Abstract Chronic low back pain, as a common disease of aerobics athletes, has caused a lot of problems for aerobics athletes, and core strength training can form a strong back muscle through the back muscle training to maintain support functions. Maximize the physiological function of the spine to achieve the effect of treating chronic low back pain. To this end, this article raises the effect of core strength training on the chronic low back pain of aerobics athletes. This article uses electric traction as a control and conducts research by setting up a control experiment. Clinically, the ODI questionnaire is a commonly used judgment criterion for the diagnosis of lumbar function. This article uses the ODI questionnaire as the judgment criterion. The research in this article found that after the experiment, the subjects with a significant decrease in the ODI questionnaire scores in the two groups in the three surveys after treatment were over 80% of the total number in each group, indicating that core strength training is the same as traction therapy. In terms of the effect of treating chronic low back pain, it has obvious effects, and the method in this article is significantly better.

Abstract By combining virtual reality, the digital twin system has been deeply applied in many places. Especially with the upsurge of national sports and more attention to sports, people have also begun a more in-depth study on the strategy of sports training. This paper aims to explore the application of the Brazilian jujitsu training strategy and interactive control method in the new era. Based on the sports skills of Brazilian jujitsu, combined with digital twin technology and wireless sensor network technology, this paper develops a sports training system based on Brazilian jujitsu. It can collect the action information of the trainer and twin it into the simulation system so as to carry out better and more effective confrontation training. The experimental results show that the average delay time is 5.2 ms and the maximum delay time is 6.5 ms, which is less than the limit delay time of 20 ms. Compared with the control group, it achieved quite good results. It shows the effectiveness of the system designed in this paper for trick jujitsu training.

Abstract Compared to traditional measurement devices, the micro-synchrophasor measurement unit (D-PMU or μPMU) in the distribution power system has great differences in data acquisition frequency, data format, data dimension, time-stamped information, etc. Hence, it is imperative to research the integration mechanism of heterogeneous data from multiple sources. Based on the analysis of the current technology of multi-source information fusion, this paper proposes a novel approach, which considers two aspects: the interoperability of multi-source data and the real-time processing of large-scale streaming data. To solve the problem of data interoperability, we have modified the model of D-PMU data and established a unified information model. Meanwhile, an advanced distributed processing technology has been deployed to solve the problem of real-time processing of streaming data. Based on this approach, a smart distribution power system wide-area measurement and control station can be established, and the correctness and practicality of the proposed method are verified by an on-field project.

Abstract Although the importance of urbanization, urban renewal and sustainable development have been increasingly recognized, with the accelerating process of urbanization, the urban above-ground space is no longer sufficient for the process of urbanization, and downward development of the city has become inevitable. Underground Urban Utility Tunnel (UUUT) is an effective measure to promote the sustainable development of urban underground space (UUS). However, decision makers still cannot fully consider the economic, social, environmental and technological factors, as well as the future risks of the project and the value of flexibility in management. In this paper, an investment decision model for UUUT is proposed that combines the Integrated Value Model for Sustainable Assessment (MIVES) and the real option theory, which comprehensively considers the social, economic, environmental and technological impacts, and assists the government in carrying out the investment decision analysis of UUUT from a sustainability perspective by applying the real option theory to the economic evaluation process. The primary process of this study can be divided into four steps. (1) establishment of the investment decision index system for UUUT; (2) determination of the quantitative criteria for each indicator; (3) calculation of the feasibility of UUUT; and (4) a case study to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model, as well as the achieved results. The proposed investment decision model can be used as an auxiliary tool in the early planning stage of UUUT, and also for the comparison and selection of different options for UUUT.

Abstract Currently, biodiversity conservation and the achievement of common prosperity are important challenges. China bid farewell to “absolute poverty” in 2020 but continues to face challenges, such as relative multidimensional poverty, especially in regions of protected areas (PA). The correlation between poverty and the natural environment leads to further research on the distribution and spatiotemporal evolutionary characteristics of relative poverty regions affected by the restrictive policies of PA. Quantitative research on these regions helps researchers formalize ecological indemnification policies based on the condition of different regions, thereby stabilizing efforts toward poverty alleviation. Through a study on relative poverty areas in 489 county-level administrative regions in China influenced by 477 national nature reserves, this study formulated a multidimensional integrated poverty index model that comprises three systems, namely, natural environment, economy, and society and 13 indicators. Using the comprehensive index, spatial analysis, and cluster analysis to investigate the evolutionary characteristics and driving factors of poverty from 2014 to 2019, the study created a distribution map of relative poverty regions affected by PA. The results indicated the following. (i) Relative poverty regions are mainly concentrated in provinces on the northwest side of the Hu Line with strong spatial correlation between these regions. Among them, the relatively poor areas with persistent deterioration become the keystone to stabilizing poverty alleviation and promoting green development. (ii) Poverty alleviation focuses on the economic dimension, whereas the environmental and social dimensions lack engagement. (iii) Conservation areas overlap with relative poverty regions. However, the increase in PA does not necessarily lead to the aggravation of the poverty in counties. The results offer a valuable reference for decision makers in formulating targeted policies and measures for areas affected by PA to ...

