Abstract To better understand the role of the competitive environment for firm innovation, this study takes China's Fair Competition Review System as an example to explore the impact of administrative monopoly regulation on environmental innovation. By utilizing China's market Structure, the study devises a quasi-natural experiment. It employs the DID method to assess the causal relationship between administrative monopoly regulation and the firm's environmental innovation. The findings indicate that implementing the Fair Competition Review System induces a marked reduction in environmental innovation by firms in the administrative monopoly sector, suggesting a substantial inhibition effect of the policy. Further research shows that this inhibition effect primarily manifests in the short term. Breaking administrative monopoly and optimizing the market environment wield the potential to increase firm environmental innovation in the long term. Evidence from the mechanism analysis highlights the critical roles played by factors such as industry competition, industry environmental uncertainty, R&D investments, financial constraints, and government subsidies in driving this process.

Abstract Magnetic materials with strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy are of great interest for the development of nonvolatile magnetic memory and computing technologies due to their high stabilities at the nanoscale. However, electrical switching of such perpendicular magnetization in an energy-efficient, deterministic, scalable manner has remained a big challenge. This problem has recently attracted enormous efforts in the field of spintronics. Here, recent advances and challenges in the understanding of the electrical generation of spin currents, the switching mechanisms and the switching strategies of perpendicular magnetization, the switching current density by spin-orbit torque of transverse spins, the choice of perpendicular magnetic materials are reviewed, and the progress in prototype perpendicular SOT memory and logic devices toward the goal of energy-efficient, dense, fast perpendicular spin-orbit torque applications is summarized.

Abstract Psychological depression is a normal emotional experience of human beings. Everyone will experience different levels of depression in life. Under the dual influence of the current socio-economic environment and the small environment of students' quality, the depressive tendency of college students cannot be ignored. In order to mine and improve the level of College Students' psychological depression, this paper proposes a prediction model of College Students' PD based on multi-source online comment mining. The data mining method is used to analyze the content and emotion of microblog comments of users with depressive tendencies. Then, pattern extraction and matching are used to find low-frequency feature words. The example analysis shows that when the comment length is set to 10 and the news length is set to 47, the classification accuracy of the test set is the highest, reaching 96.454%, higher than the original 94.898%. Learning pressure, economic pressure, employment pressure, coping style and social support are closely related to depression and anxiety. Therefore, when modeling depression and anxiety, they were selected as predictive properties. The PD prediction model of college students based on multi-source online comment mining has achieved good results in the polarity classification of online comments.

Abstract In the process of continuous urbanization construction, the construction scale of urban landscaping projects is getting larger. At the same time, the design and the maintenance of the management is becoming more important. Recently, the rocketing development of the ternary world of many people, machines, and things has triggered the generation of multisource fusion data and the development of artificial intelligence technology, and the world has entered the era of multisource big data intelligence. Multisource data refer to the fusion of multiple types of data with effective characteristic information, which has richer, more comprehensive, more detailed, and more effective information than a single data source, and can provide high-quality data sources for various complex problems. Therefore, more effective data can be provided for the definition of urban fringe areas. From the moment Google's AlphaGo defeated Go world champion Li Shishi, the chess game has been occupied by AI, setting off an upsurge in the study, research, and application of AI technology. Colleges and universities around the world have followed suit and set up AI-related majors. Deep learning is one of the cutting-edge technologies in the field of artificial intelligence. It is a method to solve complex real-life problems by extracting effective information from the data and mining key features on the basis of a large amount of learning and computing data.

Abstract Objective: Improper management of employees' emotions has a great impact on work status and work efficiency, and emotional management has increasingly become a very important part of corporate human resource management. How to adjust the various emotions of employees, so that employees can work in a fuller and more passionate attitude, is a problem that enterprise managers need to consider. From the perspective of employees themselves, a good mood will also bring happiness and satisfaction to life and work. Only in this way can the company and the employees be satisfied with each other and continue to maintain the good development momentum of the company.
Method: This paper proposes a new method of using virtual reality scenes to induce human emotions. Based on computer science and psychological cognitive science, a scene library of "virtual reality emotion induction system" is constructed. Emotion induction based on virtual reality scenes has better interactivity and generalization, as well as stronger immersion and user operability. Its emotional arousal is high, the data is reliable, and the interference of environmental factors in the induction process is weakened, and relatively objective emotional data can be obtained. The factors affecting the emotional management of the enterprise are investigated by means of a questionnaire survey, statistics and problems are found, and the objective problems existing in the emotional management work of the company are determined. According to the analysis, the problems are summarized, and it is believed that the company still has certain room for improvement and improvement potential in terms of corporate culture construction, emotional counseling system construction, and human resource career planning. In the research of this paper, through the combination of theory and practice, the enterprise's emotional management work has been comprehensively analyzed, and the practical problems existing in its emotional management work have been found through questionnaires.
