Abstract Dynamic service-oriented environments (SOEs) are characterised by a large number of heterogeneous service components that are expected to support the business as a whole. The present work provides a negotiation-based approach to facilitate automated and multi-level service-level management in an SOE, where each component autonomously arranges its contribution to the whole operational goals. Evaluation experiments have shown an increased responsiveness and stability of an SOE in case of changes

Abstract Background: The intensive care unit (ICU) is a specialized hospital department. Awake patients in the ICU frequently encounter adverse psychological states, such as anxiety and fear, often accompanied by poor sleep quality. This situation has garnered significant attention within the medical community.
Aim: To investigate the impact of prospective nursing intervention strategies on the sleep quality and negative emotional state of conscious ICU patients.
Methods: One hundred and twenty ICU awake patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control (
Results: Patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group. The GAD-7 and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of sleep improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group. After treatment, the PSQI scores of the two groups significantly decreased (
Conclusion: Prospective nursing interventions can improve sleep quality and psychological levels and significantly affect conscious patients in the ICU, which is worthy of clinical application.

Abstract Macrophages are immune cells in the TME that can not only inhibit angiogenesis, extracellular matrix remodeling, cancer cell proliferation, and metastasis but also mediate the phagocytosis and killing of cancer cells after activation, making them key targets in anti-tumor immunotherapy. However, there is little research on macrophages and their relation to disease prognosis in HNSCC. Initially, we collected scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, and clinical data. Subsequently, we identified macrophages and distinguished MRGs. Using the K-means algorithm, we performed consensus unsupervised clustering. Next, we used ssGSEA analysis to assess immune cell infiltration in MRG clusters. A risk model was established using multivariate Cox analysis. Then, Kaplan-Meier, ROC curves, univariate and multivariate COX analyses, and C-index was used to validate the predictive power of the signature. The TIDE method was applied to assess the response to immunotherapy in patients diagnosed with HNSCC. In addition, drug susceptibility predictions were made for the GDSC database using the calcPhenotype function. We found that 8 MRGs had prognostic potential. Patients in the MRG group A had a higher probability of survival, and MRG clusters A and B had different characteristics. Cluster A had a higher degree of expression and infiltration in MRG, indicating a closer relationship with MRG. The accuracy of the signature was validated using univariate and multivariate Cox analysis, C-index, and nomogram. Immune landscape analysis found that various immune functions were highly expressed in the low-risk group, indicating an improved response to immunotherapy. Finally, drugs with high sensitivity to HNSCC (such as 5-Fluorouracil, Temozolomide, Carmustine, and EPZ5676) were explored and analyze the malignant characteristics of HNSCC. We constructed a prognostic model using multivariate Cox analysis, consisting of 8 MRGs (TGM2, STC1, SH2D3C, PIK3R3, MAP3K8, ITGA5, ARHGAP4, and AQP1). Patients in the low-risk group may have a higher response to immunotherapy. The more prominent drugs for drug selection are 5-fluorouracil, temozolomide and so on. Malignant features associated with HNSCC include angiogenesis, EMT, and the cell cycle. This study has opened up new prospects for the prognosis, prediction, and clinical treatment strategy of HNSCC.

Abstract To determine whether health status during pregnancy is associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and abnormal head circumference (HC) in the offspring. This study included 41 Han children with ASD who visited the Children's Health Clinic of the Second Hospital of Shandong University between March 2018 and February 2019, and 264 Han children with typical development (TD) who visited the clinic during the same period. Physical measurements were performed on the children. The questionnaire obtained information on maternal risk factors that may be related to the increased risk of ASD and folic acid (FA) supplementation. We designed an observational case-control study using propensity score matching and multivariate logistic regression analysis. The incidence of macrocephaly in the ASD group was 22.0%, significantly higher than that in the TD group (1.8%). The incidence of microcephaly in the ASD group was 17.1% (n = 7), significantly higher than that in the TD group (1.8%). The differences between the comparisons were statistically significant. Maternal FA supplementation during pregnancy was significantly associated with ASD (P < .05), with an odds ratio (95% confidence interval of 3.69 (1.76, 7.76)). Also was associated with macrocephaly (P < .05), odds ratio (95% confidence interval) were 8.13 (1.63, 40.61) and 4.16 (1.18, 14.60), respectively. The incidence of abnormal HC was higher in the ASD group than that in the TD group. Maternal FA supplementation during pregnancy may be negatively associated with the occurrence of ASD and abnormal HC in the offspring. Further examination of the role of maternal health status in the etiology of ASD is recommended.

Abstract In this manuscript, based on nonlinear multi-agent systems (MASs) with full state constraints and considering security control problem under false data injection (FDI) attacks, the fixed-time formation control (FTFC) protocol was designed, which can ensure that all agents follow the required protocol within a fixed time. Fuzzy logic system (FLS) was used to compensate and approximate the uncertain function, which improved safety and robustness of the formation process. Finally, the fixed-time theory and Lyapunov stability theory were addressed to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method, and simulation examples verified the effectiveness of the theory.
