Abstract This article focuses on the implied volatility forecast of the SSE 50 ETF options market from June 1, 2017, to August 30, 2019, and constructs AR (1) model and ARMA-GARCH model based on liquidity characteristics to compare and analyze the prediction effect of implied volatility on different option types and term structures. The results show that, during the sample period of the SSE 50 ETF options market, the effect of model fitting of the ARMA-GARCH model is significantly better than the AR (1) model; the fitting sequences predicted by the two models have typical time-varying and synchronization characteristics, and the prediction effect of the ARMA-GARCH model in the whole period is significantly better than the AR (1) model.

Abstract Metabolic engineering has witnessed remarkable advancements, enabling successful large-scale, cost-effective and efficient production of numerous compounds. However, the predominant expression of heterologous genes in the cytoplasm poses limitations, such as low substrate concentration, metabolic competition and product toxicity. To overcome these challenges, compartmentalized metabolic engineering allows the spatial separation of metabolic pathways for the efficient and precise production of target compounds. Compartmentalized metabolic engineering and its common strategies are comprehensively described in this study, where various membranous compartments and membraneless compartments have been used for compartmentalization and constructive progress has been made. Additionally, the challenges and future directions are discussed in depth. This review is dedicated to providing compartmentalized, precise and efficient methods for metabolic production, and provides valuable guidance for further development in the field of metabolic engineering.

Abstract Agrobacterium-mediated soybean transformation is the simplest method of gene transfer. However, the low transformation due to the intractable nature of soybean genotypes hinders this process. The use of biochemicals (acetosyringone, cinnamic acid, flavonoids, etc.) plays an important role in increasing soybean transformation. These biochemicals induce chemotaxis and virulence gene activation during the infection process. Here we identified a biochemical, aztreonam (a monobactam), for high agrobacterium-mediated transformation in soybean. The soybean explants from three genotypes were inoculated with

Abstract Healthy investor sentiment has an important impact on stock market volatility. To avoid extreme volatility in the stock market, it becomes crucial to focus on the sentiment health of investors. Therefore, we establish the realized volatility model, the implied volatility model, and the historical volatility model, respectively, introduce investor sentiment and market liquidity into these models, and empirically study the forecast effects of future daily and weekly frequency volatility to play a role in the development of the physical industry and the improvement of organizational performance. The study found that the HAR-RV model has the strongest predictive ability, while the GJR-GARCH model's predictive effect is not ideal; market liquidity and high investor sentiment can improve the predictive effect of most models; compared with long-term (one-week) volatility, the effect of predicting short-term (one-day) volatility is better.

Abstract Objective To evaluate the morphology of the upper airway of children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) combined with polysomnography (PSG) and provide references for clinical practice. Methods CBCT data of 45 OSAHS children and 45 normal children and PSG data of the OSAHS group were retrospectively collected. Three-dimensional reconstructions were performed using NNT 9.0 software. The total upper airway volume, nasopharyngeal volume, palatopharyngeal volume, glossopharyngeal volume, laryngopharyngeal volume, minimum cross-sectional area, anterior-posterior diameter of the minimum cross-section, and lateral diameter of the minimum cross-section were measured and recorded. According to PSG monitoring results, patients with an obstructive apnea hypopnea index (OAHI) and lowest oxygen saturation (LSaO2) were assessed. Body mass index (BMI) was recorded. The correlation between airway volume parameters, BMI and PSG test results was analyzed. Results The total upper airway volume, nasopharyngeal volume, palatopharyngeal volume, glossopharyngeal volume, laryngopharyngeal volume, minimum cross-sectional area, anterior-posterior diameter of the minimum cross-section, and lateral diameter of the minimum cross-section of the OSAHS group were significantly reduced compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). In the OSAHS group, the total upper airway volume, the minimum cross-sectional area and the lateral diameter of the minimum cross-section showed moderate negative correlations with the obstructive apnea hypopnea index (OAHI) (P<0.05). Moreover, the total upper airway volume, minimum cross-sectional area, anterior-posterior diameter of the minimum cross-section and lateral diameter of the minimum cross-section showed no correlation with the minimum blood oxygen saturation (P>0.05). No significant correlation was noted between BMI and PSG in the OSAHS group (P>0.05). Conclusion The morphology of the upper airway of children with OSAHS was ...

Abstract A three-degree-of-freedom fighter model is established to solve the maneuver decision problem in cooperative air combat, and an extended basic maneuver decision set is designed according to the pilot’s actual operation in air combat. The air combat situation assessment model is established by constructing angle, velocity, distance and altitude superiority functions. Based on group decision making theory, Cook-Seiford decision making algorithm is designed and applied to the research of multi-aircraft cooperative air combat maneuver decision making for the first time, which effectively optimizes the decision flow. Under the initial situation disadvantage, Cook-Seiford group decision algorithm, Copeland and Dodgson group decision algorithm are used to simulate adversarial air combat under typical air combat conditions of 2 versus 2 and 3 versus 2. The simulation results show that the cooperative maneuver decision algorithm based on Cook-Seiford group decision algorithm can effectively obtain obvious countermeasures advantage, which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm designed in this paper, and provides a new idea for using the group decision algorithm to solve multi-aircraft cooperative air combat decision.

Abstract Recently, two-dimensional (2D) bilayer magnetic systems have been widely studied. Their interlayer magnetic interactions play a vital role in the magnetic properties. In this paper, we theoretically studied the interlayer magnetic interactions, magnetic states and ferroelectricity of $\pi$/3-twisted CrX$_2$ (X = Se, Te) bilayers ($\pi$/3-CrX$_2$). Our study reveals that the lateral shift could switch the magnetic state of the $\pi$/3-CrSe$_2$ between interlayer ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic, while just tuning the strength of the interlayer antiferromagnetic interactions in $\pi$/3-CrTe$_2$. Furthermore, the lateral shift can alter the off-plane electric polarization in both $\pi$/3-CrSe$_2$ and $\pi$/3-CrTe$_2$. These results show that stacking is an effective way to tune both the magnetic and ferroelectric properties of 1T-CrX$_2$ bilayers, making the 1T-CrX$_2$ bilayers hold promise for 2D spintronic devices.
