Abstract Industry progressed significantly day by day, especially in digital era. Indonesia doesn’t escape this loop especially with their cultured habit and the way they consume trusted product. This time Indomie shines again as the product looked by everyone due to their flashy new product named Indomie Ice Cream. Indomie Ice Cream and the Ice Cream’s sweetened clashed each other, yet people in Twitter still so eager to buy it and taste it themselves. With SWOT analysis, this research shows how Indomie makes an advanced impact through opportunities even though the type of product isn’t dominantly loved by people like regular Indomie or regular ice cream.

Abstract Blind consumption discovered in the real application of flooring does not produce the visually anticipated impression, leading to additional time costs and stone flooring waste. Consumers cannot clearly articulate their visual imaging needs when purchasing stone flooring. Due to consumers’ lack of understanding of the visual imagery style of decorative stone flooring, manufacturers are unable to produce more visual styles of stone flooring in response to consumer demand, which leads to an unorganized production process and the wasting of stone resources. Additionally, manufacturers are unable to receive feedback on market demand, which makes communication links between sales teams difficult. A total of 40 adjectives were considered the most appropriate in a pool of 110 adjectives for the visual imagery evaluation of stone after ten interior design professionals with experience in decorative stone applications had narrowed the selection. Following this, a general consumer semantic difference method questionnaire survey and questionnaire data factor analysis statistics were used to create 10 sets of visual imagery adjectives for marble flooring, which were then divided into 10 different types of marble flooring. Following the computer simulation drawing with the 10 groups of visual imagery adjectives design questionnaire, the consumers completed the visual imagery evaluation questionnaire survey. They received a 304-question valid questionnaire, and using the triangular fuzzy number operation in fuzzy theory, they arrived at 10 marble floors in the visual imagery evaluation score. In order to clarify the current consumer demand for stone floor imagery, the high sales volume of stone flooring on the market for visual style division, which can guide consumers according to their visual needs for an efficient choice, can enhance the efficiency of communication between consumers and sellers. It can also help enterprises clarify the market consumer demand for orderly production to achieve the purpose of green ...

Abstract Abstract Time crystals are many-body states that spontaneously break translation symmetry in time the way that ordinary crystals do in space. While experimental observations have confirmed the existence of discrete or continuous time crystals, these realizations have relied on the utilization of periodic forces or effective modulation through cavity feedback. The original proposal for time crystals is that they would represent self-sustained motions without any external periodicity, but realizing such purely self-generated behavior has not yet been achieved. Here, we provide theoretical and experimental evidence that many-body interactions can give rise to an inherent time crystalline phase. Following a calculation that shows an ensemble of pumped four-level atoms can spontaneously break continuous time translation symmetry, we observe periodic motions in an erbium-doped solid. The inherent time crystal produced by our experiment is self-protected by many-body interactions and has a measured coherence time beyond that of individual erbium ions.

Abstract Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of trigonal botulinum toxin A (BTX-A) injections for children with neurological detrusor overactivity (NDO) secondary to spinal cord injury (SCI).
Methods: From February 2012 to December 2018, children with NDO secondary to SCI were enrolled. All patients received 200U BTX-A intradetrusor injections including the trigone. Videourodynamic study was performed at baseline and 12 weeks after injection. The primary outcome measures were the presence of vesicoureteral reflux and standardized urodynamic measures. Secondary outcomes included incontinence quality of life questionnaire (I-QoL), voiding volume, urinary incontinence episodes, and complete dryness.
Results: A total of 33 pediatric inpatients (28 male and 5 female) completed the study. No one developed VUR at week 0 or week 12. At the first instance of NDO, maximum detrusor pressure (PdetmaxFNDO) and NDO duration were reduced by 29.8% and 31.8%, respectively, whereas NDO volume (VFNDO) increased by 50.5%,12 weeks after injection. Mean urinary incontinence episodes were reduced by 31.7%, whereas voiding volume and I-QOL were increased by 52.9% and 23.3%. 3 patients reported mild transient hematuria during the first week after injection.
Conclusions: Our results suggest that the use of bladder-trigone-including intradetrusor BTX-A injection does not induce VUR, and is safe and effective in children with NDO secondary to SCI.
Type of study: A prospective self-controlled trial LEVEL OF EVIDENCE: Level II.

