Abstract Protein tyrosine kinase 6 (PTK6), also known as breast tumor kinase (BRK), serves as a non-receptor intracellular tyrosine kinase within the Src kinases family. Structurally resembling other Src kinases, PTK6 possesses an Src homology 3 (SH3) domain, an Src homology 2 (SH2) domain, and a tyrosine kinase domain (SH1). While considerable efforts have been dedicated to designing PTK6 inhibitors targeting the SH1 domain, which is responsible for kinase activity in various pathways, it has been observed that solely inhibiting the SH1 domain does not effectively suppress PTK6 activity. Subsequent investigations have revealed the involvement of SH2 and SH3 domains in intramolecular and substrate binding interactions, which are crucial for PTK6 function. Consequently, the identification of PTK6 inhibitors targeting not only the SH1 domain but also the SH2 and SH3 domains becomes imperative. Through an in silico structural-based virtual screening approach, incorporating drug repurposing and a consensus docking approach, we have successfully identified four potential ligands capable of concurrently inhibiting the tyrosine kinase domain and SH2/SH3 domains of PT6K simultaneously. This finding suggests potential pathways for therapeutic interventions in PTK6 inhibition.

Abstract Objective: To observe the feasibility and safety of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of thoracoscopic treatment of lung cancer patients. Rapid rehabilitation nursing was compared with conventional perioperative nursing to explore its clinical efficacy, i.e., its advantages in improving postoperative comfort, postoperative rehabilitation efficiency, and hospitalization cost of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer resection.
Methods: We carried out a retrospective analysis of 337 lung cancer patients who underwent lobectomy in our thoracic surgery department from July 2019 to June 2021, of which 168 lung cancer patients whose perioperative care method was traditional rehabilitation care were classified as
Results: There were no differences in preoperative general data, pathological findings, preoperative underlying diseases, lesion involvement sites, and postoperative TNM stages (
Conclusion: Intelligent medical rehabilitation nursing has good application value in thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery. Applying the concept of intelligent medical rehabilitation nursing provides an important experimental basis and theoretical basis for improving the postoperative survival quality and clinical symptoms of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer resection, which helps to promote the postoperative recovery of patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer, improves the recovery efficiency of patients and their overall quality of life, and is superior to the conventional nursing group.

Abstract Pachydermodactyly (PDD) is a rare and benign dermatological disease. Several diagnostic imaging modalities have been used in the evaluation of the disease, for instance, X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), while ultrasonography was largely underused. In addition to the dermal thickening recorded in previous literature, we also observed the thickening of the collateral ligament by ultrasound. Based on this finding, some treatments that may damage ligaments, such as intralesional corticosteroids or surgery, should be carefully selected.

Abstract Haspin, an atypical serine/threonine protein kinase, is a potential target for cancer therapy. 5-iodotubercidin (5-iTU), an adenosine derivative, has been identified as a potent Haspin inhibitor in vitro. In this paper, quantum chemical calculations and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were employed to identify and quantitatively confirm the presence of halogen bonding (XB), specifically halogen∙∙∙π (aromatic) interaction between halogenated tubercidin ligands with Haspin. Consistent with previous theoretical finding, the site specificity of the XB binding over the

Abstract Primary pancreatic lymphoma (PPL) is a rare malignancy, which is defined as a mass centered in pancreas with involvement of contiguous lymph nodes and distant spread may exist. Accurate diagnosis of PPL prior to pathological confirmation remains challenging, underscoring the critical significance of preoperative imaging assessments. This case report collected two instances of PPL that underwent initial evaluation via

Abstract Herein we present a case of a 62-year-old male patient who was admitted with the chief complaints of nasal obstruction. The histopathological and immunohistochemical evaluation led to a diagnosis of olfactory neuroblastoma with rhabdomyoblasts. A review of the literature revealed that this is only the fourth case of olfactory neuroblastoma with rhabdomyoblasts. Thus, investigation of more cases and longer follow-up is necessary to understand the disease and identify the best treatment to improve prognosis.

Abstract Four optimizing methods of equipment cost structure were detailedly analyzed based on their theories. The strengths and weaknesses of the four optimizing methods were analyzed and compared each other. And the characteristics of system dynamics were introduced. It was found that the weaknesses of the four optimizing methods were just made up by the characteristics of system dynamics. It was put forward that system dynamics is better than the four methods in optimizing equipment cost structure at the moment. This viewpoint not only enriches the categories of optimizing methods for equipment cost structure, but also explores a new way for optimizing equipment cost structure in practice.

Abstract Objective To analyze the factors affecting the bowel preparation effect of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder (PEG-ELP) combined with dimethicone in hospitalized patients. Methods Clinical data of bowel preparation of 200 hospitalized patients who underwent colonoscopy were retrospectively analyzed. The influencing factors of bowel cleaning effect were analyzed. Results Univariate analysis showed that hypertension, dyslipidemia, positive urine ketone body, and colonoscopy scheduled in the afternoon were influencing factors of the cleanliness of bowel preparation, respectively (all P < 0.05). Multivariate regression analysis indicated that dyslipidemia(OR = 2.312,95%CI(1.245,4.293),P = 0.008),hypertension (OR = 2.270,95%CI(1.193,4.318),P = 0.013),and colonoscopy scheduled in the afternoon (OR = 2.377,95%CI(1.279,4.416),P = 0.006) were the risk factors for low quality of bowel preparation, respectively. Conclusion For hospitalized patients receiving bowel preparation with PEG-ELP combined with dimethicone, hypertension, dyslipidemia and colonoscopy scheduled in the afternoon are the independent risk factors affecting bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
