Abstract Objective: C-terminal Src kinase (CSK), a sarcoma (Src) homologous family kinase, is one of the most important negative regulators. It acts as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting the activity of Src family tyrosine kinases. Paradoxically, CSK is highly expressed in a variety of common tumors. Therefore, we report the expression profile of CSK in pan-cancer patients, focusing on the prognostic value, immune infiltration pattern, and biological function of CSK in gastric cancer.
Materials and methods: We used the TCGA database to analyze CSK expression, clinical relevance, prognostic significance, assessment of the tumor immune microenvironment, and GO and Kegg enrichment analysis based on co-expressed genes using a bioinformatics approach.
Results: CSK is a protective factor in gastric cancer, and its expression correlates with the level of immune cell infiltration and immune checkpoint molecules.
Conclusions: Our findings suggest that CSK is an independent prognostic factor in gastric cancer and may predict molecular targeting and immunotherapy and provide ideas for its therapeutic strategy.

Abstract Covering: up to the end of July, 2021Anthraquinone-fused enediynes (AFEs) are a subfamily of enediyne natural products. Dynemicin A (DYN A), the first member of the AFE family, was discovered more than thirty years ago. Subsequently, extensive studies have been reported on the mode of action and the interactions of AFEs with DNA using DYN A as a model. However, progress in the discovery, biosynthesis and clinical development of AFEs has been limited for a long time. In the past five years, four new AFEs have been discovered and significant progress has been made in the biosynthesis of AFEs, especially on the biogenesis of the anthraquinone moiety and their tailoring steps. Moreover, the streamlined total synthesis of AFEs and their analogues boosts the preparation of AFE-based linker-drugs, thus enabling the development of AFE-based antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This review summarizes the discovery, mechanism of action, biosynthesis, total synthesis and preclinical studies of AFEs.

Abstract This study investigated the effects of cultural value appeals in health persuasion. Situated in the COVID-19 pandemic, this study examined if and how individualistic and collectivistic appeals can improve attitudes and behaviors related to the use of face masks among European Americans and Asian Americans. Results showed that for European Americans, collectivistic vs. individualistic appeals were more effective to improve attitudes and behavioral intention. Perceived message relevance and counter-arguing were significant mediators explaining the effects. For Asian Americans, both individualistic and collectivistic appeals predicted significant changes in attitudinal and behavioral outcomes. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract The ever-evolving Internet technology has brought more information resources for music teaching than ever before. For music educators, figuring out how to create and use these tools more effectively has become a pressing concern. China will usher in a new age of innovation and integration between the Internet and different traditional businesses with the idea of "Internet Plus." MOOCs present significant challenges to traditional teachers and teaching methods as a typical practice of the transformation of education informatization to innovation, and they also drive global education toward a new process of informatization development. This paper adopts Internet thinking as the guiding ideology for the development of future music education concepts and, concurrently, conducts specific transformation research based on Internet technology from four aspects: music teaching content, music teaching methods, music education concepts, and the passing down of traditional music culture. The improved association rule algorithm is used to organise the students' access data, decide which high-frequency websites are accessible to the students, and realize the intuitive positioning of high-frequency access and learning issues. Assist the school's decision-making and educational levels in identifying the issues that students have with their learning, and then, improve the network teaching platform's material to complete the task of personalized network education.

Abstract Classical regression is a supervised task that uses target output to guide the modeling. Generally, the original input contains both output relevant and irrelevant information, whereas the latter may decrease the predictive performance to a certain extent. Without prior information about what information contributes to the prediction, the predictive performance of regression models can be improved based on such output relevant information as input. Thus, a joint autoencoder (JAE) combining the supervised and unsupervised mechanisms is proposed to learn output relevant features from the original input. In this way, both predictive and reconstructive performance are considered to learn the essential characteristics and avoid poor generalized performance on untrained instances. Meanwhile, hierarchy representations can be learned by successive JAEs with a local parameter embedding strategy, which is presented to preserve the predictive performance in this structure. In the experiments, the predictive performance and robustness of the proposal are verified on nine datasets with different sample sizes.
