Abstract The widespread use of antibiotics all over the world increases the risk of many metabolic diseases by altering the gut microbiota. Grape by‐products are of particular interest in the prevention of metabolic diseases, while only minimum amounts of these wastes are up‐graded or recycled at present. The study investigated the effect of grape pomace (GPE) and seed (GSE) polyphenol extracts on the recovery of gut microbiota after antibiotic cocktail treatment in high‐fat diet‐fed (HFD) mice. C57BL/6J mice were fed HFD together with antibiotic treatment by drinking water for 3 weeks. Then, GPE and GSE were supplemented for 7 days after withdrawal of antibiotics. The gut microbiota was characterized by a significant loss of diversity and certain important taxon after a 3‐week antibiotic cocktail treatment. The GPE and GSE supplementation during the restore period of gut microbiota had some positive effects. The relative abundance of gut microbiota was improved by GPE and GSE compared to the spontaneous recovery group. And gut microbiota diversity was also greatly changed by GPE and GSE, being indicated by the changes of Verrucomicrobia and Akkermansia in feces. These findings suggested that grape polyphenol extracts have a great influence on the recovery of gut microbiota after antibiotics and high‐fat diet treatment.

Abstract There are some problems in the development of vocational Chinese, such as the unsystematic teaching materials, the unreasonable curriculum, the simple cultivation mode and insufficient professional teachers. Therefore, it puts forward strategies such as creation of special courses, optimization of training objectives and establishment of “Double Tutor” system. In terms of personnel training, we should clarify the career orientation and update the training concept. We recommend establishing a flexible joint training and exchange student system and advocating School-enterprise cooperation.

Abstract Background: Prenatal ultrasound has been regularly used as the screening tool for agenesis of corpus callosum (ACC) of the fetuses, which were mainly suspected on the basis of indirect signs rather than the visualization of the CC. However, the diagnostic accuracy of prenatal ultrasound for ACC, compared to the gold standard of postmortem diagnosis or postnatal images, is still unknown. This meta-analysis was performed to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy of prenatal ultrasound for the diagnosis of ACC.
Methods: Studies evaluating the diagnostic accuracy of prenatal ultrasound for ACC compared to postmortem diagnosis or postnatal images were retrieved by searching PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases. Pooled sensitivity and specificity were calculated with a random-effects model. The diagnostic accuracy was measured by summarized area under the receiver operating characteristic (AUC) curve.
Results: Twelve studies involving 544 fetuses with suspected anomalies of central nervous system were included, and 143 of them were with validated diagnosis of ACC. Pooled results showed that prenatal ultrasound has satisfying diagnostic efficacy for ACC, with the pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative likelihood ratios of 0.72 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.39-0.91), 0.98 (95% CI: 0.79-1.00), 43.73 (95% CI: 3.42-558.74, and 0.29 (95% CI: 0.11-0.74), respectively. The pooled AUC was 0.94 (95% CI: 0.92-0.96), suggesting good diagnostic performance of prenatal ultrasound. Subgroup analysis according to the prenatal ultrasound procedures showed a better diagnostic efficacy of neurosonography than that of regular ultrasound screening (sensitivity: 0.84 versus 0.57, specificity: 0.98 versus 0.89, and AUC: 0.97 versus 0.78).
Conclusions: Prenatal ultrasound, particularly for the neurosonography, confers satisfying efficacy for the diagnosis of ACC.

Abstract Objectives: I work from a gendered life-course perspective to examine the association between older parents' fertility history (i.e., timing and parity) and their risk of cognitive impairment in the United States.
Methods: I analyze nationally representative data from 9 waves over 16 years of the Health and Retirement Study (2000-2016). The sample includes 14,543 respondents (6,108 men and 8,435 women) aged 50 and older at the baseline survey. I examine the relationship between parity, age at first birth, and age at last birth with risk of cognitive impairment using nonlinear discrete-time hazard models.
Results: Adjusting for the effects of full covariates, there are U-shaped relationships between women's age at last birth and risk of cognitive impairment and between women's parity and risk of cognitive impairment. In the sensitivity tests, the relationships remain robust when sampling weights are applied, or mortality selection is corrected.
Discussion: Fertility timing and parity are likely factors associated with the risk of cognitive impairment for older women. Understanding fertility history and its impact on cognition can help identify the most vulnerable subpopulations, so that more effective interventions can be made to improve cognitive functioning among older adults.

Abstract In the past, teaching assistants always focused on the physical environment and actions, resulting in a lot of carbon emissions and material waste. This paper discusses the online and offline integration of college English teaching assistance model, which helps inspire the significance of saving energy and reduce carbon emissions in higher education environment. Our country has been putting education informationization in a very important position. In recent years, the demand of college education informatization is more urgent, which calls for the reform of college classroom teaching mode. "O2O teaching mode" is a teaching mode that integrates online and offline teaching, uses computer information network technology, makes use of network media, and relies on online MOOC platform to carry out online network learning and offline face-to-face classroom learning. "O2O teaching mode" has the characteristics of openness, interactivity, individuality, convenience, and generation, which is conducive to changing students' learning mode and teachers' teaching mode, realizing resource sharing, and improving teaching quality. English is a practical course. In the practice of modern English teaching, it is necessary to maintain and develop the advantages of traditional humanistic teaching, and to make efficient use of the media resources and network resources under the condition of modern educational technology, so as to ensure that English learners have active and sufficient practice opportunities. With the popularity of the Internet and the development of MOOC, more and more English learners begin to learn independently online. English online learning platform has become an indispensable tool for independent learning and daily English teaching. Especially when the Internet is connected with the campus network, the role of the network has changed from teaching auxiliary resources to teaching platform, making online learning become a new way of learning, realizing the interaction of English teaching in the network environment.

Abstract With the advent of the era of big data, the rise of Web2.0 completely subverts the traditional Internet model and becomes the trend of today's information age. Simultaneously, massive amounts of data and information have infiltrated various Internet companies, resulting in an increase in the problem of information overload. In the online world, learning how to quickly and accurately select the parts we are interested in from a variety of data has become a hot topic. Intelligent music recommendation has become a current research hotspot in music services as a viable solution to the problem of information overload in the digital music field. On the basis of precedents, this paper examines the characteristics of music in a comprehensive and detailed manner. A knowledge graph-based intelligent recommendation algorithm for contemporary popular music is proposed. User-defined tags are described as the free genes of music in this paper, making it easier to analyze user behavior and tap into user interests. It has been confirmed that this algorithm's recommendation quality is relatively high, and it offers a new development path for improving the speed of searching for health information services.

Abstract Technologies such as medical treatment, assistive care devices, and monitoring tools represent strategies for dealing with the progression of dementia. Drawing on ethnographic data from Shanghai, this study examines how family caregivers engage with technology to enhance their care performance. I argue for a stewardship approach to dementia care given that care is not only a moral experience but also an intellectual labor, which requires the competence of family caregivers. This stewardship approach contributes to our understanding of family caregivers' efforts at coming to terms with the changing discourse on dementia and the broad social change in China.
