    Abstract The efficacy of low-intensity laser radiation therapy using autologous cellular products based on adipose tissue, including stromalvascularfraction, has been shown to be effective in different forms of pathology and in reconstructive and plastic surgery. Thereview deals with the issues related to the methodological aspects of the stromal and vascular fraction isolation from the humanadipose tissue as well as with the peculiarities of its application in experimental studies on animal models and in clinical practice.The mechanisms of low-intensity laser radiation effect on the cells of stromal-vascular fraction has been discussed. An analysis ofrecently published research results on the effects of laser radiation on mesenchymal stromal cells of adipose tissue is carried out. Theresults of experimental studies on the choice of optimal modes and parameters of low-intensity laser radiation with the aim of theirapplication in complex cell technologies are discussed. The issues related to the therapeutic effects of low-intensity physical factors inautologous transplantation of the stromal-vascular fraction and mesenchymal stromal cells in various types of pathology are viewed.Further research on the mechanisms of low-intensity laser irradiation effects on various types of cells and tissues is required to expandthe clinical application of cell-based therapy.

    Abstract As of January 2022, 343 million cases of SARS-CoV-2 were reported globally. COVID-19 is a multi-faceted, multi-systemic illness in whichall age groups are susceptible. A number of research findings have shown that COVID-19 is associated with dysbiosis, leading to thedevelopment of local and systemic pathologies. It was found that the use of probiotics in the complex therapy of patients with COVID-19 reduces the severity of the disease and the development of complications. According to the researchers, several mechanisms couldexplain the therapeutic effect of probiotics, including the ability to suppress pro-inflammatory cytokine formation and modulate thefunctional activity of the immune system. In Russia, probiotics in the treatment of COVID-19 patients are only used to correct diarrhea,while literature suggests that probiotics have much greater therapeutic potential. Introducing oral bacterial therapy into the treatmentand rehabilitation of COVID-19 patients requires further clinical trials.

    Abstract The understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of the wound process deepened with the development of science. The technological base that was creating has enabled to serve the clinical needs of tissue repair. These factors, combined with the growing need for healing of infected and chronic wounds, have led to the expansion of the market for wound dressings materials supplies. In this connection, there is a need to generalize and update information about new types of dressings. This review provides an up-to-date understanding of the wound process: cellular and signaling mechanisms of repair, characteristics of the optimal microclimate of the wound bed, morphofunctional re-arrangements of tissues during the healing process. Based on these data, the requirements for the modern wound dressings are formulated. Existing wound dressings have been classified as interacting with body tissue. The bio-functional characteristics of the synthetic and natural polymers used in the dressing are described, including their effect on regenerative processes. A classification of the active medicinal ingredients used in the manufacture of dressings is given, the characteristics of their use on the background of the pathological wound process are considered.

    Abstract From the biomedicine point of, view ageing is a natural process, characterized by a gradual decrease in the physiological integrity and adaptive abilities of the body, leading to a violation of its functions and an increase in the risk of death with age. Demographic aging of the population is a serious socio-economic problem, both in Russia and around the world. The main cellular and molecular signs of aging include genome instability, telomere shortening, epigenetic alterations, impaired proteostasis, impaired nutrient recognition, mitochondrial dysfunction, cellular aging, the stem cell pool depletion and changes in intercellular interaction, extracellular matrix rigidity, as well as activation of retrotransposons and chronic inflammation. For these reasons, in modern healthcare, preventing premature aging and treating age-related diseases is becoming a priority task. This review presents modern approaches to the quantitative assessment of the aging process using aging biomarkers as functional parameters reflecting the biological organism age at the molecular, cellular, and organismal levels. This work also considers the actual non-drug and drug interventions allowing to slow down the development of age-associated pathological processes, allowing you to increase the quality and duration of life.
