Abstract Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) have key roles in the etiology of many illnesses, including heart failure, myocardial infarction, stroke, and in physiological processes like angiogenesis. In transcriptional regulatory circuits that control heart growth, signaling, and stress response, as well as remodeling in cardiac disease, ncRNAs have become important players. Studies on ncRNAs and cardiovascular disease have made great progress recently. Here, we go through the functions of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) like circular RNAs (circRNAs), and microRNAs (miRNAs) as well as long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in modulating cardiovascular disorders.

Abstract Background: Most of the first symptoms of avian influenza are respiratory symptoms, and cases with occipital neuralgia as the first manifestation are rarely reported.
Case summary: A middle-aged patient complaining of paroxysmal pain behind the ear was admitted to our hospital. The patient's condition changed rapidly, and high fever, unexpected respiratory failure, and multiple organ failure developed rapidly. The patient was diagnosed with H7N9 avian influenza based on etiology.
Conclusion: We believe that the etiology of occipital neuralgia is complex and could be the earliest manifestation of severe diseases. The possibility of an infectious disease should be considered when occipital neuralgia is accompanied by fever. Avian influenza is one of these causative agents.

Abstract Introduction: Digital technology can have significant effects on language education. This effect makes the English language teachers teach the subjects better to the students and also improves the quality of teachers' education.
Methods: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the digital literacy of English language teachers and to investigate the difference between digital literacy and their gender, education level, and teaching experience. To conduct the study, the researcher invited 2,110 EFL teachers to fill out the Teachers' Digital Literacy questionnaire. The researchers used SPPS and AMOS in analyzing the obtained data.
Results: The results of the study indicated that teachers' contextual factors do not influence their digital literacy skills. In addition, the study showed that teachers' attitudes toward technology, their skill to use technology, and their access to technology can significantly affect teachers' digital literacy.
Discussion: Implications of the study are further discussed in this paper.

Abstract Software engineering is one of the most active fields of entrepreneurship and innovation in the world, and it is also the core field of the information technology industry. Software talents as the foundation and support are an important weight to determine the future direction of my country’s software engineering. How to make colleges and universities cultivate compound software talents with innovative ability and engineering ability and how to guide students to closely combine innovative thinking with social practice are a major challenge faced by the current software process education in colleges and universities in my country. At present, the overall quality of software engineers is poor, which cannot meet the needs of enterprises and training objectives. This paper puts forward the application of the OBE (outcome-based education) model in the training of software talents, which can effectively solve the current problems of talent quality and social demand. The analysis shows that there is a high correlation between collaborative education and satisfaction, and the collaborative education model can effectively improve satisfaction. The investment of scientific research funds can effectively improve the overall quality of scientific research team members. The OBE talent training mode can effectively improve the overall test effect, whether in the experimental set or the test set, the test result of the OBE talent training structure is still the highest, the accuracy rate can reach 94.23%, the recall rate can reach 94.51%, and the F1 value can reach 95.13%. It is fully explained that the identification accuracy is the highest when the OBE talent-training structure is adopted.

Abstract To improve the efficiency of scientific assessment of cadre performance, first, this work analyzes the current situation of cadre performance appraisal in the free trade zone under the background of big data, and introduces the free trade zone and Random Forest (RF) algorithm. Second, based on the cadre evaluation index, this work establishes the cadre performance evaluation system of the free trade zone. Finally, the random forest algorithm model is implemented for the performance evaluation of cadres in the free trade zone. Additionally, the model's performance is verified with the actual data, including the acquisition of the best parameters and the most important indicators of the model and the performance comparison between the RF algorithm and other models. The results show that the performance of cadres in the free trade zone is finally divided into four grades: medium, good, qualified, and excellent. There are obvious grade differences in the performance of cadres in the free trade zone. Partly because some qualified cadres lack a strong sense of competition and professional competence, do not publicize the work of cadres in the free trade zone, and do not communicate with the masses in time. In the data processing, 18 missing experimental data were supplemented, and the best model parameters were obtained as follows: NTree = 200, MTry = 1. The most important indicators of cadre performance evaluation are the construction of a clean and honest government, the ability to act in accordance with the law and the professional ability. The accuracy of the RF algorithm obtained here is 71.4%. The prediction accuracy of the RF algorithm for the overall sample, training sample, and test sample is 94%, 96%, and 86%, respectively, which are higher than those of other common models. A RF algorithm with good classification effect is obtained and this work provides a reference for the scientific management of cadre performance appraisal.

Abstract Green finance has been valued and promoted by Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) countries for its attribute of supporting green and sustainable development. However, the fossil fuel-centric growth pattern poses a threat to the sustainable development of RCEP countries. The existing literature remains inadequate regarding the relationship between green finance and fossil energy consumption. An in-depth understanding and empirical examination of the nexus between green finance development and fossil energy consumption in RCEP countries is key to successful policymaking and sustainable development. This study proposes a theoretical framework for analyzing the nexus between green finance and fossil energy consumption. Then, a green finance development index is constructed by using the entropy weight method based on green credits, green securities, and green investments. By utilizing method of moment quantile regression (MMQR), panel data of 10 RCEP countries from 2008 to 2020 are investigated. The results demonstrate a strong nonlinear pattern of green finance's impact on reducing fossil energy consumption. Conventional finance and fossil energy consumption from the preceding period significantly promote fossil energy consumption, while green technology serves as a mitigating factor for fossil energy consumption. However, the impacts of education and environmental expenditure on fossil energy consumption are limited and inconsistent. Hence, the relevant practitioners, including governments and policymakers, are encouraged to collaboratively promote the green finance policies, and devise tailor-made strategies based on countries' features. Additionally, this study recommends that the RCEP countries incorporate research and development of green technologies, as well as environmental and educational expenditures, into the policymaking process.

Abstract Understanding the ignition and dynamic processes for the combustion of hydrate is crucial for efficient energy utilization. Through reactive force field molecular dynamics simulations, we studied the high-temperature decomposition and combustion processes of methane hydrates in a pure oxygen environment. We found that at an ignition temperature of 2800 K, hydrates decomposed from the interface to the interior, but the layer-by-layer manner was no longer strictly satisfied. At the beginning of combustion, water molecules reacted first to generate OH•, followed by methane oxidation. The combustion pathway of methane is CH4→CH3•→CH3O•→CH2O→HC•O→HCOO•→CO(CO2). During the combustion process, a liquid water layer was formed between melted methane and oxygen, which hindered the reaction's progress. When there is no heat resistance, oxygen will transform into radicals such as OH• and O•, which have faster diffusion rates, allowing oxygen to conveniently cross the mass transfer barrier of the liquid water layer and participate in the combustion process. Increasing the amount of OH• may cause a surge in the reaction. On the other hand, when significant heat resistance exists, OH• is difficult to react with low-temperature hydrate components, but it can transform into O• to trigger the oxidation of methane. The H• generated has a sufficient lifetime to contact high-temperature oxygen molecules, converting oxygen into radicals that easily cross the water layer to achieve mass transfer. Therefore, finding ways to convert oxygen into various radicals is the key to solving the incomplete combustion of hydrates. Finally, the reaction pathways and microscopic reaction mechanisms of each species are proposed.
