Abstract Due to an increase in the aging population, osteoarthritis (OA), especially knee osteoarthritis (KOA), has increasingly become one of the diseases affecting the quality of life of the elderly. As the pathogenesis of KOA is still unclear, Western medicine treatment lacks specificity, and surgical treatment is difficult to cover all patients. Therefore, in recent years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the conservative treatment of KOA has received increasing attention. The advantages of TCM are clear, such as relief of symptoms, fewer adverse reactions, and wider applicability to patients. This paper mainly discusses the research progress in single-herb TCM and TCM compounds for KOA, aiming to demonstrate the effectiveness of TCM in the treatment of KOA. It also provides ideas for future research on the treatment of KOA by TCM and the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis.

Abstract There is usually a reconnaissance stage before a network attack, the attacker obtains the key information of the target system through techniques such as traffic analysis and active scanning, to formulate a targeted network attack. Deception defense techniques based on network characteristics obfuscation is an effective strategy to confront network reconnaissance, which makes the attacker launch an ineffective attack by thwarting the attacker's reconnaissance stage. The technical principle of the existing obfuscation defense solutions was analyzed, the formal definition of network obfuscation was given, the existing research works were discussed from three aspects, and finally the development trend of the obfuscation deception defense technique were analyzed.

Abstract There is still a lack of high-quality evidence-based studies on the efficacy of drug treatment for glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis (GIOP). The purpose of this umbrella review is to comprehensively evaluate the existing evidence to determine the efficacy and safety of pharmacological interventions for GIOP. We searched PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library for systematic reviews and/or meta-analyses (SRs) of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) aimed at evaluating drug therapy for GIOP. Both the methodological quality and the strength of recommendation of the endpoints included in the SRs were evaluated by using the AMSTAR-2 tool and GRADE system, respectively. Six SRs involving 7225 GIOP patients in 59 RCTs were included in this umbrella review. The results of the methodological quality evaluation showed that 2 high-quality, 2 low-quality and 2 critically low-quality SRs were included. The GRADE evaluation results showed that the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation of 46 outcome indicators were evaluated in the umbrella review; there were 3 with high-level evidence, 20 with moderate-level evidence, 15 with low-level evidence, and 8 with very low-level evidence. Moderate- to high-level evidence suggests that teriparatide, bisphosphonates, and denosumab can improve the bone mineral density in patients with GIOP. The findings of this umbrella review can enable patients and clinical healthcare professionals to choose the best drug prescription.

Abstract This paper studied the effects of ambient pressure on the plug-holing phenomenon in tunnel fires with a shaft by a Fire Dynamics Simulator. The influence of ambient pressures on the smoke movement, temperature distribution, critical Richard number (Ric) and critical shaft height for plug-holing were analyzed in detail. A new prediction formula of smoke flow velocity considering different pressures was modified. A prediction formula of smoke temperature distribution beneath the ceiling under different pressures was developed. As a result, a prediction model of Richard numbers to determine whether the plug-holing occurs was proposed by combining smoke flow velocity and smoke temperature distribution. The critical Richard numbers (Ric) and critical shaft height (hc) increases as the pressure decreases. Outcomes in this study can provide references for the design of a natural ventilation system in tunnel fires at a higher altitude.

Conclusion: The results of this study showed that age ≥ 60 years, CSA ≥35°, hypertension and history of shoulder trauma are independent risk factors for symptomatic RCTs and can provide directions for further development of prevention and treatment strategies. Future studies need to clarify the mechanism underlying the association between these risk factors and symptomatic RCTs.

Abstract Objective: The purpose of this study was to construct a facial deformity dataset and a network model based on heatmap regression for the recognition of facial soft tissue landmarks to provide a basis for clinicians to perform cephalometric analysis of soft tissue.
Materials and methods: A 34-point face marker detection model, the Back High-Resolution Network (BHR-Net), was constructed based on the heatmap regression algorithm, and a custom dataset of 1780 facial detection images for orthognathic surgery was collected. The mean normalized error (MNE) and 10% failure rate (FR10%) were used to evaluate the performance of BHR-Net, and a test set of 50 patients was used to verify the accuracy of the landmarks and their measurement indicators. The test results were subsequently validated in 30 patients.
Results: Both the MNE and FR10% of BHR-Net were optimal compared with other models. In the test set (50 patients), the accuracy of the markers excluding the nose root was 86%, and the accuracy of the remaining markers reached 94%. In the model validation (30 patients), using the markers detected by BHR-Net, the diagnostic accuracy of doctors was 100% for Class II and III deformities, 100% for the oral angle plane, and 70% for maxillofacial asymmetric deformities.
Conclusions: BHR-Net, a network model based on heatmap regression, can be used to effectively identify landmarks in maxillofacial multipose images, providing a reliable way for clinicians to perform cephalometric measurements of soft tissue objectively and quickly.

Abstract Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) is a valuable oilseed crop with numerous nutritional benefits containing a diverse range of bioactive compounds. However, sesame is also considered an allergenic food that triggers various mild to severe adverse reactions (e.g., anaphylaxis). Strict dietary avoidance of sesame components is the best option to protect the sensitized consumers. Sesame or sesame-derived foods are always consumed after certain food processing operations, which would cause a considerable impact on the structure of sesame proteins, changing their sensitization capacity and detectability. In the review, the molecular structure properties, and immunological characteristics of the sesame allergens were described. Meanwhile, the influence of food processing techniques on sesame proteins and the relevant detection techniques used for the sesame allergens quantification are also emphasized critically. Hopefully, this review could provide valuable insight into the development and management for the new "Big Eight" sesame allergen in food industry.

Abstract Liquid fuel is widely used in industry and transportation. Liquid fuel leakage usually results in some spill fire accidents. In this paper, the effect of slope on the spread and burning behaviors of continuous spill fire from a point discharge source was studied by experiments. The flame spread rate, burning rate, heat convection at the bottom surface, flame feedback radiation, and flame height were analyzed. The results show that the spread area has an increasing trend with the slope, and the length of the spread area increases obviously, while the width of spread area shows an opposite trend. Moreover, the burning rate and the flame height of the steady stage decreases significantly with the slope increase, which can be attributed to the increase of heat convection between the fuel layer and bottom for the larger slopes. Subsequently, a burning rate model for the steady stage is built considering fuel layer heat loss and validated by the current experimental data. This work can provide guidance for the thermal hazard analysis of liquid fuel spill fires from a point source.
