Abstract In the era of big data, the problem of information overload is becoming more and more obvious. A piano music image analysis and recommendation system based on the CNN classifier and user preference is designed by using the convolutional neural network (CNN), which can realize accurate piano music recommendation for users in the big data environment. The piano music recommendation system based on the CNN is mainly composed of user modeling, music feature extraction, recommendation algorithm, and so on. In the recommendation algorithm module, the potential characteristics of music are predicted by the regression model, and the matching degree between users and music is calculated according to user preferences. Then, music that users may be interested in is generated and sorted in order to recommend new piano music to relevant users. The image analysis model contains four “convolution + pooling” layers. The classification accuracy and gradient change law of the CNN under RMSProp and Adam optimal controllers are compared. The image analysis results show that the Adam optimal controller can quickly find the direction, and the gradient decreases greatly. In addition, the accuracy of the recommendation system is 55.84%. Compared with the traditional CNN algorithm, this paper uses the convolutional neural network (CNN) to analyze and recommend piano music images according to users’ preferences, which can realize more accurate piano music recommendation for users in the big data environment. Therefore, the piano music recommendation system based on the CNN has strong feature learning ability and good prediction and recommendation ability.

Abstract In recent years, the development of science and technology in China has greatly affected people's ways of entertainment. In the traditional industrial model, new industries and Internet industries represented by the Internet have emerged, and the Internet video business is an emerging business that has been gradually emerging in the Internet industry in recent years. Moreover, this new teaching method has been gradually noticed in simple education, such as MOOC, I want to self-study network, and Smart Tree, and other online learning websites have sprung up. At present, the epidemic environment makes people pay more attention to this convenient and wide range of online video education. Therefore, we need to evaluate this kind of online video teaching model from the effectiveness of this kind of method and the quality of user experience. This paper takes this as the starting point and chooses the earliest online video platform, MOOC, as the model to establish a set of perfect user experience quality evaluation methods suitable for domestic online video education mode. Considering the data source, the accuracy of the results, and other factors, we chose the industry-leading platform MOOC network as an example. Through the exploration of the MOOC teaching mode in basic education, a member experience evaluation model is established based on fuzzy decision tree algorithm. The experimental results show that the model has high accuracy and high reliability.

Abstract At present, the incidence of emergencies in obstetric care environment is gradually increasing, and different obstetric wards often have a variety of situations. Therefore, it can provide great help in clinical medicine to give early warning and plan coping plans according to different situations. This paper studied an obstetrics central surveillance system based on a medical image segmentation algorithm. Images obtained by central obstetrics monitoring are segmented, magnified in detail, and image features are extracted, collated, and trained. The normal distribution rule is used to classify the features, which are included in the feature library of the obstetric central monitoring system. In the gray space of the medical image, the statistical distribution of gray features of the medical image is described by the mixture model of Rayleigh distribution and Gaussian distribution. In the gray space of the medical image, Taylor series expansion is used to describe the linear geometric structure of medicine. The eigenvalues of Hessian matrix are introduced to obtain high-order multiscale features of medicine. The multiscale feature energy function is introduced into Markov random energy objective function to realize medical image segmentation. Compared with other segmentation algorithms, the accuracy and sensitivity of the proposed algorithm are 87.98% and 86.58%, respectively, which can clearly segment small medical features.

Abstract Evaluating the protection effectiveness of natural protected areas is an important step in successful management. Adopting 330 natural protected areas on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau as research subjects, the regional dominant ecosystem service function was selected, and various temporal and spatial analysis methods were employed to analyze the evolution characteristics and influencing factors of ecosystem service patterns from 2000 to 2020. Our results indicated that (1) the water conservation function stabilized after fluctuation and decline, the soil conservation function fluctuated upward, and the windbreak and sand fixation function exhibited an increase after a decreasing fluctuation. (2) The protection effectiveness of25 protected areas significantly improved, that of 151 protected areas improved, that of 84 protected areas stabilized, that of 56 protected areas worsened, and that of 14 protected areas significantly worsened. (3) The top three influencing factors in descending order were precipitation change > altitude > mining area density. (4) Remarkable protection results were achieved in national protected areas, established management institutions, earlier established areas (before 2000), and areas exhibiting alow built-up area density (<0.75%) and low mining density (<1%). Our study provides technical support for the construction and management of protected areas and improvement in ecosystem service functions on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.

