Abstract Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) have shown their superiority in monitoring atmosphere variations over years. With the reduced size and cost of GNSS devices, the number of GNSS receivers deployed on the ground significantly increased worldwide. The high density of GNSS receivers enables researchers to monitor the dynamics of atmospheric conditions at the global scale for research purposes., for example, precipitable water vapor (PWV) research in the troposphere. Accurate estimation of water vapor changes in lower atmosphere is indispensable for numerical research of climate change, and weather and storm prediction. However, there is one intrinsic shortcoming in the quality control procedure of GNSS-based PWV estimation which is the lack of non-reference value to control PWV estimation quality. As a result, GNSS system is not able to complete the self-quality control to quantify the impact of measurement outliers on GNSS based PWV estimation. To address this issue, the quality control process that is commonly utilized in precise point positioning (PPP) is proposed here. With the introduction of outlier identification, optimal estimation, least squares method and Kalman Filter, the GNSS-based PWV estimation could achieve its self-contained quality control. This research reviews the GNSS-PWV estimation quality control methods developed recently, and discusses existing problems and potential solutions.

Abstract In order to further investigate and understand the relationship between college students' learning adaptation process and mental health in the learning process under the information-based teaching environment, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on college students' learning adaptation and mental health and selects 408 college students as the research object. The results show that the potential profile analysis shows that with the development of network and informatization, the learning adaptability of college students can be divided into four types: troubled group (accounting for 7.598%), marginal adaptive group (accounting for 42.892%), maladaptive group (accounting for 4.167%), and good adaptive group (accounting for 45.343%). The mental health level of the latter two is better, and the mental health level of the first two is worse. Students who do not adapt to learning and students who adapt well show common characteristics. Most of them are only children, and their parents have a high level of education. This kind of family often has good material conditions and loose family atmosphere, which will also form a protective mechanism for students' mental health, making students have good self-acceptance ability and good mental health level.

Abstract From the perspective of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM), this research looks at the key elements influencing how small- and medium-sized companies (SMEs) move toward a circular economy (CE). This research aims to understand the elements that influence SMEs to embrace CE principles and determine the real-world applications of SSCM practices. This research gathered and analyzed data from diverse European SMEs working inside CE networks using a mixed-method approach. We received answers from several of these firms using a survey form sent and emailed to them. The replies were then assessed using an independent t test to account for any biases. We used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for the validity assessment, compound consistency, and corrected-item-total association measures to validate the model's validity and reliability. According to our research, SMEs are influenced significantly by societal pressures, green economic incentives, and environmental dedication when deciding whether to adopt CE practices. Our study further emphasizes the importance of SSCM for SMEs' successful transition to a CE model, especially regarding resource and waste management efficiency. This work contributes to the corpus of research on the topic by providing empirical support for the function of SSCM in easing the transition towards CE in the setting of SMEs. The results might serve as a reference for managers and policymakers as they create plans to encourage SMEs to embrace CE practices and to emphasize the advantages of such a change on the economic, social, and environmental fronts. Putting a particular emphasis on the vital roles that public pressure, green financial incentives, and ecological dedication play, this research provides insights into the complex interactions between SSCM and CE transition in SMEs. Further study is needed to examine how these determinants could fluctuate across various industries and geographies.

Abstract In this paper, we model a knowledge graph based on graph neural networks, conduct an in-depth study on building knowledge graph embeddings for policing cases, and design a graph neural network-enhanced knowledge graph framework. In detail, we use the label propagation algorithm (LPA) to assist the convolutional graph network (GCN) in training the edge weights of the knowledge graph to construct a policing case prediction method. This improves the traditional convolutional neural network from a single-channel network to a multichannel network to accommodate the multiple feature factors of policing cases. In addition, this expands the perceptual field of the convolutional neural network to improve prediction accuracy. The experimental results show that the multichannel convolutional neural network's prediction accuracy can reach 87.7%. To ensure the efficiency of the security case analysis network, an efficient pairwise feature extraction base module is added to enhance the backbone network, which reduces the number of parameters of the whole network and decreases the complexity of operations. We experimentally demonstrate that this method achieves a better balance of efficiency and performance by obtaining approximate results with 53.5% fewer floating-point operations and 70.2% fewer number parameters than its contemporary work.

Abstract We consider theoretical and practical issues for innovatively using a large number of covariates in clinical trials to achieve various design objectives without model misspecification. Specifically, we propose a new family of semiparametric covariate-adjusted response-adaptive randomization (CARA) designs and we use the target maximum likelihood estimation (TMLE) to analyze the correlated data from CARA designs. Our approach can flexibly achieve multiple objectives and correctly incorporate the effect of a large number of covariates on the responses without model misspecification. We also obtain the consistency and asymptotic normality of the target parameters, allocation probabilities, and allocation proportions. Numerical studies demonstrate that our approach has advantages over existing approaches, even when the data-generating distribution is complicated.

Abstract 'The fact is that after ISS, China may be the only station in orbit,' remarked Leroy Chiao, a former NASA astronaut and commander of the International Space Station (ISS). As of July 2022, Tianhe, the core module of the China Space Station (CSS), has been orbiting the Earth for more than a year, and the Wentian experiment module joined the Tianhe station on 25 July. Together, they make up about two thirds of the CSS. Later in October, the third piece of the puzzle, the Mengtian experiment module, will complete the T-shaped structure of the CSS. In 2024, the China Sky Survey Telescope, Xuntian, will enter orbit. The ISS, on the other hand, was just mentioned in Russia's response to the latest round of economic sanctions, confirming the concern expressed by Commander Chiao when he said 'The ISS will be deorbited in 2030. The politics with the Russians is no longer tenable.'
