urban and rural areas at the theoretical and empirical levels. [Methods] Based on the panel data from 2006-2017 in the central cities of the Yangtze River Delta region, and using the bootstrap mediation effect model, an empirical analysis was conducted on the intrinsic logical relationship between government control, land marketization, and integrated urban-rural development. [Results] (1) Theoretically, a unified market-based urban-rural land allocation system can bring about an increase in social welfare compared with a divided state, while the quasi-public goods attribute of land and the limited rationality of the government dictate that the allocation of land resources under the orientation of integrated urban-rural development should be between a “responsive government” and an “effective market”. (2) The government’s control behavior, characterized by tax policy, has a significant positive impact on the level of integrated urban-rural development, but the impact of industrial policy is not significant, and both the marketization of urban land and the marketization of agricultural land significantly contributed to the improvement of the level of integrated urban-rural development during the study period. (3) The mediation effects of marketization of agricultural land and urban land were 19.29% and 12.26% respectively in the path of tax policy affecting the level of integrated urban-rural development; the mediation effect of land marketization between industrial policy and integrated urban-rural development was not significant. [Conclusion] Clearly defining the boundary between the government and the market, deepening the reform ...

Abstract Abstract Introduction Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a common cardiovascular disease that can lead to myocardial necrosis and a poor prognosis. Clinical practice requires an accurate and quick diagnosis of AMI due to the inherent limitations of current biomarkers. Therefore, research into novel biomarkers is necessary. We aimed to explore the diagnostic potency of the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) N1LR and SNHG1 in patients diagnosed with AMI. Method We measured lncRNA levels in 148 AMI patients and 50 healthy volunteers with quantitative RT-PCR method. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was administered to detect the diagnostic power of selected lncRNAs. Correlation analysis was performed to explore the relationship between N1LR as well as SNHG1 and the conventional myocardial biomarkers (LDH, CK, CKMB and cTnI). Results ROC analysis reveals the possibility of N1LR and SNHG1 as biomarkers in AMI diagnosis (AUC of N1LR: 0.873; AUC of SNHG1: 0.890). Correlation analysis revealed that N1LR was negatively correlated with the conventional biomarkers and SNHG1 was positively correlated with the conventional biomarkers. Conclusion For the first time, we investigated the potential predictive diagnostic value of N1LR and SNHG1 in AMI diagnosis and substantial outcomes were obtained. Also, they may be capable of reflecting the progress of the disease during clinical practice from the correlation analysis.

Abstract Wargames are essential simulators for various war scenarios. However, the increasing pace of warfare has rendered traditional wargame decision-making methods inadequate. To address this challenge, wargame-assisted decision-making methods that leverage artificial intelligence techniques, notably reinforcement learning, have emerged as a promising solution. The current wargame environment is beset by a large decision space and sparse rewards, presenting obstacles to optimizing decision-making methods. To overcome these hurdles, a Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (MADDPG) based wargame decision-making method is presented. The Partially Observable Markov Decision Process (POMDP), joint action-value function, and the Gumbel-Softmax estimator are applied to optimize MADDPG in order to adapt to the wargame environment. Furthermore, a wargame decision-making method based on the improved MADDPG algorithm is proposed. Using supervised learning in the proposed approach, the training efficiency is improved and the space for manipulation before the reinforcement learning phase is reduced. In addition, a policy gradient estimator is incorporated to reduce the action space and to obtain the global optimal solution. Furthermore, an additional reward function is designed to address the sparse reward problem. The experimental results demonstrate that our proposed wargame decision-making method outperforms the pre-optimization algorithm and other algorithms based on the AC framework in the wargame environment. Our approach offers a promising solution to the challenging problem of decision-making in wargame scenarios, particularly given the increasing speed and complexity of modern warfare.

Abstract AbstractWildfires not only directly affect ecology but also have a huge impact on social and economic stability. Enhancing the understanding of wildfire influences can guide the design of targeted strategies in mitigation plans and adaptation strategies. Here, we explored the spatial-temporal characteristics of wildfires in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of China and the mechanisms of the effect of potential influencing factors on wildfire occurrence based on 2014–2020 wildfire data. The results show that wildfires mainly occur in spring and winter and decrease yearly. Among all the considered influencing factors, the occurrence of wildfire is most significantly affected by the temperature vegetation dry index (TVDI) and is also greatly affected by population and economy. Through interaction detection, it was found that the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) greatly interfered with wildfires. The high occurrence risk of wildfire was distributed in a blocky pattern in the middle and east of the study area. In addition, we also found a positive spatial correlation between the high wildland-urban interface (WUI) presence and high wildfire occurrence. These findings have improved our understanding of the impact of multiple influencing factors on wildfires and are supposed to facilitate the development of wildfire management strategies.

