Abstract Integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in art design has created new possibilities for artists to create immersive and interactive experiences. However, data collection, analysis, and utilization in IoT art installations raise significant security and privacy concerns. Additionally, incorporating differential privacy techniques in IoT art installations poses optimization challenges. This paper explores optimizing differential privacy budgets based on deep learning in IoT art installations. By leveraging deep learning models, privacy budgets can be dynamically allocated to preserve individual privacy while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the artwork. In light of this, a deep learning-based differential privacy budget optimization strategy for IoT art installations is suggested. This method adaptively distributes various budgets by the iterative change law of parameters. A regularization term is provided to limit the disturbance term to avoid the issue of excessive noise. This stops the neural network from overfitting and also assists in learning the model's salient characteristics. The capacity of the model to generalize is effectively improved by the suggested strategy, according to experiments. The accuracy difference between the model trained with noise and the model trained with original data is less than 0.5% as the number of iterations increases. Therefore, the proposed method can protect the user's privacy, effectively ensure the model's availability, and achieve the balance between privacy and availability. This accuracy ensures that the installation functions as intended and delivers the desired aesthetic impact, enabling artists to convey their artistic message effectively.

Abstract With the rapid development of services such as Industry 4.0 and Internet of Vehicles, it is difficult for traditional cellular networks to meet the needs of network users for quantification, diversification, and greenness in the future. Various cellular networks expand multiple micro-cell nodes and relay nodes under macro-cells to form a multilayer network architecture. Based on this, in the process of data transmission, the links have been repeatedly reduced, and at the same time, the terminal power consumption has been reduced and the running system has been improved. This article will use the ratio of the capacity, energy consumption, and resource allocation of different cellular networks as the main means to optimize the cost. Using graph theory, auction theory, and multipurpose optimization algorithms, we have conducted in-depth research topics on upstream and downstream wireless resource allocation, network relay deployment and transmission scheduling, MMW large-scale multi-antenna transmission technology, and base station energy management. A series of optimization schemes and algorithms are proposed. This dissertation is based on the research of educational system design theory in the field of educational technology so as to carry out the research of music education system design theory suitable for the nature of music subjects and learning and education characteristics. Based on the necessity and importance of music education system design theory, the research framework of music education system design theory is constructed in advance. The voice data acquisition system collects voice data through a network grabber and real-time recording and uses signal processing and pattern recognition technology to automatically classify the collected voice data into three categories: voice, environmental sound, and music. After establishing the audio data deployment strategy, simulation method, and architecture design based on heterogeneous cellular network, this paper designs the corresponding music composition teaching system, mainly including score editing, viewing, and content display of the composition teaching system, and the final test shows that the system designed in this paper can be effectively used in various music school teaching combined with heterogeneous cellular networks.

Abstract This paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on the design and development of interactive courses for distance international Chinese language education using the cognitive heuristic model. The A-frame framework and JavaScript (JS) language are used to complete the construction of the virtual supermarket environment and initially design the basic framework of task-based courseware for Chinese language teaching based on virtual reality technology. Experts were invited to conduct two rounds of prestudy on the index system and determine the evaluation indexes. The international students in the junior Chinese class of X University were randomly selected as the research subjects and divided into experimental and control groups for the experimental intervention teaching. The content and form of classroom teaching were the same for both groups, and they were asked to review and consolidate the grammar points learned in class after class. The only intervention was that the experimental group was required to conduct microlearning after class with the classroom grammar points, while the control group was not required to do the same form of review after class. In addition, the students in the experimental group were followed up as a case study, and their attitudes, behaviors, and knowledge proficiency in the microlearning were recorded in detail to assess the students' acceptance and satisfaction of the microlearning from the perspective of qualitative analysis. It was found that the microlessons for teaching and learning Chinese as a foreign language can stimulate learners' interest in learning, achieve good interactive effects, and contribute to the improvement of learners' performance. This paper combines virtual reality technology, fully explores the role that immersive VR technology can play in providing cultural scenarios in the target language, and maximizes the use of existing technological vehicles and resources for Chinese teaching application design, to solve the challenges of poor interactivity in online teaching and the lack of socio-cultural contexts that have long existed in overseas Chinese teaching.

Abstract We prove matrix Li-Yau-Hamilton estimates for positive solutions to the heat equation and the backward conjugate heat equation, both coupled with the Ricci flow. We then apply these estimates to establish the monotonicity of parabolic frequencies up to correction factors. As applications, we obtain some unique continuation results under the nonnegativity of sectional or complex sectional curvature.

Abstract Quantum entanglement in macroscopic systems is not only essential for practical quantum information processing, but also valuable for the study of the boundary between quantum and the classical world. However, it is very challenging to achieve the steady remote entanglement between distant macroscopic systems. We consider two distant nanoparticles, both of which are optically trapped in two cavities. Based on the coherent scattering mechanism, we find that the ultrastrong optomechanical coupling between the cavity modes and the motion of the levitated nanoparticles could be achieved. The large and steady entanglement between the filtered output cavity modes and the motion of nanoparticles can be generated if the trapping laser is under the red sideband. Then through entanglement swapping, the steady motional entanglement between the distant nanoparticles can be realized. We numerically simulate and find that the two nanoparticles with 10 km distance can be entangled for the experimentally feasible parameters, even in room temperature environments. The generated continuous variable multipartite entanglement is the key to realizing the quantum enhanced sensor network and the sensitivity beyond the standard quantum limit.
