Abstract In this concise but authoritative book, the authors take the reader through the epidemiology, risk factors and the basic mechanism of coronary artery disease. In addition, they explain how coronary microvascular dysfunction can lead to angina, even after successful angioplasty following a heart attack. The methods for diagnosis and the options for treatment are explained, ending with a discussion of the evolution of coronary angioplasty from balloon catheters to novel, fully resorbable polymeric drug eluting stents. Enclosed is a list of currently available commercial devices, as well as a listing of experimental products under research and development, so that readers can appreciate the serious nature of this disease and have an understanding of how the medical device sector is attempting to address this major healthcare problem. Globally in 2010, ischemic heart disease was the cause of 13.3% of all deaths. In the US alone, the direct medical costs from coronary artery disease and stroke are currently estimated to be $126 billion per year, and are expected to rise to $309 billion by 2035.

Abstract Hunan is the main double cropping rice production area in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. A long-term experiment of a winter crop-double cropping rice rotation system began in 2004 on a red paddy soil in Hunan Province. The experiment consisted of five treatments, including fallow-double cropping rice, potato-double cropping rice, ryegrass-double cropping rice, milk vetch-double cropping rice, and rape-double cropping rice, with three replicates of all the treatments. In order to optimize winter crop-double cropping rice rotation pattern, promote efficient use of resources, and increase farmers' income, the efficiencies of solar radiation and heat resource, and the economic benefit of the five rotation systems were analyzed and compared in 2017. The annual solar radiation use efficiency of potato-double cropping rice rotation system was significantly higher than other models. Compared with ryegrass-double cropping rice, milk vetch-double cropping rice, and rape-double cropping rice, solar radiation productive efficiency of potato-double cropping rice rotation system was significantly increased by 0.16, 0.18 g·MJ -1 , and 0.21 g·MJ -1 , respectively. The accumulated heat productive efficiency of the potato-double cropping rice rotation system was significantly increased by 1.24, 1.36 kg·hm -2 ·℃ -1 ·d -1 , and 1.52 kg·hm -2 ·℃ -1 ·d -1 , respectively. There were no significant differences in phosphorus nutrient biomass production efficiency of the five rotation systems. The order of nitrogen nutrient biomass production efficiency was potato-double cropping rice(73.23) > fallow-double cropping rice(69.84) > rape-double cropping rice(68.30) > ryegrass-double cropping rice(65.47)> milk vetch-double cropping rice(60.99). The order of potassium nutrient biomass production efficiency was milk vetch-double cropping rice(70.63) > fallow-double cropping rice(66.10) > rapedouble cropping rice(57.58) > ryegrass-double cropping rice(56.37) > potato-double cropping rice(47.91). There was no significant differences in the NPK partial factor productivity of early rice and late rice in the five rotation systems( P >0.05), and there was a significant difference in the NPK harvest index of late rice( P <0.05). The order of the economic benefits was potato-double cropping rice>rapedouble cropping rice>ryegrass-double cropping rice>milk vetch-double cropping rice>fallow-double cropping rice. The potato-double cropping rice was high input and high output type, ryegrass-double cropping rice and rape-double cropping rice were low input and middle output type, and milk vetch-double cropping rice was low input and low output type. The results indicate that the potato-double cropping rice rotation system is suitable for popularization and application in Hunan double cropping rice area.

Abstract Since the success of any educational system is tied to the teachers' professional commitment, discovering the determinants of this construct seems vital. In line with this, a huge number of inquiries have evaluated the effects of personal, contextual, and professional variables on teachers' professional commitment. However, the impacts of job satisfaction and collective efficacy have remained unclear. Against this backdrop, the current review article seeks to theoretically explain the impacts of these constructs on EFL teachers' professional commitment using the available documents. The review findings illuminated that EFL teachers' professional commitment heavily relies on their job satisfaction and collective efficacy beliefs. The implications for educational principals and teacher educators are finally discussed.

Abstract In recent years, many colleges and universities have been experimenting and exploring the evaluation of education and teaching system and have achieved certain results. In order to understand the quality of education and teaching system in colleges and universities, to improve the school conditions, and to promote the reform of teaching management, methods and means of evaluating the quality of education and teaching system in general higher education institutions are needed. Modern university education and teaching system should realize the combination of classroom teaching and practice teaching, and education and teaching system adopts the mode of the combination of on-campus practice and off-campus practice, so the design of teaching system is the key to the quality of teaching. Aiming at the current problem that talents cultivated by colleges and universities can hardly meet social demands in terms of engineering practice ability, innovation ability, and international competitiveness, this paper proposes the evaluation and adjustment of college education and teaching system driven by algorithms based on artificial intelligence (AI). By designing the teaching system of talent cultivation, and then establishing a quantitative and controllable quality assurance system for practical teaching, a new mechanism for the design of university education system is further explored. Specifically, the framework of the instructional system is built with the aid of an actor-critic algorithm in reinforcement learning, which assists in the design of the university education system, allowing students to truly understand, master and flex their knowledge, and strengthening the correct understanding of the students' internal learning mechanisms. The practical teaching effect shows that the AI-driven instructional designs are more popular with contemporary students and have higher evaluation scores. The numerical experiment results also show the stability of the instructional design, overcoming the drawbacks of traditional manual subjectivity in the design. AI-driven college education and teaching system is conducive to cultivating students' solid technical theoretical foundation. Therefore, through the AI-driven teaching system to strengthen the training of practical ability, so as to comprehensively improve students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability.

Abstract Haploinsufficiency of A20 (HA20) is a rare monogenic disease caused by heterozygous loss-of-function mutations in the tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3 (TNFAIP3) gene located on chromosome 6q23.3. The majority of disease-causing mutations in most cases of HA20 comprise single nucleotide variations, small insertions, or deletions in TNFAIP3, which result in a premature termination codon and subsequent disruption of its anti-inflammatory role. Large deletions have been reported sporadically. HA20 patients may present with a variety of autoinflammatory and autoimmune features during early childhood; however, cases with neonatal onset are rare. Here, we describe a Chinese neonate presenting with concomitant inflammatory and other syndromic manifestations caused by a 5.15 Mb interstitial deletion in chromosome 6; these deletions affect TNFAIP3. Taken together, the data extend the clinical and genetic spectra of HA20.
