    Abstract Laboratory diagnosis of Lyme neuroborreliosis (LNB) is challenging, and validated diagnostic algorithms are lacking. Therefore, this retrospective cross-sectional study aimed to compare the diagnostic performance of seven commercial antibody assays for LNB diagnosis.
