Abstract In order to respond to the regional coordinated development of the country, it is necessary to put forward a method that can predict and analyze the development trend according to the current development situation. In view of this, the research will carry on the present situation and forecast analysis to the coordinated development of urban agglomeration in Western China. Firstly, the 3E system is used to establish the regional coordination degree evaluation model, and on this basis, the ellipsoid model is introduced for better coordination degree evaluation. In addition, in order to improve the prediction ability of the model, the convolution neural network is used to realize the big data analysis of the model. The results show that the overall coordination degree of the western urban agglomeration is in a weak coordination state in 2015, but the coordination degree of the region will reach 147.35 in 2020. The results show that the overall coordination degree of western urban agglomeration will gradually show a good trend, but the change speed is slow. The above results show that the prediction model in the study has strong practicability, the calculation results can fit the current situation, and the good prediction ability can provide decision-making suggestions for many governments.

Abstract Purpose: To describe the clinical features and outcomes of vitreoretinal lymphoma (VRL) with intraretinal infiltration, a pseudonecrotic variant.
    Design: Retrospective, comparative analysis.
Subjects: Patients with biopsy-proven VRL at a single center from August 2016 to April 2022.
Methods: A retrospective record review was conducted for clinical, imaging, and laboratory data.
Main outcome measures: Clinical features, visual, and survival outcomes.
Results: We included 67 eyes of 40 patients with biopsy-proven VRL. Pseudonecrotic retinal lesions (PRLs) were found in 24 (35.8%) eyes of 19 patients; these eyes were classified as a pseudonecrotic variant, whereas the remaining 43 (64.2%) eyes were classified as nonnecrotic. Comparison (pseudonecrotic vs. nonnecrotic) revealed that eyes with PRLs at presentation had a worse median best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA; 2.4 vs. 0.5 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution [logMAR], P < 0.0001) and severe ocular manifestations (P < 0.0001), including optic disc swelling (79.2% vs. 0%), retinal vasculitis (93.8% vs. 4.7%), retinal hemorrhage (83.3% vs. 0%), and retinal detachment (RD) (79.2% vs. 0%). Follow-up data were available for 20 eyes (17 patients) in the pseudonecrotic group and 43 eyes (21 patients) in the nonnecrotic group. An equally worse median BCVA was noted in pseudonecrotic eyes at 6 months after treatment and the final follow-up as compared with nonnecrotic eyes (2.4 vs. 0.3 logMAR, P < 0.0001). The median follow-up period did not differ significantly (16.6 vs. 18.4 months, P = 0.47). Initial BCVA (β = 0.300, P = 0.003), presence of anterior chamber cell (β = 0.472, P = 0.013), and RD (β = 1.137, P < 0.0001) were significantly associated with poor visual outcomes in multivariate linear regression analysis (adjusted R
Conclusion: Vitreoretinal lymphoma can present as pseudonecrotic retinopathy, with more advanced clinical presentations and worse final visual outcomes.

Abstract Producing biochar by consuming biomass is an effective way to reduce the environmental impact from biomass waste. This study investigates the influence of biochar made of carya cathayensis peel biomass waste, which is a specific biomass in Zhejiang province, China, on concrete basic mechanical properties. The biochar was added into concrete mixtures in three different patterns, including: (1) additional filler at the ratio of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% by cement weight, (2) partial-cement replacement of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% by cement weight, and (3) partial sand replacement of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% by sand volume. The strength, porosity and microstructures of the biochar concrete were experimentally investigated and compared with the plain concrete. The highest strength increase appears in concrete with a biochar addition of 5 % sand-replacement volume, and the compressive strength and splitting strength increase by 16.7% and 27.4%, respectively. The ITZ between the biochar particles and the cementitious matrix were tighter and glossier than the ones between the sand and cementitious matrix. The findings suggest that biochar made from carya cathayensis peel can be applied as a sustainable admixture into concrete to improve the basic mechanical properties when used as a partial sand substitute. The optimized addition method suggested is that of replacing 5% to 10% of sand by volume. This study offers an interdisciplinary attempt at valorizing biomass waste in producing green building and construction materials.

