Abstract Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) can directly or indirectly regulate gene expression through interacting with microRNAs (miRNAs). Competitive endogenous RNAs render the roles of lncRNAs more complicated in the process of tumor occurrence and progression. However, the prognostic value of lncRNAs as potential biomarkers and their functional roles as competitive endogenous RNAs have not been clearly described for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). In the present study, the aberrant expression profiles of lncRNAs and miRNAs were analyzed at cBioPortal by interrogating LUAD dataset from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database with 517 tissue samples. A total of 92 lncRNAs and 125 miRNAs with highly genetic alterations were identified. Further bioinformatics analysis was performed to construct a LUAD-related lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNA network, which included 24 highly altered lncRNAs, 21 miRNAs and 142 mRNAs. Some key lncRNAs in this network were subsequently identified as LUAD prognosis-related, and of those, CASC15 and LINC01600 both performed the potential prognostic characteristics with LUAD regarding OS and recurrence. Comprehensive analysis indicated that the expression of LINC01600 was significantly associated with KRAS mutation and lymph node metastasis, and CASC15 and LINC01600 were significantly tended towards co-occurrence, which may be due to the similarity of genes co-expressed by these 2 lncRNAs. Our findings provided novel insight into better understanding of ceRNA regulatory mechanisms in the pathogenesis of LUAD and facilitated the identification of potential biomarkers for prognosis.

Abstract In this paper, we analyzed the umami amino acids composition and content in minced meat (MM), fish head meat (HM), and fish roe (R). According to different ratios of material to liquid, we extracted water-soluble taste substances from the three materials and then compared composition and content of the umami amino acids and taste nucleotides in the different water-soluble taste substances. Finally, we analyzed Taste Activity Value (TAV) and the Equivalent Umami Concentration (EUC) between umami amino acids and taste nucleotides. The results showed that umami amino acids total content in MM, HM, and R samples were, respectively, 50.63 mg/100 g, 41.95 mg/100 g, and 67.06 mg/100 g. When the water-soluble taste substances extracted from the above samples were in the “D” state (MM), the “C” state (HM), and the “C” state (R), respectively, the umami amino acid content could be comparable to the original sample. And the highest EUCs were respectively 1.37 g MSG/100 g, 0.87 g MSG/100 g, and 0.49 g MSG/100 g (MSG: Sodium Glutamate). To some extent, the results of this study indicated that the water-soluble taste substances could be equivalent to the original sample and could be further applied as a taste regulator in some respects.

Abstract With the increasing abundance of network teaching resources, the recommendation technology based on network is becoming more and more mature. There are differences in the effect of recommendation, which leads to great differences in the effect of recommendation algorithms for teaching resources. The existing teaching resource recommendation algorithm either takes insufficient consideration of the students' personality characteristics, cannot well distinguish the students' users through the students' personality, and pushes the same teaching resources or considers the student user personality not sufficient and cannot well meet the individualized learning needs of students. Therefore, in view of the above problem, combining TDINA model by the user for the students to build cognitive diagnosis model, we put forward a model based on convolution (CUPMF) joint probability matrix decomposition method of teaching resources to recommend the method combined with the history of the students answer, cognitive ability, knowledge to master the situation, and forgetting effect factors. At the same time, CNN is used to deeply excavate the test question resources in the teaching resources, and the nonlinear transformation of the test question resources output by CNN is carried out to integrate them into the joint probability matrix decomposition model to predict students' performance on the resources. Finally, the students' knowledge mastery matrix obtained by TDINA model is combined to recommend corresponding teaching resources to students, so as to improve learning efficiency and help students improve their performance.

Abstract School physical education is an important part of school education, and physical education resources are the overall measure of a school's physical education level. Rural schools are limited by environmental constraints, especially the lack of physical education resources verification. Therefore, the allocation and utilization efficiency improvement of rural physical education resources are an important element of rural physical education construction. With the mature development of artificial intelligence technology, it has great potential for application in the field of cultural education. Artificial intelligence technology has the advantages of ease of use, strong self-adaptation, and excellent generalization ability, and it is selected for data processing in this paper. Using artificial intelligence technology, the study of sports informatization to help rural sports development and rational utilization of resources can help rural sports education development, rural sports industry prosperity, rural sports talent revitalization, rural sports governance system improvement, and governance capacity enhancement. The artificial intelligence raindrop algorithm, which can automate the statistics of all relevant factors and derive results based on data fusion, was selected as the core algorithm of this paper. Therefore, this paper proposes an intelligent algorithm for allocating and improving the efficiency of rural sports teaching resources so as to improve the informatization level of the rural sports industry, promote industrial integration based on local needs, accelerate the "online urban-rural integration" in rural sports education, rural fitness guidance, and rural recreation and medical care, and rely on multiple entities. We will support the new model of sports informatization to empower rural sports teaching development by relying on the collaboration of multiple entities.

