Abstract Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading causes of premature death and disability in people around the world. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of CVDs has become an important subject. In this study, we verified the thrombolytic activities of a nattokinase‐like protease named NK‐01 in vivo. Label‐free liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) technique was used in our study. NK‐01 could inhibit the activity of coagulation factors though the up‐regulation of proteinase C inhibitors and protein S. NK‐01 also could inhibit the angiotensinogen conversion to AngII and promote the degradation of kininogen to reduce the blood pressure. In addition, NK‐01 could increase the content of paraoxonase 1, which could prevent atherosclerosis. In our study, we found that NK‐01 cloud effect some key proteins which participant in CVDs associated metabolic processes such as coagulation system, blood pressure, and atherosclerosis. Taken together, the underlying molecular mechanisms for the biological beneficial of NK‐01 were investigated. Our proteomic study will provide further theoretical basis for application of NK in prevention or adjuvant treatment in biomedicine areas.

Abstract The present work deals with the inverse dynamics simulation of underactuated multibody systems. In particular, the study focuses on solving trajectory tracking control problems of differentially flat underactuated systems. The use of servo constraints provides an approach to formulate trajectory tracking control problems of underacutated systems, which are also called underactuated servo constraint problems

Abstract The medical electron linear accelerator(LINAC) has the characteristics of complex system structure, many core components and high precision control requirements, which puts forward higher requirements for product quality control and regulation. This study puts forward the main points of field inspection through the analysis of the technical characteristics and production risk of LINAC, combined with the requirements of the good manufacturing practice of medical devices. It has certain reference significance for quality management personnel and field inspectors.

Abstract Backgrounds: Appendicitis (AP) is a prevalent and sudden disease, and although surgery can be effective in treating it, post-surgical care is of great importance in improving the patient's recovery.
Objective: To analyze the impact of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)-based nursing on patients with AP after surgery.
Methods: A total of 104 patients with AP who received treatment in Fuyang Shi Hospital of TCM from December 2021 to February 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group (n = 52) who received routine nursing and a research group (n = 52) who receive FMEA-based nursing. The time to recovery of bowel sounds, time to defecation by anus, time to anal exhaust, and length of stay were statistically analyzed in both groups after surgery. Pain, sleep, and psychological status of patients before and after surgery were assessed using the visual analog scale (VAS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and self-rating anxiety scale/self-rating depression scale (SAS/SDS). Patients' satisfaction with nursing was also investigated, and the incidence of postoperative complications was recorded.
Results: After surgery, the research group showed shorter time to recovery of bowel sounds, time to defecation by anus, time to anal exhaust, and length of stay, and lower scores of VAS, PSQI, SAS, and SDS than those of the control group (P < .05). As indicated by the satisfaction survey, compared with the control group, the research group showed a larger number of patients who were very satisfied with nursing and a smaller number of patients who thought their nursing should be improved; the incidence of postoperative complications was also lower in the research group (P < .05).
Conclusion: For patients with AP, FMEA-based nursing improves their postoperative recovery, alleviates their pain, and ameliorates their sleep quality, which is of high clinical application value.

Abstract Abstract: In Tarim River Basin (TRB), the retreat of glacier and snow cover reduction due to cli-mate warming threatens the regional economy of downstream basins that critically depends on meltwater. However, the quantitative evaluation of its impact on multiple sectors of the socio-economic system is incomplete. Based on compiled regional input–output table of the year 2012, this study developed a method to analyze the relationships between economic activities and related meltwater withdrawal, as well as sectoral transfer. The results show that the direct melt-water withdrawal intensity (DMWI) of agriculture was much higher than other sectors, reaching 2348.02 m3/10,000 CNY. Except for A01 (agriculture) and A02 (mining and washing of coal), the embodied meltwater withdrawal (EMW) driven by the final demand of other sectors was greater than direct meltwater withdrawal, and all sectors required inflows of virtual water (72.45 × 108 m3, accounting for 29% of total supply from cryospheric water resources) for their production processes in 2012. For sectors with high DMWI, improving water-use efficiency is an effective way to reduce water withdrawal. To some extent, the unbalanced supply of cryospheric water resources due to geographical segregation can be regulated by virtual water flows from water-saving to water-intensive sectors. Such decisions can affect the balance between socioeconomic development and environment conservation for long-term sustainability.
