Abstract Green investment (GI) has great potential to reach China's 'double carbon' target. However, it is still unknown what factors will govern the impact of GI on carbon emissions. This research relaxes the homogeneity and linearity assumed in traditional empirical models and adopts a newly developed partially linear functional-coefficient model to estimate the specific response function of GI on carbon emissions under regional heterogeneity. The results indicate that the role of GI plays a relatively greater role in the western and central regions than in the eastern regions. This highlights the latecomer advantage of the central and western regions under the 'double carbon' target. The beneficial effect of GI on carbon emission intensity is only apparent once the province's economic development level exceeds a certain threshold. For provinces with low GDP per capita, it is recommended to prioritize economic development. When the logarithm of the province's GDP per capita is higher than 9.70, we encourage strong GI. As the industrial structure continues to upgrade, the marginal effect of GI on carbon emissions will continue to increase after a key inflection point.

Abstract IntroductionConstructing the evaluation index system for the community's aging-friendly construction can provide a decision-making basis for the overall investment and priority satisfaction strategy for the community's aging-friendly construction.MethodsThrough questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this paper evaluates and analyzes the satisfaction level of various indicators of the community's aging-friendly construction.ResultsThe results show that the community's humanistic care, public environment, and socio-economic criteria are significantly linearly linked to the overall construction satisfaction level. There are significant differences in the general satisfaction level of older adults in the variables of “age, educational background, residence duration, residence personnel, number of children, and marital status”.DiscussionTo this end, the article concludes with specific recommendations that improving older-adult care services for older adults with low age and high education, helping older adults in the community to familiarize themselves with the community environment as soon as possible, cultivating the professional abilities of community service personnel, reflecting the warmth of the community for older-adult care and improving social security capabilities are the core content of the future community building for aging.

Abstract Many poverty−alleviation−relocation projects in China resort to tourism to sustain immigrants’ livelihood in new communities. However, how tourism contributes to poverty elimination and maintaining gains is yet to be discovered. Based on the sustainable livelihood concept, this study constructs a three-dimensional index system to evaluate livelihood sustainability and identify potential factors in three relocated tourism communities. Results show that most resettled residents have median-level livelihood sustainability. Livelihood capital, strategies, and environment contribute to livelihood sustainability in decreasing order. Regarding livelihood modes, tourism−led livelihood takes the first position in terms of supporting livelihood sustainability, followed by outside−work−led, local−work−led, and government subsidy−led livelihoods. Regarding obstacle factors, annual household income, number of household workers, and education levels are shared by relocated households across different livelihood modes. Aside from policy suggestions on survey sites, this study provides a holistic framework and enlightens the generalizable paradigm to the analysis of sustained livelihood via tourism development in relocated communities.

Abstract The research on the recycling of discarded drugs has become an important direction of the green supply chain in China. Faced with the great challenge of recycling discarded drugs in China, it is necessary to make clear the behavior choice of each recycling subject. This paper constructs an evolutionary game model among government, drugs recycling companies and consumers, describes the evolutionary game process, and analyzes the influence of the gain of government, drug recycling enterprises and consumers on the evolutionary stable strategy trend. By using Matlab simulation software to simulate the evolution of tripartite behavior, the final result is obtained: The government's choice of a strong regulatory strategy has an important positive role in guiding the entire discarded drug recovery market. Consumer's choice of active participation strategy and enterprise's choice of active participation strategy are most beneficial to the healthy development of the discarded drug recovery market. This study provides some valuable theoretical support and reference for the national decision-making of discarded drug recovery, helps to solve the problem of discarded drug recovery, and provides theoretical support and policy-making recommendations for the ultimate achievement of sustainable development goals.

Abstract Online reviews of consumers after purchasing drugs online reflect the factors affecting their satisfaction. How to understand customer satisfaction through online reviews and tapping their needs to improve satisfaction has become an urgent issue facing pharmaceutical e-commerce companies. Based on the online reviews of Alibaba Health Pharmacy, six representative OTC online medicines were selected for this study, including the following categories: tonics, anti-cold drugs, rheumatism and orthopaedic drugs, skin drugs, gastrointestinal drugs, vitamins, and calcium. By training and testing the LDA topic model, five potential topics are extracted as factors affecting customer satisfaction, including drug efficacy, drug cost performance, online customer service, logistics and transportation, and packaging. In this paper, Sentiment Analysis is used to process the review text to quantify the sentiment tendency of the review, and determine the evaluation scale value. Then, the random dominance among various drug factors is determined based on the Stochastic Dominance Rules. Finally, the PROMETHEE-Ⅱ method is used to determine the ranking value of the importance of each factor. The results suggest that the factors in different types of OTC drugs rank differently, which is also rationalized in this paper. This study provides a significant reference for improving customer satisfaction with pharmaceutical e-commerce.

Abstract Abstract Rising temperature will cause the changes of pore characteristics and strength property in rock. This research takes the limestone produced in Taihang Mountains as the research object, and performs high-temperature treatment within 25–1000 °C. The high-resolution X-ray computed tomography (CT) scanning test method is used to visually reconstruct the three-dimensional image of the sample, and obtain the spatial distribution status of the mesoscopic parameters of the bones, pores/cracks, etc. The results show that when the temperature exceeded 700 °C, the samples appeared milky white in appearance and as the temperature increased, the color gradually turned white, macroscopic cracks began to appear on the surface, while the meso-pores connected rapidly, reflecting a typical progressive destruction process from inside to outside. The change law of volume porosity with temperature has a consistent trend with that of the apparent morphology of the sample. Similarly, the mechanical test results suggest that 700 °C is also the turning temperature for strength deterioration and brittle-plastic transformation of sample. Based on the results of high-temperature test, CT test and mechanical test, there are enough evidences to show that, for the limestone sample, 700 °C is probably to be the mutation temperature of physical–mechanical behavior.

Abstract Background: Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) is a rare highly aggressive and poorly differentiated non-small cell carcinoma, and little is known about the information on the usefulness of
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 25 consecutive PSC patients who had undergone
Results: From March 2017 to January 2023, twenty-five eligible patients with PSC were identified. There were 23 (92%) men, aged 68.5 ± 8.5 (range 56-90) years. Eighteen (72%) patients had a frequent smoking history. The mean size of PSCs was 59.3 ± 18.6 (range 29-97) mm, and 23 (92%) PSCs were Stage IV tumors. 20 (80%) lesions were located in the upper lung and 19 (76%) cases belonged to the peripheral type. Necrotic foci appeared in 21(84%) tumors. 11 (44%) PSCs invaded the pleura. All PSCs were FDG avid, and the mean of SUVmax was 11.8 ± 5.3 (range 4.8-25.5). Metastases were found on PET/CT in 24(96%) patients. The SUVmax of the lesions ≥ 5cm was higher than that of the lesions < 5cm (p=0.004), and the SUVmax of lesions with TTF-1 expression was higher than those of lesions without TTF-1 expression (p=0.009). All of the 25 primary lesions were considered malignant and confirmative, probable, and possible diagnosis of PSC was made in 2 (8%), 4 (16%), and 5(20%) patients, respectively on PET/CT. PSC was not considered in 14 (56%) patients, in PET/CT. The survival of patients with surgery didn't demonstrate a significantly good prognosis as compared with those without surgery (p=0.675).
Conclusion: All PSCs had obvious FDG avidity. Although imaging diagnosis is still difficult, combined clinical and imaging features more than 40% of primary lesions were considered for the possibility of PSC in our group. Early histopathological diagnosis is necessary to help develop a reasonable regimen.
