Abstract Introduction: Despite the relationship between public service motivation and job satisfaction is widely discussed, rare studies explore the theoretical mechanism of this relationship.
Methods: Through integrating public service motivation, role overload, job satisfaction, and marital status, this study explores psychological mechanisms and boundary conditions of the relationship between public service motivation and job satisfaction. Data was collected from 349 public employees in eastern China.
Results: Empirical results reveal that public service motivation is positively related to job satisfaction by decreasing role overload. Moreover, marital status moderates the relationship between role overload and job satisfaction, as well as moderates the indirect effect of public service motivation on job satisfaction through role overload.
Discussion: These findings advance our understanding of the psychological mechanism and conditional effect of PSM in relation to job satisfaction and provide valuable insights into how to improve public employees' well-being.

Abstract Since the 21st century, under the background of steady social and economic development, China’s petroleum enterprises have developed rapidly, but in the process of oil well engineering, there are also low production, low efficiency, in order to improve oil well recovery, it is necessary to understand the low production, low efficiency, the implementation of effective solutions. This paper analyzes the causes of low production and low efficiency in combination with specific examples of oil well engineering, and further puts forward methods to improve oil well recovery, hoping to provide some valuable suggestions for the development of oil well engineering.

Abstract This paper aimed at investigating the related studies on educational technology and its effect on English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learner self-efficacy. Earlier studies have proved the positive and significant relationship between learner self-efficacy and educational technology use. Investigations have revealed that improving learners' dynamic mindsets, online interaction, self-assessment, academic knowledge, and positive affectivity can increase learner self-efficacy. Moreover, the provision of the encouraging context can help develop learners' self-efficacy in technology-supported education. Furthermore, the study presented the implications and future directions of this line of research for different people, such as EFL teachers, teacher educators, and foreign language scholars. The ideas can improve their awareness of learner self-efficacy in technology-supported educational contexts and its role in L2 education.

Abstract Communication between Sertoli cell is essential during spermatogenesis and testicular development in mice, and the dynamic balance of this communication is regulated by some adhesion proteins. In this study, we found that SPATA33 and CTNNA3 were involved in this process. Quantitative real-time PCR and western blotting showed similar trend of expression of two proteins in the testis of mice of different ages. Subsequently, CRISPR-Cas9 technique was used to prepare Spata33 knockout cell lines with TM4 cells, cell wound scratch assay showed that Spata33 gene knockout affected cell migration, and flow cytometry assay showed that Spata33 knockout resulted in a decreased percentage of G1 phase cells in TM4 cell line. In addition, phalloidin staining assay showed that Spata33 gene knockout disrupted the formation of F-actin. Moreover, the protein immunoprecipitation experiment showed the interaction between SPATA33 and CTNNA3, which affected the interaction between CTNNA3 and CTNNB1. SPATA33 inhibits the formation of CDH1-CTNNB1-CTNNA3 complex through its interaction with CTNNA3, thus weakening adhesion between Sertoli cell and promoting cell migration.

Abstract Music creation and its promotion are encouraged both in music education and through activities organized in the context of artistic creation as part of the education in question. Although copyright registration is the primary way authors protect their rights, this is not feasible in most cases, as the processes take a long time to complete and incur high costs. We utilize modern innovative technologies and their developments in copyright protection matters to increase security and trust in music education. In particular, an advanced model of ensuring the methods and innovation produced in music education processes is proposed, using blockchain technology and smart contracts. But given that, even in an advanced system like the proposed one, authentication evidence can be easily intercepted, this work proposes a single and robust identification scheme based on an innovative zero-knowledge proof (ZNP) system, which allows one side of communication to convince the other of its validity.

Abstract In order to identify the damage of a grid structure, the author proposes a damage identification method for grid structures based on particle swarm optimization. First, using the Modal Assurance Criterion (MAC) and combining the respective advantages of frequency and mode shape in damage identification, a fitness function based on frequency and mode shape is constructed. Second, two test functions are used to compare and analyze, which shows that the improved particle swarm algorithm has better optimization performance. Finally, through an example of a grid structure simulation model, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. Three working conditions were set up for damage identification, and the results were analyzed.
