Abstract Electrospun nanofiber membranes (NFMs) have high porosity and a large specific surface area, which provide a suitable environment for the complex and dynamic wound healing process and a large number of sites for carrying wound healing factors. Further, the design of the nanofiber structure can imitate the structure of the human dermis, similar to the natural extracellular matrix, which better promotes the hemostasis, anti-inflammatory and healing of wounds. Therefore, it has been widely studied in the field of wound dressing. This review article overviews the development of electrospinning technology and the application of electrospun nanofibers in wound dressings. It begins with an introduction to the history, working principles, and transformation of electrospinning, with a focus on the selection of electrospun nanofiber materials, incorporation of functional therapeutic factors, and structural design of nanofibers and nanofiber membranes. Moreover, the wide application of electrospun NFMs containing therapeutic factors in wound healing is classified based on their special functions, such as hemostasis, antibacterial and cell proliferation promotion. This article also highlights the structural design of electrospun nanofibers in wound dressing, including porous structures, bead structures, core-shell structures, ordered structures, and multilayer nanofiber membrane structures. Finally, their advantages and limitations are discussed, and the challenges faced in their application for wound dressings are analyzed to promote further research in this field.

Abstract Using data from selected Asian countries from 1995 to 2018, this new article investigated the dynamic correlation among non-fossil fuel and fossil - based energy utilization, economic growth, and Gross domestic product (GDP). For empirical research, the panel co-integration approach with structural breakdowns is employed. The findings indicate that non-fossil fuel and fossil - based energy, economic growth, and economic expansion have a long-term equilibrium connection. In both the short and long term, the panel causality studies reveal bidirectional causation between industrial production and both non-renewable energy and renewable energy consumption. The results from the panel error correction model reveals that the positive (negative) elasticities of nonrenewable energy consumption are 0.96 (1.15), suggesting that a 1% rise (decrease) in nonrenewable energy is expected to increase (reduce) 0.96% (1.15%) in carban dioxide emissions. These findings suggest that selected Asian countries’ industrial production and overall economic growth are still energy-dependent. In addition, there is two directional short run test causality among renewable energy consumption and non-renewable energy consumption might help to create a more sustainable energy economy.

Abstract Establishing a scientific and sustainable grading nursing care evaluation system is the key to realizing the rational distribution of medical and nursing resources in the combined medical and nursing care services. This study establishes a grading nursing care index system for medical and nursing institutions from both medical and nursing aspects, and proposes a grading nursing care evaluation model based on a combination of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and a two- stage gray synthetic clustering model for interval gray number under a social network context. Through case analysis, the proposed method can directly classify the elderly into corresponding grading nursing care grades and realize the precise allocation of medical and nursing resources, which proves the feasibility of the method.

Abstract Objective: To evaluate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on radiotherapy-related neuropathic pain in patients with head and neck malignancies, and to explore comprehensive nursing strategies.
Methods: In this retrospective study, a total of 80 patients diagnosed with head and neck malignancy and receiving radiotherapy were divided into 2 groups according to treatment. Patients in the control group received conventional radiation therapy and postoperative care, and those in the trial group received rhEGF in addition to conventional radiation therapy and care. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain degree of patients before and after treatment, EORTC QLQ-C30 scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients before and after treatment, and the skin and mucosal reactions of patients after radiotherapy were observed.
Results: Baseline characteristics were similar between the two groups. VAS scores in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group during and after radiotherapy (
Conclusion: rhEGF can effectively alleviate neuropathic pain during and after radiotherapy in patients with head and neck malignancies, improve skin and mucosal response, and improve quality of life.

Abstract Background: With the widespread use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), patients inevitably experience immune-related adverse events (irAEs). Therefore, the study was conducted on the clinical characteristics and outcomes of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with immune-related hepatitis (ir-hepatitis).
Methods: We identified patients with advanced NSCLC who developed ir-hepatitis after immunotherapy between June 2016 and December 2022. Their irAEs were categorized according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events version 4.03 (CTCAE 4.03). Kaplan-Meier curves and log-rank tests were used to analyze survival.
Results: A total of 35 patients were enrolled in the study. The numbers of mild (grade 1-2) and severe (grade 3-4) ir-hepatitis cases were 13 (grade 1, 3; grade 2, 10) and 22 (grade 3, 17; grade 4, 5), respectively. The median onset time of ir-hepatitis was 1.6 months. The median progression-free survival (mPFS) was 8.3 months. PFS differed between patients with early ir-hepatitis developing within two treatment cycles and those with ir-hepatitis developing more than two treatment cycles (5.5
Conclusions: Early and severe ir-hepatitis are associated with worse survival benefits, which still required more basic and perspective studies.

Abstract With the strengthening of the public awareness of food safety and environmental protection, functional food packaging materials have received widespread attention. Nanofibers are considered as promising packaging materials due to their unique one-dimensional structure (high aspect ratio, large specific surface area) and functional advantages. Electrospinning, as a commonly used simple and efficient method for preparing nanofibers, can obtain nanofibers with different structures such as aligned, core-shell, and porous structures by modifying the devices and adjusting the process parameters. The selection of raw materials and structural design of nanofibers can endow food packaging with different functions, including antimicrobial activity, antioxidation, ultraviolet protection, and response to pH. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review of the application of electrospun nanofibers in functional food packaging. Advances in electrospinning technology and electrospun materials used for food packaging are introduced. Moreover, the progress and development prospects of electrospun nanofibers in functional food packaging are highlighted. Meanwhile, the application of functional packaging based on nanofibers in different foods is discussed in detail.

Abstract Objective: To explore the application effect of the team resource management (TRM) mode in the management of the secondary warehouse of medical consumables in the operating room based on the support of smart healthcar.
Methods: Using the TRM management method, a new mode of intelligent management of medical consumables in the operating room was implemented to form a complete closedloop management process of medical consumables through the unique identification (UDI) and radio frequency identification (RFID) scanning technology of smart medical.
Results: The average purchase amount of high-value consumables for each operation in the operating room of the hospital decreased by 6.2%, the proportion of low-value consumables used decreased by 32%, and the efficiency of supplier distribution increased by 11.7% in 2021. The cumulative reduction in medical costs is more than 40 million CNY.
Conclusions: Based on the new management model of the secondary warehouse of medical consumables in the operating room by using the TRM method under the support of smart healthcare, the team cooperation has been strengthened, and the management level of medical consumables in the operating room has been effectively improved.