Abstract Aim: While insulin sensitivity plays an important role in maintaining glucose metabolic homeostasis and cognitive function, its impact on postoperative delirium (POD) remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the association between POD and indicators of insulin sensitivity, including insulin resistance and osteocalcin.
Methods: A total of 120 elderly patients undergoing joint replacement were recruited and divided into delirium and non-delirium groups. Plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples were collected for the analysis of biomarkers, including insulin, uncarboxylated osteocalcin (ucOC), total osteocalcin (tOC), and glucose. Insulin resistance was assessed through the homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR).
Main results: Out of the total, 28 patients (23.3%) experienced POD within 5 days after surgery. Patients with delirium exhibited higher levels of preoperative HOMA-IR and ucOC in CSF and plasma, and of tOC in CSF (P = 0.028, P < 0.001, P = 0.005, P = 0.019). After adjusting for variables, including age, Mini-Mental State Examination score, surgical site and preoperative fracture, only preoperative ucOC in CSF and HOMA-IR were significantly linked to the incidence of delirium (OR = 5.940, P = 0.008; OR = 1.208, P = 0.046, respectively), both of which also correlated with the severity of delirium (P = 0.007, P < 0.001). Receiver operating curve analysis indicated that preoperative HOMA-IR and ucOC in CSF might partly predict POD (area under the curve [AUC] = 0.697, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.501-0.775, AUC = 0.745, 95% CI = 0.659-0.860).
Conclusions: We observed that preoperative elevated HOMA-IR and ucOC in CSF were associated with the incidence and severity of POD. While these preliminary results need confirmation, they suggest a potential involvement of insulin resistance and osteocalcin in the pathological mechanism of POD. Abstract Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in females worldwide, and the liver is one of the most common sites of distant metastases in breast cancer patients. Patients with breast cancer liver metastases face limited treatment options, and drug resistance is highly prevalent, leading to a poor prognosis and a short survival. Liver metastases respond extremely poorly to immunotherapy and have shown resistance to treatments such as chemotherapy and targeted therapies. Therefore, to develop and to optimize treatment strategies as well as to explore potential therapeutic approaches, it is crucial to understand the mechanisms of drug resistance in breast cancer liver metastases patients. In this review, we summarize recent advances in the research of drug resistance mechanisms in breast cancer liver metastases and discuss their therapeutic potential for improving patient prognoses and outcomes.

Abstract Extracellular vesicles (EVs) carry DNA, RNA, protein, and other substances involved in intercellular crosstalk and can be used for the targeted delivery of drugs. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is rich in recurrent and metastatic disease and lacks therapeutic targets. Studies have proved the role of EVs in the different stages of the genesis and development of TNBC. Cancer cells actively secrete various biomolecules, which play a significant part establishing the tumor microenvironment via EVs. In this article, we describe the roles of EVs in the tumor immune microenvironment, metabolic microenvironment, and vascular remodeling, and summarize the application of EVs for objective delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs, immune antigens, and cancer vaccine adjuvants. EVs-based therapy may represent the next-generation tool for targeted drug delivery for the cure of a variety of diseases lacking effective drug treatment.

Abstract Immune checkpoint blockade-based therapies are effective against a sorts of cancers. However, drug resistance is a problem that cannot be ignored. This review intends to elucidate the mechanisms underlying drug tolerance induced by PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, as well as to outline proposed mechanism-based combination therapies and small molecule drugs that target intrinsic immunity and immune checkpoints. According to the differences of patients and types of cancer, the optimization of individualized combination therapy will help to enhance PD-1/PD-L1-mediated immunoregulation, reduce chemotherapy resistance, and provide new ideas for chemotherapy-resistant cancer.