Abstract With the implementation of national strategies such as sports power and national fitness, the sports economy has become an important element of high-quality national development, and the demand for sports economy and management talents is greatly increased. Particularly in the new area with big data as the typical feature, the teaching content, teaching method, and teaching mode of sports economics and management majors have put forward new requirements. The continuous progress of storage and network technology has prompted the generation of massive multisource spatiotemporal data in various fields. The advantage of association analysis algorithms is that they are easy to code and implement. The relationships found by association analysis can take two forms: frequent itemsets or association rules. We use correlation analysis methods to perform correlation learning between sports economy and related big data and thus improve the development of sports economy. Mining and analyzing the relevant big data can precisely reveal the problems of sports economic development and can realize the fine management of sports, thus contributing to the healthy development of sports. Mastering the skills of acquiring, analyzing, and applying big data is the core content of sports economic analysis. The sports economy has refined and intelligent management means, and its adoption of virtual reality reflects the current situation and development trend of the sports business, which further highlights the status and role of multisource big data in the sports economy. Based on these, this paper proposed a sports economy mining algorithm in view of the correlation analysis and big data model. Then, we verified the effectiveness of the model through experiments, which laid the foundation for the development of the sports economy.

Abstract Objective: The efficacy of the first-line monodrug chemotherapy has been generally established for low-risk GTN. Most patients can achieve a complete response after the first-line monodrug chemotherapy. However, which monodrug chemotherapy regimen is better for individual patients with GTN is not yet certain. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of first-line monodrug chemotherapy in low-risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN).
Method: Databases, including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library, were searched from inception to November 1, 2022, for case-control studies on first-line monodrug chemotherapy in GTN. Network meta-analysis was performed to compare the efficacy outcome of six monodrug chemotherapy regimens in GTN, with a complete response rate as the endpoint.
Result: Twenty-four studies were considered eligible, including 9 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and 15 non-RCTs. A total of 3344 patients with low-risk GTN were involved. Six monodrug chemotherapy regimens were included and analyzed. In descending order of efficacy, these six regimens were VP-16 (5 days), ACT-D (5 days), MTX (5 days), ACT-D (1.25 mg/m
Conclusion: Among the six first-line monodrug chemotherapy regimens for low-risk GTN in all study, VP-16 (5 days) was the best in terms of efficacy. And five regimens in RCT, ACT-D was the best. However, the finding needs to be validated through more high-quality clinical studies.

Abstract There is a connection between inflammation and cancer. Inflammation is one of the hallmarks of cancer, affecting tumor progression, transition to a malignant phenotype, and the efficacy of tumor chemotherapy. The tumor microenvironment impacts the biological characteristics of tumors through various specific factors and signaling mechanisms. The interaction between inflammation and the tumor microenvironment involves inflammation affecting the tumor microenvironment by inducing immune suppression, while acute inflammation promotes tumor suppression by producing anti-tumor immune responses. This review elaborates on how inflammation affects the tumor microenvironment and thus affects the progression and treatment of tumors, starting from the components of the tumor microenvironment, inflammasomes, cytokines, non-coding RNAs, and other aspects. Inflammatory factors play an important role in regulating inflammatory responses and immune reactions, and they also affect the development of tumors through various pathways in the tumor microenvironment. In addition, non-coding RNAs play an important role in the tumor microenvironment, regulating tumors and inflammation. They are involved in regulating the occurrence, development of tumors, the process of inflammation, as well as regulating inflammation-induced cancer or tumor-related inflammation, and the interaction between the tumor microenvironment, inflammatory factors, and immune cells. Therefore, gaining a deeper understanding of the interaction between inflammation and the tumor microenvironment and its connection to the occurrence and development of cancer can provide a theoretical basis for combating tumors and finding new therapeutic strategies.

Abstract The detection and classification of arrhythmias are crucial steps in diagnosing cardiovascular diseases. However, current deep learning-based classification methods often fail to consider both the morpho-logical and temporal features of the electrocardiogram (ECG) simultaneously. Therefore, we propose a hybrid heartbeat classification method that combines Transformer and multi branch convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Then, use the fusion module to stitch the features obtained from different classifiers. We performed three different heartbeat classification protocols on the MIT-BIH arrhythmia (MIT-BIH-AR) database and analyzed performance on SVEB and VEB classes to validate our method. The first was an intra-patient protocol with an

Abstract DNA storage stands out from other storage media due to its high capacity, eco-friendliness, long lifespan, high stability, low energy consumption, and low data maintenance costs. To standardize the DNA encoding system, maintain consistency in character representation and transmission, and link binary, base, and character together, this paper combines the encoding method with ASCII code to construct an ASCII-DNA encoding table. The encoding method can encode not only pure text information but also audio and video information and satisfies the GC content constraint and the homopolymer constraint, with the encoding density reaching 1.4 bits/nt. In particular, when encoding textual information, it directly skips the binary conversion process, which reduces the complexity of encoding, and increasing the encoding density to 1.6 bits/nt. In order to solve the problem of errors in sequences, under the influence of heuristic algorithms, this paper proposes a new error correction method (HMSA) by combining minimum Hamming distance, multiple sequence alignment, and encoding scheme. It can correct not only substitution, insertion, and deletion errors in Reads but also consecutive errors in Reads. It greatly improves the utilization of the Reads and avoids the waste of resources. Simulation results show that the recovery rate of Reads increases with the increasing number of sequencing times. When the number of erroneous bases in a 150nt sequence reaches 5nt, the error correction rate can exceed 96% by sequencing the base sequence only 10 times regardless of whether the errors are consecutive or not. Additionally, the HMSA error correction method is applicable to all coding schemes for lookup code table types.
