Abstract BACKGROUND Zircon is an important refractory mineral that is ubiquitous in most magmatic, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks. It can provide robust U-Pb age(s) for most geologic processes. The trace elements in zircon are of great importance in the interpretation of zircon U-Pb age and relevant geological significance. Commonly, the trace elements abundance in zircon is analyzed by mass spectrometry methods, such as laser ablation inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS), sensitive high-resolution ion microprobe (SHRIMP) and others, which usually require a large spot diameter (10-50μm). Electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA) is capable of conducting elemental quantitative analyses at micro scales (< 5μm) with relatively high spatial resolution and analytical accuracy/precision. Under appropriate analytical condition settings, the detection limit (D.L.) and analytical uncertainty (standard deviation) of EPMA can be comparable to other high-sensitive methods (e.g. LA-ICP-MS) with only a small difference of one order of magnitude. Besides, EPMA is an accessible instrument in most facilities and is much cheaper and efficient than other techniques. Hafnium is an important trace element in zircon that often substitutes the zirconium ion, since they possess almost the same effective ionic radius in the eightfold coordination, and the zircon has a complete solid solution with the hafnon (HfSiO4). The Hf abundance in zircon is of importance in the zircon U-Pb age interpretation, and so is the Zr/Hf ratio—it commonly relates with magmatic differentiation: the higher Hf or lower Zr/Hf ratio domain is indicative of zircon growth from a more fractionated melt. Besides, the Hf-related geochemistry is also informative of certain tectonic settings, in which zircon formed. Titanium is an important temperature sensor in zircon that can be utilized in the crystallization temperature estimate. The Ti cation prefers to substitute Si in the four-fold coordination instead of replacing the eightfold Zr in the zircon ...

Abstract The application of 3D reconstruction technology in building images has been a novel research direction. In such scenes, the reconstruction with proper building details remains challenging. To deal with this issue, I propose a KD-tree and random sample consensus-based 3D reconstruction model for 2D building images. Specifically, the improved KD-tree algorithm with the random sampling consistency algorithm has a better matching rate for the two-dimensional image data extraction of the stadium scene. The number of discrete areas in the stadium scene increases with the increase in the number of images. The sparse 3D models can be transformed into dense 3D models to some extent using the screening method. In addition, we carry out some simulation experiments to assess the performance of the proposed algorithm in this paper in terms of stadium scenes. The results reflect that the error of the proposal is significantly lower than that of the comparison algorithms. Therefore, it is proven that the proposal can be well-suitable for 3D reconstruction in building images.

Abstract A deep architecture for enhancing students' action recognition is proposed to improve preschool education. This paper seamlessly combines the teaching objectives, teaching scope, teaching implementation, and breeding evaluation status of preschool breeding practice theory. We attempt to solve the problem of effective preschool teaching, based on which we propose the simple adaptation strategies. We further evaluate the practice of preschool breeding and its effectiveness. In this way, civilized and high-quality preschool talents will be cultivated, and preschool educational experiences will be promoted. In the method of promoting the preschool culture of weak-aged children, owing to the problem that the traditional action recognition algorithm can indicate the specific students' actions, an action recognition method based on the combination of deep integration and human skeleton representation is proposed. First, the connected spatial locations and constraints are fed into a long-short-specified recall (LSTM) mode with a spatially and temporally aware algorithm which is designed to obtain spatiotemporal feature and highly separable deep joint features. Afterward, a new mechanism is introduced to resolve keyframes as well as the joints. Finally, based on the two-stream deep architecture, the effective discrimination of similar actions is achieved by integrating the color and shape features into the skeleton features by designing the deep model. Extensive experiments have demonstrated that, compared with the mainstream algorithms, this method can effectively distinguish students' action types in the classroom of homogeneous preschool children. Thus, we can substantially improve the efficiency of preschool teaching.