Abstract Aneurysmal bone cyst is a type of benign bone pathology with expansile and osteolytic features whose etiology remains unclear. Graves' disease is an autoimmune disease characterized by diffuse goiter and hyperthyroidism. Moyamoya disease is a progressive cerebral vasculopathy. It has been reported that Graves' disease and Moyamoya disease share a similar etiology involving cytokines and autoimmune and genetic factors. There are no previous reports regarding the relationship between aneurysmal bone cyst and Graves' disease. Here, we present the rare case of a 25-year-old woman with suspected aneurysmal bone cyst of the left proximal femur and a definite preoperative diagnosis of Graves' disease, in whom lesion resection combined with left total hip replacement was indicated. Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of aneurysmal bone cyst. Three days postoperatively, the patient developed acute ischemic cerebral infarction owing to Moyamoya disease, which was subsequently confirmed. This case elucidates the potential interaction among aneurysmal bone cysts, Graves' disease, and Moyamoya disease and provides lessons regarding appropriate perioperative preparation for patients with Graves' disease who require surgery to avoid potential severe complications.

Abstract The natural gas reserves and gas recovery rate of tight gas sandstone reservoirs in the Sulige gas field in the Ordos Basin play a crucial role in China’s natural gas industry. This study aims to enhance the stable production time of the gas field by summarizing the geological characteristics of the tight gas sandstone reservoirs in the Sulige gas field, discussing the challenges in the development of the gas field, and providing recommendations for the development of the reservoirs. The results show that the matrix reservoir properties, effective sand body size, and gas-bearing properties of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the Sulige gas field exhibit strong heterogeneity characteristics, and the western and northern parts of the basin edge are gas-water mixed storage areas. There are obvious differences in gas well production, cumulative production, production decline rate, and single well dynamic control reserves in different regions. The recovery of gas reservoirs is primarily influenced by reservoir quality and development well pattern. Increasing the well density increases from 1.5/km 2 to 4/km 2 in the gas field enrichment area, can raise the corresponding recovery rate from 26.0% to about 50% under the existing economic and technical conditions. Therefore, ensuring a stable production of the tight gas sandstone reservoirs in this gas field is challenging. To achieve a long-term stable production of the gas field, it is necessary to promote the refined reservoir description technology and improve the production through various measures such as replenishing fractures in wells with depleted fractures, sidetracking horizontal wells, and re-fracturing, thereby improving the reserve utilization degree. Moreover, implementing the negative pressure gas recovery technology as soon as possible can restore the production capacity of near-depletion wells.

Abstract Abstract Vision-based precision measurement is limited by the optical resolution. Although various super-resolution algorithms have been developed, measurement precision and accuracy are difficult to guarantee. To achieve nanoscale resolution measurement, a super-resolution microstructure concept is proposed which is based on the idea of a strong mathematical mapping relationship that may exist between microstructure surface topography features and the corresponding image pixel intensities. In this work, a series of microgrooves are ultra-precision machined and their surface topographies and images are measured. A mapping relationship model is established to analyze the effect of the microgroove surface topography on the imaging mechanism. The results show that the surface roughness and surface defects of the microgroove have significant effects on predicting the imaging mechanism. The optimized machining parameters are determined afterward. This paper demonstrates a feasible and valuable work to support the design and manufacture super-resolution microstructure which has essential applications in precision positioning measurement.

Abstract A pure shear mechanical model of low gear of six-degree-of-freedom two-speed transmission system is established by using lumped parameter method. The Runge-Kutta method is used to numerically solve the aforementioned nonlinear system. The variation of transmission error between gears is analyzed by using global bifurcation, time domain diagram, phase diagram and Poincare cross section. Moreover, the transfer error bifurcation characteristics of the solar wheel and the first planetary wheel under different gear moduli are investigated. The results show that: by taking the excitation frequency as the control parameter, the system includes period-1 motion, period-2 motion, quasi-periodic motion, multiperiodic motion, and chaotic motion. With the increase of gear modulus, the system mainly presents chaotic motion in the medium frequency range (0.5<ωh≤2). It shows stable period-1 motion in the high frequency range (2<ωh≤3), and the higher the modulus, the wider the high frequency range of period-1 motion. The research results can provide reference for the design and optimization of this kind of two-speed transmission system in the future.
