Abstract This paper aims to address the combination of distributed generation placement and dynamic distribution network reconfiguration. Herein, a multi-strategy multi-objective improved black widow algorithm is proposed. A model is established, which considers the objectives of minimizing active power loss, voltage deviation, and carbon emission. The proposed algorithm significantly enhances the traversal capability and search speed by employing Cubic–Tent chaotic mapping, involving a novel formula with the fusion of optimal genes, and employing an adaptive mutation of Wald mutation and elite reverse learning mixing. The DeepSCN is employed to forecast the distributed generation (DG) output power and distribution network load. Through various test functions, the capability of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated. Whether single-objective or multi-objective, the algorithm has excellent performance. To showcase the practicality and effectiveness of the model and approach, a simulation experiment was performed on the IEEE-33 node configuration. The solution set provided by MIBWOA can reduce active network loss to improve operating efficiency, increase voltage offset to make operation more stable, and reduce carbon emissions to make operation more environmentally friendly. The proposed algorithm shows excellent performance in distributed generation placement and distribution network reconfiguration compared with the comparison algorithms. The results show that the solution proposed by MIBWOA can enhance the real-time operational parameters of the distribution network with considerable efficiency.

Abstract This study analyzes panel data of Chinese cities from 2003 to 2018 as a sample in the context of the dual circulation strategy in China to ascertain the impact of urban healthcare development on medical collaborative innovation efficiency by using the GS2SLS method. Furthermore, it empirically examines the influence mechanism of regional healthcare development on medical collaborative innovation efficiency by using a threshold regression model. Additionally, we identified the heterogeneity of this impact in different cities. The results show the following: (1) There is a significant positive spatial correlation between regional healthcare development and medical collaborative innovation efficiency; (2) Under the dual circulation strategy, the regional investment level in international circulation has the most significant role in the overall strategy, and domestic circulation has been significantly improved after the launch of the innovation-driven strategy; (3) The results of the threshold test show that while domestic and international circulation promote the efficiency of collaborative innovation by 0.83, the promotion effect is more obvious under a higher regional healthcare development level. The research in this paper can provide specific guidance for the development of China's healthcare industry under the background of dual-cycle strategy, and can also provide valuable reference for developing countries in the world.

Abstract Rett syndrome (RTT) is a severe and rare neurodevelopmental disorder affecting mostly girls. In RTT, an impaired sleep pattern is a supportive criterion for the diagnosis, yet little is known regarding the sleep structure and sleep respiratory events. Aiming to delineate sleep by aggregating RTT case (series) data from published polysomnographic studies, seventy-four RTT cases were collected from eleven studies up until 6 February 2022 (PROSPERO: CRD 42020198099). We compared the polysomnographic data within RTT stratifications and to a typically developing population. MECP2 cases demonstrated shortened total sleep time (TST) with increased stage N3 and decreased REM sleep. In cases with CDKL5 mutations, TST was longer and they spent more time in stage N1 but less in stage N3 than those cases affected by MECP2 mutations and a typically developing population. Sleep-disordered breathing was confirmed by the abnormal apnea/hypopnea index of 11.92 ± 23.67/h TST in these aggregated cases. No association of sleep structure with chronological age was found. In RTT, the sleep macrostructure of MECP2 versus CDKL5 cases showed differences, particularly regarding sleep stage N3. A severe REM sleep propensity reduction was found. Aberrant sleep cycling, possibly characterized by a poor REM ‘on switch’ and preponderance in slow and high-voltage sleep, is proposed.

Abstract Product quality is an important part of enterprise competitiveness. Product processing is the key process of quality formation. In smart factories, the improvement of data acquisition and processing capability provides a basis for data-based quality control. In order to reduce the occurrence of product quality problems, we abstracted the product processing process as a data processing unit, abstracted the process of changing the product quality state as a process of the processing quality characteristics data, divided the measured value of quality characteristics into three states according to the fluctuation of the measured value of product quality characteristics, and then the classification model of process equipment parameters was established. The experimental results show that the error rate of the real-time dynamic prediction of quality characteristics based on equipment parameters was acceptable, and its prediction could be used as a reference in real production. The research could be applied in product quality prediction, production process simulation, digital twin and other fields.

Abstract In order to cope with the challenges that operators face after the impact of diversified social channels in the field of interactive services, we actively build a new generation of intelligent interactive systems based on artificial intelligence technology, a semantic understanding, and intention recognition, covering rich media content, omnichannel coverage, high-frequency knowledge updates, consistent service response, high-quality, and low-cost intelligent interactive solutions is proposed. The solution provides overall business modeling for scenario design and a scenario-based knowledge expression system, with the function of fragmented knowledge processing. With complete text and voice information, combined with pictures, text, audio, video, and other multimedia, we intelligently interact with users, allowing users to obtain required information and solve problems in a pleasant and relaxing interaction. Therefore, the research and exploration of the intelligent interactive system architecture based on artificial intelligence is a useful practice and strong support for operators to redefine the connotation and elements of “smart service” in the process of building “smart operation.” Through repeated tests, it can be seen that the language similarity has reached 0.75549, which is very close to 1.0000. It can be seen that the design of this platform has been successful.
