    Abstract Salmonella enterica is a common foodborne pathogen responsible for major global health problems such as paratyphoid fever and gastroenteritis. Here, we report the prevalence, antibiotic resistance phenotypes, serotypes, and molecular subtyping of Salmonella isolated from eggs in Guangdong, China. Out of 1,000 egg samples, 54 (5.40%) were positive. S. Enteritidis made up the largest proportion of samples with 11 serotypes. Antimicrobial susceptibility test indicated that most strains were resistant to β‐lactam, aminoglycoside, and tetracycline antibiotics (27.00%–40.00%). There were 37 STs based on MLST typing. MLST and ERIC‐PCR classified 54 isolates into three and five clusters, respectively, which revealed the genetic relatedness and diversity. In conclusion, frequent monitoring of eggs for Salmonella, antibiotic resistance profiles and genetic diversity is essential for improving food safety.

    Abstract The development of translational medicine is on the rise, and its advocated relationship between preclinical research and clinical application and two-way translational research mode inspire and promote us to think about solving the corresponding problems faced by acupuncture and moxibustion medicine. The theoretical research of basic research should be closely connected with the practice and application due to the characteristics of the subject, but seems to be seriously disjointed at pre-sent. Therefore, four aspects as "the relationship between acupuncture theory and clinical practice" "correctly interpreting the connotation of traditional theory of acupuncture and moxibustion" "distinguishing which is based on the practice and which is the influence of cultural concepts" and "distinguishing what are the ancient medical discoveries and inventions and what are the theoretical explanations of such discoveries and inventions" should be grasped. In addition, the importance of concept consciousness and two research levels (uncovering unrecognized or buried medical discoveries and techniques and expounding valuable medical ideas) in the transformation research should be emphasized, and the evaluation mechanism for the transformation of research achievements should be established.

    Abstract The Delphi method is also called an expert consultation method, scientifically measuring the objectivity, practicality, and authority of the metric. This study aims to build a standard plan for chronic disease management care services in hospitals and guide the development of chronic disease management care services. This article proposes a chronic disease management nursing experiment, further revises the current hospital chronic disease management nursing service, redesigns the program, compiles the chronic disease management hospital nursing standard list according to the new program, and uses expert suggestions to modify the standard program items. It adopts a preliminary expert inquiry table, submits Delphi expert inquiry, and constructs a chronic patient prevention strategy for clinical nursing practice to learn from the reference for guiding the actual specific situation of nursing, providing evidence basis and practice guidance. More than 40 initial standards were listed, which were reduced to 30 after revision. The importance of the indicators to different experts was 3.56 to 4.85 points. The coordination coefficient is 0.180~0.356. Finally, after discussion by all parties, more than 40 specific indicators including the size of the new standard have been determined, which provides a great theoretical basis for the establishment of a new type of hospital chronic disease management and nursing service standard in my country. Based on process reconstruction and the Delphi method determined by the hospital chronic disease management nursing service standards, clear normative and operability can provide basis for the development of chronic disease management nursing services.

    Abstract The ideological and political education (IPE) situation is constantly developing and changing. In modern globalization, the ideological education of college students has received great attention. The purpose is to strengthen morality and cultivate people as the basic point of a college education. The principles of educational psychology are adopted to integrate IPE into the whole process of college teaching and help students develop healthily for a long time. First, IPE psychology's concept and subject attribute under educational psychology are expounded. Next, the concept and development of cognitive structure theory are introduced. Moreover, educational constructivist measures are analyzed. Furthermore, the cognitive structure of college students' self-cognition and IPE is interpreted and analyzed using cognitive psychology. Then, a questionnaire is designed to study the influencing factors of political education strategies in colleges. Finally, the questionnaire is collected to summarize the influencing factors and put forward optimization strategies. The results show that using the principles of educational psychology and cognitive psychology to investigate can accurately understand modern college students' self-cognitive structure and ideological and political cognitive structure. The opportunity factor greatly impacts the IPE strategy of college students. More than 97% think that it has an impact, of which more than 51% think that it has a great impact and more than 21% think that it is the decisive factor. Challenge factors greatly impact college students' IPE strategies. More than 97% think they have an impact, of which more than 55% think they have a great impact, and more than 24% think they are decisive factors. It shows that educational psychology is conducive to the progress of political education in colleges and the improvement of college students' ideological and political levels. This exploration provides a new direction for educational psychology research in ideological and political work.

    Abstract Keeping in view the overwhelming characteristics of the wireless sensor networks, these networks are constantly being utilized in numerous domains such as industry, healthcare, and music. Aiming at the problem that there is a single-point and multipoint control in the music performance management system, this paper adopts the wireless sensor network multipoint control technology to realize the control of the music performance management system. The system uses TI's CC2430 chip to design the hardware circuit, uses the TinyOS operating system as the software platform of the system, and designs the components of the base station and sensor nodes to achieve data acquisition and transceiver functions. The experimental test shows that the system can realize the multipoint control of the music performance system and has good performance.

    Abstract In order to explore the situation of ankle sports injury in physical education, the author proposed the application method of MRI in sports injury prevention in physical education. In a retrospective analysis of 28 patients with clinically diagnosed ankle injuries, taking ankle arthroscopy/incision as the standard, the sensitivity and diagnostic value of MRI examination for ankle sports injury were analyzed statistically. The result shows that 6 cases of ankle fracture were correctly diagnosed by MRI, and the diagnostic sensitivity for bone marrow contusion and edema was 100%. Among the 19 cases of clinically diagnosed ankle ligament injury, 16 cases were diagnosed by MRI, and the overall sensitivity was 84%. Of the 8 cases of calcaneofibular ligament injury, 6 cases were correctly diagnosed by MRI, with a sensitivity of 75%.
