Abstract Background: This study aimed to retrospectively analyze the effects of different endometrial preparation protocols on live birth rate (LBR) of overweight/obese patients in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles. Methods and Results: The study population comprised women who received IVF treatment between June 2013 and December 2020 in the Reproductive Medical Centre. We collected 529 patients with BMI ≥24 kg/m2 according to the inclusion criteria. The patients were divided into four groups according to the different endometrial preparation protocols in the freeze-thaw cycle: modified natural cycle group (135 cases), stimulated cycle group (124 cases), artificial cycle group (85 cases), and artificial cycle with down-regulation group (185 cases). There was no statistical difference in LBR, clinical pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, or ectopic pregnancy rate among different endometrial preparation protocols. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that only the duration of infertility was related to the LBR (P=0.048). Conclusion: For overweight and obese people who want to receive FET, different endometrial preparation protocols may not affect the LBR.

Abstract In order to improve the effect of network public opinion management, this paper constructs an intelligent computer network simulation model to analyze the dynamic influence mechanism of network public opinion. This paper converts semistructured text information into a form that is easy for computer analysis and recognition, which facilitates opinion extraction and sentiment analysis. Moreover, by analyzing the text content to be mined, this paper uses a specific algorithm to select different words that best represent the text to be tested as the characteristic words of network public opinion. These network public opinion feature words can classify texts, thereby reducing the complexity of text classification. The experimental study shows that the dynamic influence mechanism analysis model of network public opinion based on intelligent computer network simulation constructed in this paper has a good effect.

Abstract Since China's reform and opening up four decades ago, the establishment and healthy development of the socialist market economy has been closely linked to the forward-looking theoretical analysis and policy suggestions given by representatives from the School of New Marxist Economics. By comparative analysis of a variety of cited literature, the author argues that the School of New Marxist Economics scholars Guoguang Liu, Enfu Cheng, and Zuyao Yu, have made an outstanding contribution not only to the construction of the socialist market economy theory and socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics academically, but also to the comprehensive deepening of reform and the strengthening of technology power building in practice.

Abstract One of the most important challenges facing the optimal management of power resources for industrial customers is considering the latest available technologies for this purpose. In this regard, this article investigates the most important technologies and methods available in this field and tries to maintain the energy efficiency at a suitable level by presenting a knowledge-oriented approach. One of the most important technologies used in this field is demand response, which provides an opportunity for consumers to provide an appropriate response to energy at various price rates by reducing or changing electricity consumption in peak load. In addition, the emergence of different renewable energy sources such as solar and wind in recent years has created a suitable opportunity for the participation of the majority of industrial and household consumers and as a result has increased social awareness in this field. The above items are investigated and discussed one by one in this paper and the impact of each of them on meeting the needs of industrial customers is assessed. In the end, it is tried to present a model to show how to optimally use these resources in scheduling from the social, economic and technical point of view.

Abstract Abstract Objective To determine whether histogram analysis based on unenhanced CT can play a role in the differential diagnosis of thymoma and lymphoma from thymic hyperplasia and cyst (mean CT attenuation > 10 HU). Materials and methods This retrospective study included consecutive asymptomatic participants who have prevascular mediastinal lesions incidentally detected by unenhanced CT between December 2013 and August 2020, and with definitive diagnosis by pathology or additional radiologic work-ups. A total of thirteen histogram parameters on enhanced CT were calculated for each lesion, then were compared between tumor (thymoma + lymphoma) and non-tumor (hyperplasia + cyst). Receiver operating characteristic analysis was conducted to investigate the performance of histogram parameter for identifying tumor. Results The study population included 192 patients (106 men and 86 women) with a mean age of 50.5 years at the time of CT examination. Of them, 94 patients have tumor (87 thymomas and 7 lymphoma) and 98 have non-tumor (48 thymic hyperplasia and 50 cysts). Nine of the thirteen histogram parameters revealed significant difference between the two groups, including median, minimum, range, 10th percentile, 90th percentile, kurtosis, skewness, uniformity and entropy. No significant difference was observed in the mean CT attenuation between groups. Higher median was found to be independent predictors for distinguishing tumor from non-tumor, and can achieve an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.785 (95% confidence interval [95% IC], 0.720–0.841). Conclusions Histogram analysis based on unenhanced CT may be able to provide some help in the differential diagnosis of incidental lesions in prevascular mediastinal. Abstract In light of the profound advancements in information and communication technologies ushering in the knowledge economy, the urban space is undergoing a transformation from the traditional “space of places” to the emerging “space of flows.” This shift poses questions about the influence of knowledge flows on urban economic centrality. This paper seeks to address this knowledge gap by introducing a theoretical framework that elucidates how knowledge contributes to urban economic centrality. Our analysis focuses on both intra-city knowledge stocks and inter-city knowledge flows. Empirical findings in China highlight that knowledge stocks based on R&D and education levels, along with knowledge flows, significantly and positively influence all four dimensions of centrality. In contrast, knowledge spatial agglomeration within the knowledge stocks exhibits a significant positive correlation solely with power centrality. Additionally, although the knowledge stock structures don't yield significant results in the diffusion centrality model, for agglomeration and power centralities, a combination of specialized knowledge and telecommunications enhances urban economic centrality, while face-to-face communication strengthens the positive impact of diverse knowledge on urban economic centrality. The results suggest implementing knowledge-based policies tailored to different nodes in the city network is expected to promote sustainable competitiveness in the urban system.

Abstract Faced with the AI (artificial intelligence) era, it is both theoretically and practically important to examine the challenges and opportunities that vocational college education in China faces, as well as to actively explore how vocational college education can overcome the challenges and achieve a realistic path. This paper proposes and implements a wireless network-based vocational college talent management system. The main personnel management system primarily completes business operations related to daily personnel file management, while the data mining subsystem mines talent data using the DT (decision tree) classification algorithm to aid talent selection. At the same time, a new topology optimization algorithm based on the principle of minimum rigidity graph is proposed for talent management system wireless network optimization. The maximum-minimum balance criterion and the user-by-user optimization mechanism are designed to obtain the optimal relay selection and subchannel allocation strategy, ensuring the system’s reliability and fairness. The optimized algorithm has a user security satisfaction of 0.93 in the range of 250 m, which is higher than other algorithms. It demonstrates that this algorithm’s communication link is short, and it has good network connectivity and structural stability.