Abstract Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a global disease that is closely associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and cardiovascular disease. Excessive fat accumulation, fatty degeneration, and chronic inflammation of the liver activate the progression of NAFLD from simple steatosis to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and further to liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. The underlying mechanism for the development and progression of NAFLD is complex and a multiple-hit hypothesis including dietary, environmental, genetic, and epigenetic factors has been raised. Increased de novo lipogenesis, decreased lipolysis, and insulin resistance are associated with the development of NAFLD. Currently, no effective drug therapies are approved for the treatment of NAFLD. Several medicinal mushrooms have been found to have significant weight control and gut microbe modulation activities and antihypertriglyceridemic, antihyperglycemic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects, which may be useful to prevent and attenuate the development and progression of NAFLD. These beneficial effects are associated with mushrooms' bioactive components, such as polysaccharides, dietary fibers, antioxidants, and other compounds derived from fruiting bodies, cultured mycelium, and/or broth of medicinal mushrooms. This article presents an overview of multiple aspects of NAFLD, including the epidemiology, pathogenesis, management, and treatment. The bioactive components and possible activities of medicinal mushrooms in alleviating the pathogenesis of NAFLD are also reviewed.

Abstract The aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT) belong to the bHLH-PAS (basic Helix–Loop–Helix–Period/ARNT/Single-minded) family of transcription factors, which participate in the sensing and transmitting stimuli of exogenous and endogenous chemical substances, and subsequently activates genes transcription involved in various detoxification and physiological functions. However, they have not been identified in Dendroctonus armandi, and their roles in the detoxification metabolism are unclear. In the present study, AhR and ARNT of D. armandi were characterized. Spatiotemporal expression profiling indicated that DaAhR and DaARNT were highly expressed in the adult and larval stages of D. armandi and mainly expressed in the midgut and Malpighian tubules of adults. Additionally, the expression of DaAhR and DaARNT significantly increased after exposure to (−)--pinene, (+)-3-carene, and (±)-limonene. Silencing DaAhR and DaARNT increased the susceptibility of D. armandi to (−)--pinene, (+)-3-carene, and (±)-limonene, and the activities of detoxification enzyme were also remarkably reduced. Moreover, DaCYP6DF1 and DaGSTs2 were significantly down-regulated after injections of dsAhR and dsARNT in the male and female adults, with the expression of DaCYP6DF1 decreasing by higher than 70%. The present study revealed that the transcription factors AhR and ARNT of D. armandi were induced by terpenoids and participated in the regulation of DaCYP6DF 1 expression, which was associated with D. armandi ’s susceptibility to (−)--pinene and (±)-limonene. These results may provide a theoretical basis for the integrated control of D. armandi and improve our comprehension of insect toxicology.

Abstract Objective To explore the impact of the COVID-19 on the distribution, type and patterns of diseases in hospitalised children under local antiepidemic measures.Design Retrospective chart review.Setting Electronic medical records of patients hospitalised in the paediatric department of a tertiary hospital in South China from 21 January 2019 to 20 January 2021.Participants Records of 2139 patients.Outcome measures Data were analysed before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Disease characteristics were analysed based on the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems. Features of the length of hospital stay were investigated. Categorical variables involving more than three groups were analysed using an overall χ2 test, followed by pairwise comparisons. Results During the COVID-19 outbreak period, paediatric hospitalisation was reduced by 29.6%, from 1255 to 884. The proportions of infection-related diseases (36.3% (455 cases) vs 20.8% (184 cases)), respiratory system-related diseases (22.5% (283 cases) vs 9.4% (83 cases)); and endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases (17.1% (214 cases) vs 9.2% (81 cases)) decreased significantly, whereas that of musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases increased from 11.0% (138 cases) to 20.1% (178 cases), thereby becoming the most common reason for hospitalisation. The proportions of diseases of the nervous system (12.4% (156 cases) to 18.8% (166 cases)) and mental and behavioural disorders (0.2% (3 cases) to 2.1% (19 cases)) increased significantly. The average length of hospital stay increased after the outbreak (7.57±6.53 vs 8.36±6.87).Conclusion The number of hospitalisation cases decreased during the COVID-19 period. The prominent decreases in hospitalisation associated with infections and respiratory system diseases were likely attributed to the improved epidemic prevention work, enhancement of people’s health awareness and fear of possible exposure to COVID-19.