Abstract The front part of the eye is exposed to the surface of the body, making it susceptible to injury. Blunt eye injuries often destroy the tissue structure in the anterior part of the eye. Often there is detachment of the iris root, separation of the ciliary body, the angle of retraction of the chamber, and complete dislocation or subluxation of the lens. Ordinary ocular ultrasound can penetrate into opaque tissue, but because of its low resolution, it can only show its outline, which is still very small for doctors in assisting diagnosis. Ultrasonic biomicroscopy is a very real-time analysis, will not be affected by the refraction space, and has great application value for ocular trauma. Based on this, this article proposes the ultrasound biomicroscope diagnosis analysis and fine nursing research of traumatic anterior chamber injury based on intelligent virtual reality technology. This article describes literature methods, experimental analysis methods, and other methods, in-depth study of the causes of traumatic anterior injuries, ultrasound biomicroscopy, and other theoretical knowledge, ultrasound biomicroscopy and microcontrol experiments for traumatic anterior injury design, and finally the causes of eye damage. This study compares the pairing results of ultrasound biomicroscopy biological measurements, analyzes the relationship between anterior bleeding level and anterior ocular injury, and analyzes the outcome and extent of service ophthalmology. The angle retreat accounted for 52.17% in grade I, 72.22% in grade II, and 60% in grade III. Anterior bleeding can cause single or complex iris root detachment, iris root detachment, ciliary body detachment, and angular leakage. The more the bleeding, the more serious the eye damage.

Abstract Background: Duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection (DPPHR) is the choice of surgery for benign or low-grade malignant tumors of the pancreatic head. Laparoscopic DPPHR (LDPPHR) procedure can be improved by preoperative 3D model reconstruction and the use of intravenous indocyanine green fluorescent before surgery for real-time navigation with fluorescent display to guide the surgical dissection and prevention of from injury to vessels and biliary tract.
Case summary: Here we report the successful short- and long-term outcomes after one year following LDPPHR for a 60-year lady who had an uneventful recovery and was discharged home one week after the surgery.
Conclusion: There was no bile leakage or pancreatic leakage or delayed gastric emptying. The histopathology report showed multiple cysts in the pancreatic head and localized pancreatic intraepithelial tumor lesions. The resected margin was free of tumor.

Abstract Soil erosion is a key problem of erosion in Pisha sandstone areas, and microbially induced calcium carbonate deposition is a bioconsolidation technique with soil improvement potential. There is more limited information available on the uniformity of the distribution of microbially induced calcium carbonate precipitation mediated by Pisha sandstone grains and on the influence of mineral composition on calcium carbonate bonding mechanisms. In this study, the curing mechanism of Pisha sandstone particles under the microbially induced calcium carbonate deposition technique was investigated by unconfined compressive strength tests, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the self-adsorption biphasic injection method was effective in regulating the homogeneous distribution of microorganisms, and the addition of an additive solvent promoted the homogeneous distribution of bacteria, but the contribution to the mechanical properties was not obvious when urea was used as an additive solvent. The analysis revealed that montmorillonite on the surface of Pisha sandstone particles had an adsorption effect on the bacteria. In addition, the microorganisms induced the transformation of the montmorillonite phase to the illite phase during the biological treatment. Combined Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis revealed that the CO bond in biogenic calcium carbonate, the SiO bond in Pisha sandstone particles, undergoes intermolecular hydrogen bonding under the modulating effect of the metabolites of microorganisms, and the anionic coordinating group of the extracellular polymer can form a stronger electrostatic interaction with calcium ions, requiring more energy for decomposition. This work provides a case study of microbially induced calcite deposition to improve loose Pisha sandstone, and at the same time, it is not difficult to see how Pisha sandstone particles, as weakly cemented sands, could be a suitable vehicle for a potential microbial consolidation process.

Abstract Dropout is attracting intensive research interest in deep learning as an efficient approach to prevent overfitting. Recently incorporating structural information when deciding which units to drop out produced promising results comparing to methods that ignore the structural information. However, a major issue of the existing work is that it failed to differentiate among instances when constructing the dropout architecture. This can be a significant deficiency for many applications. To solve this issue, we propose Constructivism learning for instance-dependent Dropout Architecture (CODA), which is inspired from a philosophical theory, constructivism learning. Specially, based on the theory we have designed a better drop out technique, Uniform Process Mixture Models, using a Bayesian nonparametric method Uniform process. We have evaluated our proposed method on 5 real-world datasets and compared the performance with other state-of-the-art dropout techniques. The experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of CODA.

Abstract Dependent Dirichlet processes (DDP) have been widely applied to model data from distributions over collections of measures which are correlated in some way. On the other hand, in recent years, increasing research efforts in machine learning and data mining have been dedicated to dealing with data involving interactions from two or more factors. However, few researchers have addressed the heterogeneous relationship in data brought by modulation of multiple factors using techniques of DDP. In this paper, we propose a novel technique, MultiLinear Dirichlet Processes (MLDP), to constructing DDPs by combining DP with a state-of-the-art factor analysis technique, multilinear factor analyzers (MLFA). We have evaluated MLDP on real-word data sets for different applications and have achieved state-of-the-art performance.
