    Abstract This article aims to accommodate networked games in which the players' dynamics are subjected to unmodeled and disturbance terms. The unmodeled and disturbance terms are regarded as extended states for which observers are designed to estimate them. Compensating the players' dynamics with the observed values, the control laws are designed to achieve the robust seeking of the Nash equilibrium for networked games. First, we consider the case in which the players' dynamics are subject to time-varying disturbances only. In this case, the seeking strategy is developed by employing a smooth observer based on the proportional-integral (PI) control. By utilizing the designed strategy, we show that the players' actions would converge to a small neighborhood of the Nash equilibrium. Moreover, the ultimate bound can be adjusted to be arbitrarily small by tuning the control gains. Then, we further consider the case in which both an unmodeled term and a disturbance term coexist in the players' dynamics. In this case, we adapt the idea from the robust integral of the sign of the error (RISE) method in the strategy design to achieve the asymptotic seeking of the Nash equilibrium. Both strategies are analytically investigated via the Lyapunov stability analysis. The applications of the proposed methods for a network of velocity-actuated vehicles are discussed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified via conducting numerical simulations.

    Abstract Objective: To investigate the mechanism underlying the inhibitory effects of Demethylzeylasteral (T-96) on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells.
    Methods: We first examined the effects of different concentrations (1, 3, 10, and 30 μmol/L) of demethylzeylasteral on morphology and cell number of A549 and H1299 cells. The changes in proliferation, cell viability, migration, invasion, and apoptosis of A549 and H1299 cells following demethylzeylasteral treatment were detected using clone formation, CCK-8, cell scratch, Transwell, and flow cytometric assays, and the effect of SC79 treatment against demethylzeylasteral-induced cell apoptosis was assessed. Western blotting was performed to detect the changes in expressions of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, vimentin, Bax, Bcl-2 and cleaved caspase-3 and phosphorylation of AKT/CREB in demethylzeylasteral-treated A549 and H1299 cells and the cellular expressions of apoptotic proteins following treatment with both demethylzeylasteral and SC79.
    Results: T-96 treatment caused elongation of the cell body and widening of the intercellular space and significantly inhibited cell viability, proliferation, migration and invasion of A549 and H1299 cells (
    Conclusion: T-96 inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion and induces apoptosis of NSCLC cells possibly by inhibiting the AKT/CREB signaling pathway.

    Abstract I propose a novel dual-attention model(DAM) for aspect-level sentiment classification. Many methods have been proposed, such as support vector machines for artificial design features, long short-term memory networks based on attention mechanisms, and graph neural networks based on dependency parsing. While these methods all have decent performance, I think they all miss one important piece of syntactic information: dependency labels. Based on this idea, this paper proposes a model using dependency labels for the attention mechanism to do this task. We evaluate the proposed approach on three datasets: laptop and restaurant are from SemEval 2014, and the last one is a twitter dataset. Experimental results show that the dual attention model has good performance on all three datasets.

    Abstract We propose and demonstrate a high-performance refractive Fresnel liquid crystal (LC) lens with a simple electrode design. The interconnected circular electrodes enable the creation of a parabolic voltage distribution within each Fresnel zone using only two driving voltages. By controlling these voltages within the linear response region of LC material, the desired parabolic phase profile can be achieved. We provide a detailed discussion on the electrode structure design methodology and operating principles of the lens. In our experiments, we constructed a four-zone Fresnel LC lens with a total aperture of 8 mm. The results show that the optical power of the lens can be continuously adjusted from -1.30 D to +1.33 D. Throughout the process of electrically tuning the optical power, the phase distribution within each Fresnel zone maintains a parabolic profile. These results demonstrate the high-performance of the proposed Fresnel LC lens.

    Abstract Purpose: We compared the adaptive responses to supramaximal high-intensity interval training (HIIT) individualized according to anaerobic speed reserve (ASR), the 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test (VIFT), and velocity associated with maximum oxygen uptake (MAS) to determine which approach facilitates more identical adaptations across athletes with different profiles.
    Methods: Thirty national-level basketball players (age = 28.4 [5] y; body mass = 88.9 [6.3] kg; height = 190 [4.8] cm) were randomly assigned to 3 training groups performing 2 sets of 4, 6, 8, 6, 8, and 10-minute runs (from first to sixth week, respectively), consisting of 15-second running at Δ%20ASR (MAS + 0.2 × ASR), 95%VIFT, and 120%MAS, with 15 seconds recovery between efforts and a 3-minute relief between sets.
    Results: All 3 interval interventions significantly (P < .05) enhanced maximum oxygen uptake (V˙O2max), oxygen pulse (V˙O2/HR), first and second ventilatory threshold (VT1 and VT2), cardiac output (Q˙max), stroke volume, peak and average power output, testosterone levels, and testosterone-to-cortisol ratio following the training period. Different values of interindividual variability (coefficient of variation) for the percentage changes of the measured variables were observed in response to HIITASR, HIITvIFT, and HIITMAS for V˙O2max (8.7%, 18.8%, 34.6%, respectively), V˙O2/HR (9.5%, 15.0%, 28.6%), VT1 (9.6%, 19.6%, 34.6%), VT2 (21.8%, 32.4%, 56.7%), Q˙max (8.2%, 16.9%, 28.8%), stroke volume (7.9%, 15.2%, 23.5%), peak power output (20%, 22%, 37.3%), average power output (21.1%, 21.3%, 32.5%), testosterone (52.9%, 61.6%, 59.9%), and testosterone-to-cortisol ratio (55.1%, 59.5%, 57.8%).
    Conclusions: Supramaximal HIIT performed at Δ%20ASR resulted in more uniform physiological adaptations than HIIT interventions prescribed using VIFT or MAS. Although hormonal changes do not follow this approach, all the approaches induced an anabolic effect.

