Abstract In recent years, with the arrival of an overall aging population, how to provide for the elderly has become the focus of government departments and society. The traditional elderly care service model has problems such as backward construction of information platforms, low quality of elderly care services, and "digital divide". For this reason, based on grassroots medical and health care, this paper improves the quality of elderly care services by establishing a smart elderly care service model. Through experiments, it can be found that compared with the traditional elderly care service model, the intelligent elderly care service model has an absolute advantage in the identification of nursing data. The recognition accuracy rate of the smart elderly care service model for all kinds of daily care data is above 94%, while the recognition accuracy rate of the traditional elderly care service model is below 90%. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the smart elderly care service model driven by primary medical care and health.

Abstract Cancer not only has a significant prevalence in the human population, but is also leading cause of death in animals. Despite a long history, our battle against cancer continues. Cross-species comparative genomics offers insight into shared genes and pathways by analyzing genomic data across species, enhancing our understanding of cancer mechanisms, evolutionary processes, and possible therapeutic targets. However, no previous study has demonstrated the inhibitory effects of tumor suppressor genes from one species on tumor cells from another. The naked mole rat is the only mammal yet to be found with cancer that is attributed to its tumor suppressor genes. In this study, we constructed phylogenetic trees and assessed the anti-tumor activity of two suppressor genes, programmed cell death molecule 5 (PDCD5) and dickkopf 3 (DKK3), from rats, mice, and humans. DKK3 robustly inhibited the proliferation of breast cancer cells within and across species due to its highly conserved protein sequence. However, the cross-species inhibitory effect of PDCD5 on breast cancer cells was inconsistent due to significant sequence variations. Intriguingly, PDCD5 from the naked mole rat demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity against breast cancer cells from mice, rats, and humans, surpassing that of PDCD5 from parental species. Our results demonstrate that the suppressor genes from the naked mole rat have a strong inhibitory effect on cancer cells, indicating that the powerful anti-cancer functions of the naked mole rat may be useful for human tumor treatment.

Abstract Metabolism of polyamines is of critical importance to physiological processes. Ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) antizyme inhibitors (AZINs) are capable of interacting with antizymes (AZs), thereby releasing ODC from ODC-AZs complex, and promote polyamine biosynthesis. AZINs regulate reproduction, embryonic development, fibrogenesis and tumorigenesis through polyamine and other signaling pathways. Dysregulation of AZINs has involved in multiple human diseases, especially malignant tumors. Adenosine-to-inosine (A-to-I) RNA editing is the most common type of post-transcriptional nucleotide modification in humans. Additionally, the high frequencies of RNA-edited AZIN1 in human cancers correlates with increase of cancer cell proliferation, enhancement of cancer cell stemness, and promotion of tumor angiogenesis. In this review, we summarize the current knowledge on the various contribution of AZINs related with potential cancer promotion, cancer stemness, microenvironment and RNA modification, especially underlying molecular mechanisms, and furthermore explored its promising implication for cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Abstract An in-depth study on the fixed-time event-triggered obstacle avoidance consensus control in heterogeneous USV-AUV systems with input delay and uncertain disturbances are conducted in this paper. When initial state of the system fails to achieve consensus, the desired heterogeneous USV-AUV formation can be achieved by fixed-time consensus control, within a fixed predetermined time, regardless of the initial states. Besides, an event-triggered communication strategy among the agents is introduced in the system, significantly reducing communication energy consumption. By employing the proposed control strategy, the Zeno behavior also can be avoided. Additionally, an obstacle avoidance control algorithm for the heterogeneous USV-AUV system based on improved artificial potential fields (IAPF) is designed, which helps in avoiding both static and dynamic obstacles. Compared to existing research, this algorithm reduces control input jitter, resulting in smoother obstacle avoidance paths. Through extensive simulation experiments and comparisons with other methods, effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm is validated.

Abstract Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy of the spirit-regulation method of Jin's three-needle therapy on post-stroke anxiety and its effects on the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.
Methods: Fifty-four patients with post-stroke anxiety were divided into spirit regulation (Jin's three needle therapy) group and sham-acupuncture group according to the random number table method, 28 cases in the spirit regulation and 26 cases in the sham-acupuncture group. The patients of the two groups received the same regimen of basic medication and rehabilitation, and the same acupoint prescription was adopted, including Sishenzhen (extra points, 1.5
Results: In the within-group comparison before and after treatment, HAMA score and NIHSS score dropped on day 10 and day 21 after treatment in the spirit regulation group (
Conclusions: Using sham acupuncture as a control, it is preliminarily confirmed that the spirit regulation method of Jin's three-needle therapy is effective on post-stroke anxiety. In association of the downtrend of serological indicators, it is speculated that the underlying mechanism of this therapy is related to HPA axis.

Abstract miRNAs are increasingly recognized for their crucial role in autophagy processes. Recent research has highlighted the significant function of autophagy in modulating immune responses. Within this context, specific miRNAs have been identified as indirect mediators of immune functions through their modulation of autophagy. In this study, we verified that miR-193b-5p simultaneously targeted the grass carp autophagy-related gene deptor, thereby reducing autophagy levels in CIK cells. Moreover, we found the expression levels of miR-193b-5p and deptor responding to pathogen infections in the GCRV-infected CIK cells. Notably, the overexpression of miR-193b-5p was found to induce the GCRV replication and reduce the irf3, irf7 and IFN1 expression. These findings also demonstrated that grass carp miR-193b-5p impacted the proliferation, migration, and antiapoptotic abilities of CIK cells. All the above results indicated that miR-193b-5p was linked to grass carp autophagy and played a vital role in antiviral immunity by targeting deptor. Our study may provide important insights into autophagy-related miRNAs and their roles in defense and immune mechanisms against pathogens in teleost.