Abstract Abstract Virtual coupling technology was recently proposed in railways, which separates trains by a relative braking distance (or even shorter distance) and moves trains synchronously to increase capacity at bottlenecks. This study proposes a real‐time cooperative train trajectory planning algorithm for coordinating train movements under virtual coupling by considering stochastic initial delays. The algorithm uses mixed‐integer programming models to estimate the delay propagation among trains, detect feasible coupled‐running locations, and optimize the trajectories of the two trains such that they coordinate their speeds to achieve energy‐efficient, punctual movements, as well as a safe coupled‐running process. A robust optimization method is proposed to capture the stochastic delays as an uncertainty set, which is reformulated to its dual problem. Case studies of planning train trajectories for the classical virtual‐coupling scenario suggest that (1) the coupled‐running distance is greatly affected by the coordination of train timetables, delays, and safe separation constraints at switches; (2) the coordination of train movements for a coupled‐running process imposes extra energy costs; and (3) the proposed method can detect feasible coupled‐running locations and produce cooperative speed profiles in short computational times.

Abstract Applications have different preferences for caches, sometimes even within the different running phases. Caches with fixed parameters may compromise the performance of a system. To solve this problem, we propose a real-time adaptive reconfigurable cache based on the decision tree algorithm, which can optimize the average memory access time of cache without modifying the cache coherent protocol. By monitoring the application running state, the cache associativity is periodically tuned to the optimal cache associativity, which is determined by the decision tree model. This paper implements the proposed decision tree-based adaptive reconfigurable cache in the GEM5 simulator and designs the key modules using Verilog HDL. The simulation results show that the proposed decision tree-based adaptive reconfigurable cache reduces the average memory access time compared with other adaptive algorithms.

Abstract Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) has gained great popularity with researchers in regenerative medicine owing to its superior biocompatibility and biodegradability, although its inadequate bioactivity inhibits the further use of PLLA in the field of bone regeneration. Zinc oxide (ZnO) has been utilized to improve the biological performance of biopolymers because of its renowned osteogenic activity. However, ZnO nanoparticles tend to agglomerate in the polymer matrix due to high surface energy, which would lead to the burst release of the Zn ion and, thus, cytotoxicity. In this study, to address this problem, carbon–ZnO (C–ZnO) was first synthesized through the carbonization of ZIF-8. Then, C–ZnO was introduced to PLLA powder before it was manufactured as scaffolds (PLLA/C–ZnO) by a selective laser sintering 3D printing technique. The results showed that the PLLA/C–ZnO scaffold was able to continuously release Zn ions in a reasonable range, which can be attributed to the interaction of Zn–N bonding and the shielding action of the PLLA scaffold. The controlled release of Zn ions from the scaffold further facilitated cell adhesion and proliferation and improved the osteogenic differentiation ability at the same time. In addition, C–ZnO endowed the scaffold with favorable photodynamic antibacterial ability, which was manifested by an efficient antibacterial rate of over 95%.

Abstract Similar to the problems surrounding carbon transfers that exist in international trade, there are severe carbon emission headaches in regional industrial systems within countries. It is essential for emission reduction control and regional industrial restructuring to clarify the relationship of carbon emissions flows between industrial sectors and identify key carbon-emitting industrial sectors. Supported by the input–output model (I-O model) and social network analysis (SNA), this research adopts input–output tables (2017), energy balance sheets (2021) and the energy statistics yearbooks (2021) of the three Chinese provinces of Hei-Ji-Liao to construct an Embodied carbon emission transfer network (ECETN) and determine key carbon-emitting industrial sectors with a series of complex network measurement indicators and analysis methods. The key abatement control pathways are obtained based on the flow relationships between the chains in the industrial system. The results demonstrate that the ECETNs in all three provinces of Hei-Ji-Liao are small-world in nature with scale-free characteristics (varying according to the power function). The key carbon emission industry sectors in the three provinces are identified through centrality, influence, aggregation and diffusion, comprising coal mining, the chemical industry, metal products industry, machinery manufacturing and transportation in Liaoning Province; coal mining, non-metal mining, non-metal products, metal processing and the electricity industry in Jilin Province; and agriculture, metal processing and machinery manufacturing in Heilongjiang. Additionally, key emission reduction control pathways in the three provinces are also identified based on embodied carbon emission flow relationships between industry sectors. Following the above findings, corresponding policy recommendations are proposed to tackle the responsibility of carbon reduction among industrial sectors in the province. Moreover, these findings provide some theoretical support and policy ...