    Abstract A novel type of detachable precast concrete column-column joint (DPC) is proposed in this study to solve the problems in current column-column dry connections including complex load path, uncertainty of structural stiffness of beam-column joints and inconvenience for disassembly. The dry connection technology is applied by composing of steel plate and concrete. Finite element models of DPC were created to study its structural performance including hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, ductility, and energy dissipation capacity. The benchmark models are firstly established and validated against the test data and after that a small-scale parametric study is prepared. The effect of axial pressure ratio and eccentricity distance size on the seismic performance of DPC was studied. Results indict that the optimal value of axial pressure ratio ranges from 0.5 to 0.7. With increase of the axial pressure ratio, the ductility coefficient shows a decreasing trend in general. The eccentricity has little effect on the energy dissipation capacity of the joint.

    Abstract Сьогодні під природокористуванням розуміють різноманітні форми використання потенціалу природних ресурсів та заходів щодо їх охорони. До них належать: експлуатація та переробка природних ресурсів та їх відновлення, використання та охорона природних умов життя, збереження та відновлення, раціональні зміни екологічного балансу природних систем. Кожна країна визначає власні природні стандарти на своїй території. Проте останніми роками через посилення транскордонного переміщення різноманітних забруднювачів та національну діяльність, що загрожує всій планеті (вирубка лісів, випробування ядерної зброї, ядерна експансія тощо), все більше уваги приділяється підписанню міжнародних конвенцій про методи і норми природокористування. У нашій державі на тлі економічних проблем, певних проблем продовольчого й житлового забезпечення, дефіциту товарів проблема комплексного й кардинального екологічного оздоровлення постійно відкладається, не вирішується проблема раціонального природокористування, а кількість аварійних ситуацій збільшується. Досвід розвинених країн світу показав, що могутність держави визначається перш за все високим рівнем культури і технологій, в тому числі - культури природокористування. Цей же досвід, а також досвід вітчизняного господарювання переконують, що рухатися далі шляхом старого економічного розвитку неможливо, потрібна нова концепція природокористування. Подальший неконтрольований, некерований розвиток людської діяльності може мати катастрофічні наслідки для життя всієї планети. Тому основним завданням економіки природокористування є вивчення найкращих варіантів адаптації глобальної соціально-економічної системи до змін, що відбуваються в біосфері, визначення оптимальних антропогенних навантажень на природне середовище з використанням усіх можливих економічних стимулів.     Abstract The 18th century was marked by the appearance of a great number of unusual objects in Russia. Besides military ships, wardrobes and beds, wigs and Holland-fashioned suites they were all kinds of scientific instruments – compasses, astrolabes, sundials, clocks, bisecting dividers, electrostatic machines etс. They were visible and tangible signs of western culture, processes of Russian modernization and westernization. And besides the obvious for us today means of usage they had some other ones. Many instruments were multi-faceted. As a rule they all were rear and expensive things, hand-made by individual order in just few or even the only exemplar. Not everyone could use them. So the instruments demonstrated the high level of education and the high social status of the possessor. The instruments were used for entertainment both at the court and for general public. This kind of court activities was an important tool of attracting attention and state investments to the scientific researches. Clocks, sundials and telescopes played diplomatic role as gifts both on the level of transnational communication and on the local one (the establishment of good relations between arriving expeditions and local authorities). At last local peasants preserved the strange objects possessed by alien-dressed men as a super-modern weapon of pillage.

    Abstract The article is devoted to the history of sawn timber dispensing in Russia. The new kind of material appeared for the satisfaction of needs, which had not existed earlier. Then other ways of usage were performed. At last the outlet was partly affectedly formed to encourage the new technology. The usage of sawn timber from one side was determined, from the other side determined the development of Russian trade, water- and land-transport, house-building and everyday life.
