Abstract CD30 is a transmembrane glycoprotein of tumor necrosis factor receptor family, which is expressed differently in various lymphomas. It has specific effects on the proliferation and function of tumor cells. However, the significance of CD30 expression has not been fully recognized by clinicians and pathologists, and the detection and evaluation of CD30 have not been standardized. The role of CD30 in the diagnosis of lymphoma, detection methods and reporting standards are summarized in the paper to improve the understanding of CD30.

Abstract Objectives: Physical literacy (PL) is emerging as a promising strategy to address the crisis of physical inactivity, promote active lifestyles, improve physical fitness and reduce the risk of chronic diseases throughout life. Therefore, the aim of this study was to develop a PL assessment model for adults in China.
Study design: This is a Delphi study.
Methods: The following three-step design process was conducted: (1) drafting a preliminary framework for PL assessment through a literature review and telephone interview with experts; (2) a two-round Delphi survey with the experts was used to select items for inclusion in the PL assessment model; (3) the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to quantify the weight of each item included in the final PL assessment model.
Results: A total of 13 experts completed a two-round Delphi survey. After round 1, three domains, 11 sub-domains and 21 elements were identified. Two elements were added after the first-round Delphi survey. In round 2, strong consensus was obtained and a final PL assessment model, including three domains, 11 sub-domains and 23 elements, was established. Specific weights of physical activity (PA) cognition, PA-related behaviour and physical competence were 0.330, 0.347 and 0.323, respectively. In addition, the weights of sub-domains and elements were also calculated.
Conclusions: This study established a PL assessment model and identified specific weights for the individual domains. This study represents the first step in developing a PL assessment tool for adults in China. Further research should focus on developing the PL assessment tool and verifying its validity and reliability.

Abstract Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has replaced chronic hepatitis B as the most common chronic liver disease in China and has now been renamed metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD). The Brunt, the American NASH Clinical Research Network (NASH-CRN), the European Steatosis, Activity, and Fibrosis/Fatty Liver Inhibition of Progression (SAF/FLIP), and the Pediatric NAFLD are currently the four semi-quantitative grading systems for histological evaluation. This paper reviews these four scoring systems for the clinical selection of appropriate systems for diagnosis and prognosis assessment. This article is a review, and in order to coordinate the evaluation criteria of various scoring systems, the old name "NAFLD" is used.

Abstract The ideal axial orientation of implant is the key to the success of implant denture restoration. According to the restoration-oriented concept of implant, the implant axis direction should be consistent with the long axis direction of the suprastructure. In clinical practice, implant axial deviation leads to related complications, such as implant fracture, periimplant inflammation, and poor esthetic outcome of implant restoration, resulting in implant treatment failure. In this paper, complications related to improper implant axial orientation, their causes and treatment strategies are reviewed.

Abstract Small nucleolar RNA host gene 1 (SNHG1) has been identified to function as an oncogene in a large number of human cancers. Nevertheless, the biologic role and underlying molecular mechanism of SNHG1 on cisplatin (DDP)-resistance in NSCLC is still unknown. qRT-PCR assay was performed to assess the expression levels of SNHG1 and miR-140-5p. Western blot analysis was used to determine Wnt1, cyclinD1, c-Myc and β-catenin levels. The direct correlation between SNHG1 and miR-140-5p was verified by dual-luciferase reporter assay and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assay. CCK-8 assay and Transwell assay were applied to determine cell proliferation ability, and cell migration and invasion capacities, respectively. Tumor xenograft was performed to confirm the effect of SNHG1 on DDP-resistance of NSCLC in vivo. Our data showed SNHG1 was upregulated in DDP-resistant NSCLC tissues and cell lines. SNHG1 knockdown suppressed the proliferation, migration, invasion and DDP-resistance in DDP-resistant NSCLC cell lines in vitro and inhibited tumor growth in vivo. Moreover, SNHG1 repressed miR-140-5p expression by directly binding to miR-140-5p. SNHG1-knockdown-mediated regulatory effect was antagonized by miR-140-5p. Furthermore, Wnt/β-catenin signaling was involved in SNHG1/miR-140-5p-mediated regulation in DDP-resistance of NSCLC cell lines. The results suggested that SNHG1 knockdown ameliorated DDP-resistance of NSCLC by regulating miR-140-5p/Wnt/β-catenin pathway, providing a new potential therapeutic target for DDP-resistance NSCLC treatment.

Abstract Bauxite mining on karst generates numerous ecological and environmental problems, including metal pollution, water and soil erosion and destruction of vegetation. Among these, the most important environmental problem is soil metal pollution. Higher plants have a great ability to adsorb metals and can be used as biological indicators. However, the study of bioindicators for soil contamination in karst bauxite is not clear. Plants and their soil were collected from an abandoned karst bauxite area at Shangdong, Guizhou Province, southwestern China. Plants were collected and identified as Pteris vittata, Pinus massoniana, Miscanthus floridulus, Coriaria nepalensis, Artemisia argyi and Senecio scandens. The content of metals in plant roots were in the order: P. vittata > M. floridulus > C. nepalensis, other plants roots had no consistent pattern. Concentrations of metal in plants (P. vittata and M. floridulus) and soil were: soil > root > leaf > stem. Levels of metals in soil samples easily exceeded background values, indicating that soil had been contaminated. Al and Fe were highest in soil samples of P. vittata, with a good correlation. Results show that the metal content determined in plants is relatively high, particularly in P. vittata. Data also suggest that P. vittata colonies were able to tolerate and accumulate high levels of metal elements, which evidences their suitability for use as bioindicatord of soil metal contamination caused by mining activities.
