Abstract In recent years, more and more questions have been raised about the idea that a sentence alone can fully analyze the semantics without considering the context. When we talk about the acceptability of a sentence, we immediately and naturally think of the context in which the sentence can be used correctly. In the current English classroom teaching, teachers follow the traditional teaching procedures too much: first give detailed explanations, and then carry out mechanical exercises. The lack of flexible teaching methods and the creation of contexts affects the improvement of students' communicative ability. During my long-term learning of English, I have considered the following questions: how to make use of the function of context to make English learning diverse and challenging; how to create a variety of practical forms, such as creating a way to make students interested and able to participate in learning, in order to improve students' language communication ability. This paper analyzes the current situation of English teaching, expounds the concept and classification of context and language application, summarizes the applied linguistics theory and related theory, and analyzes the context of English linguistics horizon function and application. This study combines context with English learning, and English learning "how to create and use context," so as to improve students' communicative competence.

Abstract The silent location algorithm of the sensor network is a time synchronization location algorithm that can serve multiple users. Based on the detailed analysis of the development status of human motion measurement technology, this paper proposes a design of human motion capture device based on sensor network and realizes data conversion and filtering through experimental design. In this experiment, the sensor data processing is used to capture the human body positioning information in real time. The established node does not need to make a sound during the whole process and, at the same time, has strong concealment and easy expansion. In the silent positioning algorithm for sensor network nodes, combined with the sound ray tracking technology, the correction parameters are controlled according to the change of the objective function, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation analysis. In terms of motion capture, the system can monitor, detect, and record human motion in real time. In order to obtain more high-resolution dance images with high-definition details and correspondingly process the dance images to improve the resolution, this paper uses the silent positioning algorithm technology to study the image resolution, and this is of great help to improve the resolution.

Abstract The Internet of Things needs to connect different types of sensors in accordance with the agreement, and different agreements can be used for information and information exchange systems, which can facilitate the identification and control of intelligent systems. In many scenarios, location service application data are very important for obtaining accurate location information about nodes. In this paper, a wrist motion sensing sensor based on the PVDF piezoelectric film is developed. To realize the monitoring of wrist motion signals, this paper designs and manufactures a series of PVDF noninvasive sensors for motion perception. The characteristics of sports dance movements are reflected in the coordination between men and women, and the dance posture and movements must be synchronized with the music according to the level of music rhythm structure. The transfer of center of gravity is the main driving force of sports, and the gait of athletes is related to the transfer of center of gravity. Posture stability is the basic element of sports dance training. Only on this basis can it be possible to develop specific motion function trajectories and technical action forms.

Abstract Background: Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) accounts for about 13-15% of all lung cancers, and about 70% of SCLC patients have developed extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) at the time of diagnosis because of its highgrade malignancy, easy invasion, and metastasis. In recent years, immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy has become the standard first-line treatment for ES-SCLC. However, SCLC is a relatively immune-cold lung cancer subtype with a limited number of beneficiaries and a short benefit period. Therefore, the use of biomarkers to identify populations with significant benefits from immunotherapy will help improve the efficacy and survival benefits of immunotherapy. However, predictive biomarkers suitable for clinical practice have not been established in the field of SCLC.
Purpose: In order to find the predictive biomarkers of immunotherapy for ES-SCLC, we summarized the research progress of traditional biomarkers, such as programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and tumor mutation burden (TMB), and summarizes the research of potential biomarkers associated with prognosis, such as molecular subtypes, special gene expression, expression of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) I and II classes, tumor immune microenvironment (TIME), and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) .We aim to provide new insights on biomarkers.
Conclusion: The exploration of biomarkers for immunotherapy of SCLC is still very difficult, and it is clear that conventional predictive biomarkers are not suitable for SCLC. At present, the molecular subtypes defined from transcription factors may have some guiding significance, which still needs to be confirmed by prospective clinical studies. In addition, the ctDNA positivity rate of SCLC is higher than that of other tumor types, which can also solve the dilemma of the difficulty of obtaining specimens of SCLC tissues. And the dynamic change of ctDNA also has great potential to predict the curative effect of SCLC, which is worth further clinical exploration.

Abstract Abstract Objective This study aims to screen for measures and lipid-derived indicators associated with insulin resistance (IR) in obese children and adolescents and develop a nomogram model for predicting the risk of insulin resistance. Methods A total of 404 eligible obese children and adolescents aged 10–17 years were recruited for this study from a summer camp between 2019 and 2021. The risk factors were screened using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO)-logistic regression model, and a nomogram model was developed. The diagnostic value of the model was evaluated by plotting the receiver operator characteristic curve and calculating the area under the curve. Internal validation was performed using the Bootstrap method, with 1000 self-samples to evaluate the model stability. The clinical applicability of the model was assessed by plotting the clinical decision curve. Results On the basis of the LASSO regression analysis results, three lipid-related derivatives, TG/HDL-c, TC/HDL-c, and LDL-c/HDL-c, were finally included in the IR risk prediction model. The nomogram model AUC was 0.804 (95% CI: 0.760 to 0.849). Internal validation results show a C-Index of 0.799, and the mean absolute error between the predicted and actual risks of IR was 0.015. The results of the Hosmer–Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test show a good model prediction (χ2 = 9.523, P = 0.300). Conclusion Three early warning factors, TG/HDL-c, TC/HDL-c, and LDL-c/HDL-c, were screened, which can effectively predict the risk of developing IR in obese children and adolescents, and the nomogram model has an eligible diagnostic value.

Abstract The single echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 4 (EML4) gene and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene fusion is the most common variant of ALK rearrangements in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Herein, we firstly report that coexistence of a novel histone methyltransferase (SETD2)-ALK, EML4-ALK double-fusion is sensitive to alectinib as first-line therapy, and response to immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy after resistant. The patient responded to alectinib as a first-line therapy and achieved progression-free survival (PFS) for 26 months. After resistance, liquid biopsy showed that the reason of drug resistance was the disappearance of SETD2-ALK and EML4-ALK fusion variants. In addition, chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy subsequently achieved a survival benefit of more than 25 months. Therefore, alectinib may be a viable therapeutic option for NSCLC patients with double ALK fusion and immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy may be a viable therapeutic option when double ALK fusion loss may be the mechanism of alectinib resistance.

Abstract The association between glycemic index (GI),glycemic load (GL) and ovarian cancer risk remains unclear. Carbohydrate intake promotes insulin secretion, leading to cell proliferation and invasion. We hypothesized that high GI and GL intake may increase ovarian cancer risk. Therefore, we conducted a meta-analysis after systematically searching PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library from inception to December 2022. Fixed- or random-effect models calculated the pooled relative risks (RRs) and corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Subgroup, sensitivity, publication bias analysis, and dose-response analysis were performed. Nine original studies were included, involving 4716 cases and 119,960 controls. No significant association was observed between GI or GL and ovarian cancer risk (GI: RR = 1.02 [95% CI, 0.83-1.26]; GL: RR = 1.11 [95% CI, 0.84-1.47]). Subgroup analysis suggested the results were not significantly modified by any group. Sensitivity analysis identified the sources of heterogeneity. No publication bias was observed. A linear positive dose-response relationship was observed between dietary GL and ovarian cancer risk after removing heterogeneous sources (RR = 1.11 [95% CI, 1.05-1.17], I
