Abstract The “quintessence of the nation” Peking Opera is a highly comprehensive form of opera, which has a high artistic status in traditional Chinese culture. At present, the combination of the Internet of things and music can be embodied in smart devices, through a computing device that can perceive and exchange data for the purpose of music. In the more than 100 years of development of the piano art in China, many composers have used Peking Opera singing and board styles, or absorbed the essence and connotation of Peking Opera, taking Peking Opera elements as the core material and source of creation and presenting them instrumentally through piano works. For example, in terms of smart musical instruments, the Internet of things and Internet technology are combined to realize the real-time connection between the remote piano and the piano and accurately reproduce all the touch and pedal movements of the player, so that teachers and students in different spaces can listen to the course. Audiences had an immersive course experience. Taking this as an opportunity, we will carry out a series of “remote art education” such as remote master classes and remote concerts, to realize the sharing of educational resources around the world. The piano as the king of musical instruments has been loved by people. During piano performance, touch key techniques and pedaling techniques have a very important influence on the piano’s performance sound effects. Chinese opera is the essence of Chinese national art and one of the treasures of China’s traditional national music. The composers of our country also constantly apply the opera elements to the piano creation and create many kinds of piano works that conform to the traditional Chinese opera style and reflect the characteristics of the piano. Pedal skills are also an important technique in piano performance. The pedaling method is based on thinking about history and showing the player’s intentions. Only using the correct playing skills can make the music more expressive. This study ...

Abstract Unlike traditional finance, digital inclusive finance is committed to integrating digital technology with the financial industry to bring groups originally excluded from traditional finance back into formal financial services and provide financial services at reasonable prices and matching needs for all social classes. Digital inclusive finance can effectively reduce the financing costs of SMEs, improve the external financing environment of enterprises, and provide more convenient, equal and perfect financial services for enterprises by using technical support such as "big data + artificial intelligence". The development level of digital inclusive finance is a classical multiple attributes group decision making (MAGDM). The Probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFSs), which utilize the possible values and its possible membership degrees to depict decision-makers’ behavior in different conditions, has been paid great attention. Though numerous methods have been applied in this environment since PHFSs has been introduced, there are still new fields to be explored. In this paper, we introduce the Cumulative Prospect Theory TODIM (CPT-TODIM) for probabilistic hesitant fuzzy MAGDM(PHF-MAGDM). Meanwhile, the information of entropy is utilized to calculate the weight of attributes, which is used to improve the classical TODIM method. At last, we utilize a numerical case for evaluating the development level of digital inclusive finance to compare the extended CPT-TODIM method with the classical TODIM method.

Abstract A total of 1534 and 308 articles were published in the journal Current Drug Delivery (CDD), from 2004 and 2019 to 2021, respectively. In this commentary, their impacts were analyzed based on search data about citation times in the Web of Science. These publications were categorized from different standpoints and evaluated in terms of their citations, particularly in the year 2021. The thematic, contemporary, and local features of these articles, as well as the article types and publication formats, were interpreted. Results demonstrated that CDD should be loyal to the contents about drug delivery, particularly nano-drug delivery systems and nano-pharmaceutical technologies. Publications from the developing and developed countries and regions showed no remarkable differences; therefore, submissions are similarly welcomed. Research articles and review articles are the main stream of CDD. The ratio of review papers is about 30%, which is reasonable but should not be further extended. Moreover, open publications with an article processing charge always have a high impact than those with subscription.

Abstract The past two decades have witnessed the enormous success and progress of electrospinning, as well as its broad and useful applications in pharmaceutics as a laboratory pharmaceutical nanotechnology. Everything in the past is a preface, in which the large screen opens for electrospinning and electrospun nanofibers (particularly those multiple-fluid electrospinning processes and the related multiple-chamber nanostructures) to stride into a new stage and the real commercial applications. In this commentary, four hot regions are identified for the further progress of the applications of electrospinning in pharmaceutics, in which electrospinning and its products can provide more and better services to the development of pharmaceutics.