Abstract Alkaline lacustrine deposits are known for their high primary productivity, unique aquatic environments, and sedimentary patterns, which are conducive to the formation and preservation of organic matter. Consequently, related source rocks have significant hydrocarbon generation potential. The study of hydrocarbon source rocks in the Fengcheng Formation of the Mahu Sag in the Junggar Basin serves as a good example for understanding organic matter enrichment and hydrocarbon generation characteristics of such alkaline lacustrine deposits source rocks. However, the characteristics of organic matter and hydrocarbon generation model in the source rocks of Fengcheng Formation lack systematic research, thus hindering exploration planning and favorable area selection. In this study, analysis of mineral content based on X-ray diffraction and organic geochemical analysis were employed, along with systematic observations of bio-precursor types under fluorescence microscopy. Based on mineral identification and quantitative statistics, the Fengcheng Formation was classified into three zones according to different alkaline mineral assemblages: an inner zone dominated by sodium carbonate minerals, a transitional zone with higher borosilicate mineral content, and a marginal zone characterized by abundant calcite deposition. The inner zone is characterized by the presence of lamalginite and telalginite, which are influenced by high pH values and changes in water depth, and exhibit high maturity characteristics. The transitional zone exhibits high total organic carbon (TOC) values, with predominantly type I and type II1 kerogen. Under fluorescence, the main components were observed to be lamalginite and telalginite, with their distribution being influenced by high salinity and ash supply. The marginal zone has relatively lower TOC than the previous two zones, which is dominated by type II2 kerogens, and contains a certain quantity of terrigenous inertinite supply. The hydrocarbon generation patterns of lamalginite and telalginite ...

Abstract Satellite communication has played an important part in many different industries because of its advantages of wide coverage, strong disaster tolerance and high flexibility. The security of satellite communication systems has always been the concern of many scholars. Without authentication, user should not obtain his/her required services. Beyond that, the anonymity also needs to be protected during communications. In this study, we design an efficient and provably secure key agreement scheme for satellite communication systems. In each session, we replace user's true identity by a temporary identity, which will be updated for each session, to guarantee the anonymity. Because the only use of lightweight algorithms, our proposed scheme has high performance. Furthermore, the security of the proposed scheme is proved in the real-or-random model and the performance analysis shows that the proposed scheme is more efficient than some other schemes for satellite communication systems.

Abstract Drug resistance via drug-resistant mutations in the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) genome is the primary cause of antiviral therapy failure. Consequently, HIV drug resistance genotyping has become a critical approach in HIV prevention and control. Compared to the Sanger sequencing technology, high-throughput sequencing (HTS) technology has superior sensitivity and timeliness, with strong detection capabilities for low-frequency mutations. With the continued advancement of HTS technologies, their prominence in HIV drug resistance detection techniques has increased accordingly. This article will review the latest developments in HTS technology and its applications in HIV drug resistance testing.

Abstract Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the mechanism of Jianpi Xiaozhi Formula (JPXZF) action in attenuating liver injury in a rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
Methods: A rat model of T2DM was established. Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly allocated to six groups: healthy untreated rats (normal control (NC)), rats with diabetes mellitus (DM), diabetic rats treated with low-dosage JPXZF (DM + JL), diabetic rats treated with an intermediate JPXZF dosage (DM + JM), diabetic rats treated with high-dosage JPXZF (DM + JH), and diabetic rats treated with 4-phenylbutyric acid (PBA) (DM + PBA). The rats in each group were given the indicated drugs for 8 weeks, and pathological changes in the liver tissues of each rat group were observed by haematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. Reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blotting (WB) were performed to determine the expression of glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78), activating transcription factor 6 (ATF6), family with sequence similarity 134, member B (FAM134B), P62, Beclin-1, and light chain 3II/I (LC3II/I) genes and proteins in the liver tissues of the rats in each group. Immunofluorescence was used to observe changes in FAM134B expression.
Results: After successfully establishing the rat model, RT-PCR assays revealed that, compared with those in the NC group rats, the expression levels of GRP78, ATF6, and P62 mRNA in the livers of the DM group rats were significantly increased, and the relative expression levels of FAM134B and Beclin-1 mRNA were significantly decreased. Compared with that in the DM group, the relative expression of GRP78, ATF6, and P62 mRNA in the liver of the rats in each JPXZF intervention group was decreased in a dosage-dependent manner, and the relative expression of FAM134B and Beclin-1 mRNA was increased significantly (
Conclusion: Jianpi Xiaozhi Formula may be effective in treating liver injury in diabetic rats by regulating autophagy induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS).

Abstract Background: This pilot study describes a new technique for creating an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) and presents the preliminary outcomes after 1 year of follow-up.
Methods: The study included 19 patients (10 males, 9 females) with a mean age of 62 years (range 26-88 years). All patients received an AVF using a modified technique in which the surrounding tissues were not removed from the veins and no elastic loops or vascular clamps were used.
Results: Immediate patency was obtained for all patients. The proportion of patients experiencing primary patency at 30 days and 6 months was 89.5% and 83.1%, respectively, and cumulative patency at 30 days and 6 months was 100%. At 1 year of follow-up, primary patency was 83.1% and cumulative patency was 100%.
Conclusions: Complete preservation of the surrounding venous tissue in the absence of vascular clamps successfully established AVF, with a high surgical success rate.
