    Abstract In recent years, metal halide perovskites have emerged as a rising star among semiconductor materials owing to their low cost, solution processability, and fascinating combination of material properties enabling a broad range of energy applications. Accompanied by the unprecedented success in the photovoltaic community, which has witnessed a certified power conversion efficiency of 23.7%, rapid advancement has also been achieved in the areas of light-emitting diodes, lasers, photodetectors, and solar-to-fuel energy conversion devices. Beyond the dominant format of polycrystalline perovskite thin films for solar cell applications, recent progress in metal halide perovskite crystals, ranging from nanocrystals to macroscopic single-crystals, has spurred a great deal of both scientific and industrial interest. Great research efforts have endeavored to develop new techniques for crystal growth and investigate the physical and chemical properties of the materials and explore their emerging applications. These exciting achievements call for a rationalization of the different forms of perovskite semiconductors beyond the widely used polycrystalline thin films. In the current Special Issue, "Metal Halide Perovskite Crystals: Growth Techniques, Properties and Emerging Applications", we aim to provide a forum for the discussion and presentation of recent advances in the fields of research related to metal halide perovskite crystals

    Abstract Now, there are many problems such as imperfect and imprecise evaluation indexes and unclear importance of evaluation indexes in the evaluation of Civics teaching of computer courses, which affect the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation results of Civics teaching of computer courses. A quality teaching evaluation system can accurately evaluate the effectiveness of Civics teaching in computer courses. Thus, this article uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct an evaluation model for ideological and political education in computer courses, improves evaluation indicators, clarifies the weight of evaluation indicators, and hopes to provide guidance for the improvement of ideological and political education content and teaching mode in computer courses. Through more accurate evaluation results, it is expected to provide a reliable basis for the effectiveness evaluation of ideological and political education in computer courses, and to maximize the educational function of ideological and political education in computer courses.

    Abstract Psychological counseling for college students has become one of the important contents of ideological and political education in current universities. The responsibility of ideological and political education workers is not only to strengthen and improve the objective requirements of ideological and political education for college students, but also to comply with the requirements of the era of quality education and promote the comprehensive development of college students. Thus, this paper selects 15 ideological and political educators in School R as the objects of this research, uses the Grounded theory method, and uses the qualitative analysis software Nvivo10 to conduct coding analysis and classification of interview data. Finally, 17 ability factors from six dimensions were preliminarily extracted, and 260 ideological and political education workers were randomly selected to participate in the questionnaire survey. Structural equation modeling software was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis on the samples, hoping to establish a theoretical model of psychological counseling ability for ideological and political education workers in universities.