Abstract BackgroundAlthough changes in overall physical activity (PA) have been identified in adolescents, the trend in sports participation is still understudied. It is widely believed that monitoring the changes in sports participation is conducive to promote the development of sports activities. The purpose of this research was to identify the changes in sports participation in adolescents over the past years.MethodsThis research selected secondary data from 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019 Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance (YRBS). Logistic regression models were applied to discuss and analyze the secular changes across the years of data. The change differences in sports participation by sex, grade, and race/ethnicity were also explored via separate logistic regression.ResultsA declined overall trend could be observed in sports participation in adolescents, the prevalence of sport participation was 58.4% in 2011 and 57.4% in 2019. The declining trend was also observed in grades 10 (62.3% in 2011 and 57.9% in 2019) and 12 (52.5% in 2011 and 49.8% in 2019) adolescents, and an increase could be observed in grade 11 (56.2% in 2011 and 59.1% in 2019) adolescents, but few changes were found in grade 9 (61.4% in 2011 and 61.9% in 2019) adolescents. Only white adolescents reported an increasing prevalence of sports participation, slight declines in sports participation were observed in black or African American, Hispanic/Latino, and other adolescents.ConclusionsThe declining trend in sports participation could be seen in adolescents between 2011 and 2019, but it should also note that large variations of trends in sport participation by subgroups were also found.

Abstract The increased frequency of human infectious disease outbreaks caused by RNA viruses worldwide in recent years calls for enhanced public health surveillance for better future preparedness. Wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) is emerging as a valuable epidemiological tool for providing timely population-wide surveillance for disease prevention and response complementary to the current clinical surveillance system. Here, we compared the analytical performance and practical applications between predominant molecular detection methods of RT-qPCR and RT-ddPCR on SARS-CoV-2 detection in wastewater surveillance. When pure viral RNA was tested, RT-ddPCR exhibited superior quantification accuracy at higher concentration levels and achieved more sensitive detection with reduced variation at low concentration levels. Furthermore, RT-ddPCR consistently demonstrated more robust and accurate measurement either in the background of the wastewater matrix or with the presence of mismatches in the target regions of the consensus assay. Additionally, by detecting mock variant RNA samples, we found that RT-ddPCR outperformed RT-qPCR in virus genotyping by targeting specific loci with signature mutations in allele-specific (AS) assays, especially at low levels of allele frequencies and concentrations, which increased the possibility for sensitive low-prevalence variant detection in the population. Our study provides insights for detection method selection in the WBE applications for future infectious disease outbreaks.

Abstract Abstract Against the background of global climate change and anthropogenic interference, studying the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of ecosystem services in important ecological function regions and rationally dividing the functional zones will help to promote the construction of the natural protected areas system dominated by national parks. The Shennongjia Region is an important candidate for China's national parks and one of the key pilots. Integrating the InVEST model, Getis-Ord Gi* index, hotspot analysis, GeoDetector and K-means clustering algorithm, we measured five ecosystem services interactions and delineate the functional zones. The results show that the spatial and temporal evolution of various ecosystem services in the Shennongjia Region between 2000 and 2020 was significant. All ecosystem services showed a decreasing and then increasing trend, except for carbon storage, which slowly declined. The ecological status of the region is in the process of polarization, with the local environment showed a trend of continuous deterioration. Water yield-habitat quality and carbon storage-water purification showed synergistic relationships; soil conservation showed trade-offs with water yield, carbon storage and water purification over a wide spatial range. The interaction between land surface temperature and vegetation cover was the most significant dominant factor. Hot spots for the comprehensive ecosystem services index were mainly located in the central and southern parts of the Shennongjia region and four types of ecosystem service functional zones were identified accordingly. This study is of great significance for maximizing the benefits of ecosystem service functions, the efficient allocation of environmental resources and the rational formulation of management policies in natural protected areas.

Abstract Microscopic fabric changes are the main reason for the complex physical and material properties of Yellow River ice at the macroscale. To study the physical and material properties of Yellow River ice, Yellow River ice was taken as the research object, and definition and determination methods for the representative volume element (RVE) of the Yellow River ice based on its computed strength at the microscale were proposed. A micromechanical numerical model for Yellow River ice was built, the corresponding macromechanical properties were simulated, and the RVE size of the macromechanical strength of the Yellow River ice was determined to be 250 mm. The uniaxial compressive strength of river ice in different working conditions was simulated and analyzed, and the accuracy and effectiveness of the RVE of the calculated strength of river ice were verified. The research results provide a reference for analyzing the damage process of Yellow River ice at the microscopic level, providing a theoretical basis for studying the mechanism of Yellow River ice.
