Abstract The eradication of poliomyelitis is a landmark achievement in the history of public health, providing strong protection for children's health. The introduction of the Chinese Regulations for the Manufacture and Control of Live Poliovirus Vaccine is a prerequisite and safeguard for the large-scale production and use of domestically produced live poliovirus vaccines, serving as an indispensable component of vaccine safety. This article, based on archival documents, letters, collections of essays, and oral interviews, examines the historical experience of the development of Chinese Regulations for the Manufacture and Control of Live Poliovirus Vaccine. It contends that the emphasis on localization and the active engagement in international cooperation are critical factors in the swift introduction of Chinese Regulations for the Manufacture and Control of Live Poliovirus Vaccine.

Abstract Conversational question answering (ConvQA) over law knowledge bases (KBs) involves answering multi-turn natural language questions about law and hope to find answers in the law knowledge base. Despite many methods have been proposed. Existing law knowledge base ConvQA model assume that the input question is clear and can perfectly reflect user's intention. However, in real world, the input questions are noisy and inexplict. This makes the model hard to find the correct answer in the law knowledge bases. In this paper, we try to use reinforcement learning to solve this problem. The reinforcement learning agent can automatically learn how to find the answer based on the input question and the conversation history, even when the input question is inexplicit. We test the proposed method on several real world datasets and the results show the effectivenss of the proposed model.

Abstract (1) Background: Misinformation is prevalent on social media in the age of COVID-19, exacerbating the threat of the pandemic. Uncovering the processes underlying people's misinformation sharing using social media assists people to cope with misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study extends the stimulus-organism-response framework to examine how individuals' social media dependency relates to their misinformation sharing behavior, with a focus on the underlying processes. (2) Methods: A total of 393 valid questionnaires were collected using a survey method to test the proposed research model. (3) Results: The results demonstrate that informational dependency and social dependency engender both positive and negative cognitive states, namely perceived information timeliness, perceived socialization and social overload, which then invoke positive as well as negative affect. What is more, the results show that both positive affect and negative affect can engender misinformation sharing. (4) Conclusions: Theoretically, this study uncovers the processes that lead to misinformation sharing on social media during the COVID-19 pandemic. Practically, this study provides actionable guidelines on how to manage social media usage and social media content to cope with misinformation sharing during the pandemic.

Abstract With the continuous development and progress of image sensing technology in recent years, the problem of image data acquisition, recovery, and recording has been solved, and people have gradually realized that image data can be better recovered, recorded, and exhibited by collecting image data. It is also used in target recognition, image display, landscape design, and other fields. And the application of color mapping algorithm can more intuitively affect the final quality of the display image. This is extremely important for landscape design. It can be said that the emergence and application of color mapping algorithm provide strong technical support for both dynamic and static image color automatic adjustment and simulation. On this basis, taking the color mapping algorithm as the breakthrough, through the in-depth introduction of the color mapping algorithm, starting from the direction of landscape image color automatic adjustment, a relatively simplified color mapping algorithm model inheriting the positive and negative two-way vision model is proposed. At the same time, a simulation algorithm based on landscape suitcase color automatic adjustment is proposed based on the color mapping algorithm model. Experiments show that automatic color adjustment of landscape images based on color mapping algorithm can achieve more realistic image reproduction, and the color mapping method based on color mapping algorithm has less illumination bias. When the number of experiments is 30, the difference in visibility of the plane is 0.25 cd/m

Abstract The goal of this research was to provide a new approach for analyzing orthodontic teeth arrangement inside oral depending on the rotation matrix computation and resistance detection. The present method includes the following operations within a certain therapy period: first three-dimensional positions of the tooth were evaluated with a pierced laser beam and a three-dimensional system of surface-scanning. Second, the three-dimensional shape data was automatically registered at maxillary 1

Abstract Objective: To compare the clinical effects and safety of remiazolam and esketamine in preoperative sedation in children.
Methods: This study was conducted among 61 children (1-4 years old) undergoing elective bilateral tonsillectomy with or without adenoidectomy under general anesthesia from January 2022 to March 2023. The children were randomized into two groups to receive preoperative sedation with intravenous administration of 0.2 mg/kg remidazolam (R group, 30 cases) or 0.5 mg/kg esketamine (S group, 31 cases). The two groups were compared for PSAS score, vital signs (MAP, SpO
Results: The PSAS score, sedation score, mask acceptance score at induction, MAP and HR after induction, Ramsay sedation score after awakening, propofol dose during anesthesia induction, and the incidence of EA and NPOBCs after operation were all similar between the two groups (
Conclusion: In children aged 1-4 years, compared with 0.5 mg/kg esketamine, intravenous injection of 0.2 mg/kg remidazolam for preoperative sedation has a slightly longer onset time and is associated with a shorter recovery time and more stable hemodynamics, suggesting its good feasibility and safety.

Abstract To figure out at what extent of China's investment in energy technology in recent years has helped economic growth and improved the environment. From the basic theory of environmental regulation’s influence on energy consumption efficiency, this study uses the super-efficiency slack base model to measure the green energy efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019, and uses the kernel density function to analyze evolution trajectory. Then, the spatial Dubin model is used to test the influence of some important economic variables. The results of value show that although China's green energy efficiency improved significantly from 2010 to 2019, the overall performance was lacking. However, the overall efficiency value was significantly improved during the study period. Moreover, the efficiency value was closely related to the performance of economic development. From the dynamic trajectory perspective, efficiency values of all years show the type of "two peaks".Altough the width between the two peaks did not change noticeably, but the efficiency still had a significantly improved. In addition, according to the results of spatial economic regression analysis, eco-environmental constraints, foreign direct investment, and industrial agglomeration were not conducive to the efficiency value, while industrial structure and manufacturing enterprise scale had positive effects. In addition, the influence effects had obvious spatial phenomena. Therefore, for the Chinese government, enterprises and society, the next step is not only to vigorously exploit energy-saving and emission reduction technologies to improve energy consumption efficiency but also to establish reasonable environmental regulation policies to push enterprises to produce in a cleaner way. Additionally, a reasonable regional development plan should be established to promote the rational distribution and flow of the energy industry across different places. This paper provides a novel perspective for the study of energy input and usage.
