Abstract The development of a low-carbon economy has been the focus of attention from all walks of life in recent years. Using data from 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) from 2005 to 2019, this study constructed a low-carbon economic development coupling and coordination degree model and indicator system to measure the synergistic effect. Starting from the resource, economy, society, and innovation system, it was found that the coupling degree of low-carbon economic development in the YRD region has increased steadily. Generally, it is in a running-in period, and the improvement rate shows a high trend in the west and a low trend in the east. Also, the YRD is in a moderate incoordination stage, but the synergy effect has improved. Among these cities, Shanghai and Hangzhou had higher synergy efficiency in 2019 compared to other cities. Regarding city heterogeneity, the synergy effect of non-resource-based cities is significantly higher than that of resource-based cities but a narrowed gap. The research provides a theoretical and factual basis for the design of a path toward low-carbon economic development in the YRD region.

Abstract The method is providing and overview of the organization in the management perspective, within the health big data analysis, especially for the elderly employees, the organizations could sign the elderly employees within the right tasks, it reducing the costs by increasing the employees' job performance and organization performance. By addressing the importance role of big health data analytics (BDHA) in the healthcare system .moreover BDHA enables a patient's medical records to be searched in a dynamic, interactive manner. One billion records were made in two hours. Current clinical reporting compares large health data profiles and meta-big health data, giving health apps basic interfaces. A combination of Hadoop/MapReduce and HBase was used to generate the necessary hospital-specific large heath data. One billion (10TB) and three billion (30TB) HBase large health data files might be created in a week or a month using the concept. Apache Hadoop technologies tested simulated medical records. Inconsistencies reduced big health data. An encounter-centered big health database was difficult to set up due to the complicated medical system connections between big health data profiles. Associated with job performance such as the gender, current/past job positions and the health conditions are important. For genders the 66.36% of respondents in the experiments are females, 33.64 are males, majority of are healthy which are 66.97%, 30.58% are common geriatric disease, rest 2.45% are suffering from occupational disease; In terms of the current/past job positions, 20% of the respondents are working as accountant, followed by sales and management level. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, lists 157 distinct illnesses. Individuals may be diagnosed with one or more illnesses as a consequence of medical health professionals watching and analyzing their symptoms. It has been discovered that mental health issues have a negative impact on employees' job performance. For example, research on individuals with anxiety and depression has a direct impact on concentrations, decision-making process, and risk-taking behavior, which can be determined for job performance. Machine learning focuses on approaches that can be used to create accurate predictions about future characteristics based on previous training and post training. Principles such as job task and computational learning are crucial for machine learning algorithms that use a large amount of big health data.

Abstract In the context of English as a foreign language classroom, affections that form between teacher and students may affect the teaching/learning process. This review aimed to investigate the related studies on the effect of teacher-learner interpersonal relationships on learners' educational performance in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) educational contexts. This review concluded that there is a significant constructive correlation between teacher-learner interpersonal relationships and learners' academic achievement. Learners are required to have some sense of belonging to improve their educational performance. Moreover, other positive emotional factors such as grit, wellbeing, self-efficacy, academic engagement, motivation, and foreign language enjoyment can mediate the association between teacher-learner interpersonal relationships and learners' academic success. The study concludes with some implications for English learners, English language teachers, and English language teacher trainers. The ideas can improve their awareness of teacher-student interpersonal relationships, including teacher stroke, rapport, and teacher immediacy and their role in improving learners' foreign language learning.

Abstract A scale to measure a psychological construct is subject to measurement error. When meta-analyzing correlations obtained from scale scores, many researchers recommend correcting for measurement error. I considered three caveats when correcting for measurement error in meta-analysis of correlations: (a) the distribution of true scores can be non-normal, resulting in violation of the normality assumption for raw correlations and Fisher's z transformed correlations; (b) coefficient alpha is often used as the reliability, but correlations corrected for measurement error using alpha can be inaccurate when some assumptions of alpha (e.g., tau-equivalence) are violated; and (c) item scores are often ordinal, making the disattenuation formula potentially problematic. Via three simulation studies, I examined the performance of two meta-analysis approaches-with raw correlations and z scores. In terms of estimation accuracy and coverage probability of the mean correlation, results showed that (a) considering the true-score distribution alone, estimation of the mean correlation was slightly worse when true scores of the constructs were skewed rather than normal; (b) when the tau-equivalence assumption was violated and coefficient alpha was used for correcting measurement error, the mean correlation estimates can be biased and coverage probabilities can be low; and (c) discretization of continuous items can result in biased estimates and undercoverage of the mean correlations even when tau-equivalence was satisfied. With more categories and/or items on a scale, results can improve whether tau-equivalence was met or not. Based on these findings, I gave recommendations for conducting meta-analyses of correlations. Abstract It is aimed at studying the role of parenting style on the career planning of vocational students in the context of information technology. This design takes the first-year and second-year students of two higher vocational colleges as the survey objects. From the perspective of educational psychology, firstly, the parenting style scale of these students is constructed, and meanwhile, the dimension design of career planning is carried out. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey, the career planning of students and the status quo of parenting styles are investigated, and the sample data are statistically analyzed by data analysis methods such as standard deviation analysis, cluster analysis, and correlation analysis. Finally, hypotheses are formulated and justified. The results reveal that the total score for career planning and the average score of each dimension are more than 3 points, indicating that vocational students have certain plans for their future careers. There are great differences in the gender of parenting styles, and the parental acceptance/involvement (
