Abstract This article focuses on the asymptotic and transient behavior of a food chain model with vigilance in the biparameter spaces. Firstly, the local asymptotic stability conditions of the positive equilibrium point are obtained. Then, the transient dynamical behavior of the positive equilibrium point is analyzed based on eight parameters. Using numerical simulation, the stable regions of the model with single and double parameters are plotted, as well as the value changes of resilience, reactivity, and amplification envelope within the stable regions. The results show that the coexistence equilibrium point is always reactive, and the corresponding parameter ranges for system stability are large, but the resilience values are small. The vigilance parameter of the middle- and lower-level organisms has the greatest impact on the system’s resilience and reactivity, and the lowest vigilance corresponds to the maximum resilience and reactivity. Our results provide important references for effective management and protection of wild animal populations by the potential for transient amplification, disturbance growth time, and amplitude.

Abstract The widespread use of Internet technology has changed people’s traditional life mode and created a new market transaction mode, namely, e-commerce platform. The Internet of Things can carry out real-time monitoring and management of any product in e-commerce and not only can realize information sharing in commercial activities but also can play a greater role in the protection of personal and enterprise information security. In this context, the efficiency and low cost of information flow, cash flow, logistics, and human resources among enterprises are particularly important. The Internet of Things technology is a means to effectively improve and optimize the operation mode of the supply chain. This paper analyzes the status of traditional supply chain management, which discusses the development of a supply chain management based on the Internet of Things technology. Finally, this paper analyzes how to realize the optimization strategy of e-commerce supply chain management based on the Internet of Things technology, which provides strong support for the informatization of e-commerce supply chain management. Through the application of the Internet of Things technology, small- and medium-sized enterprises can optimize the workflow and circulation links of the e-commerce supply chain management, enhance the matching level of product value and information transmission, improve the supply chain operation mechanism, and increase economic benefits.

Abstract Abstract Previous studies have shown that metabolites play an important role in phenotypic regulation. However, the causal relationship between metabolites and multiple myeloma has not been adequately investigated. Here, we attempt to explore the causal effects of genetically determined blood metabolites on multiple myeloma. The large-scale public blood metabolites and multiple myeloma datasets from independently published genome-wide association studies (GWAS) were used to explore the causal relationship between each genetically determined blood metabolite and multiple myeloma through inverse variance weighted (IVW), weighted median, MR-Egger and mode-based estimation methods. Sensitivity tests were performed to evaluate the stability and reliability of the results by MR-Egger regression and leave-one-out methods. Metabolic pathway analysis was further explored using filtered data. Statistical analyses were all performed in R. Among 452 metabolites, ten known metabolites and three unknown metabolites had significant causal relationship with multiple myeloma (P < 0.05). Four known metabolites, 3-methyl-2-oxovalenate, oxidized bilirubin, isovalerylcarnitine and glutamine carnitine, reached statistical significance in IVW models. Metabolic pathways analysis identified four significant pathways. The occurrence of multiple myeloma may have a causal relationship with these four metabolites, and there are four metabolic pathways that are also related to the occurrence of multiple myeloma. This can provide new ideas for exploring early screening and treatment of multiple myeloma.

Abstract Traumatophora triscalpta (Martens, 1875) is reported for the first time from the Tianmushan Mountains, Zhejiang Province, and its morpho-anatomy is described based on this new material. The genus Traumatophora is redefined on the basis of both shell and genital anatomy of its type species. The presence of the dart apparatus suggests this genus belongs to the subfamily Bradybaeninae rather than to the Camaeninae. This genus is distinguished from all other Chinese bradybaenine genera by the combination of the following key morphological characteristics: embryonic shell smooth, palatal teeth present, dart sac tiny with rounded proximal accessory sac that opens into a dart sac chamber, mucous glands well developed, entering an accessory sac through a papilla, epiphallic papilla absent, flagellum present. A comparison is also presented of Chinese bradybaenine genera with known terminal genitalia.

Abstract Aiming at the problems of backward calibration method of smoke alarm, low production efficiency and difficult real-time monitoring, a digital twin system modeling and monitoring method of smoke alarm calibration is proposed. First, through the analysis of smoke alarm calibration requirements, the overall framework design of the digital twin calibration system for smoke alarm is proposed, and then the twin model of smoke box is constructed by running the digital twin five-dimensional model. The physical smoke box, geometric model, physical model, rule model and behavior model are introduced in detail; Then the communication system architecture, data acquisition and data mapping are used to construct the twin data model; Finally, the feasibility was verified by the calibration system of an enterprise. Through the system, the qualified rate of smoke alarm calibration was increased from 98 to 99.6%, and the repair rate of defective products was reduced by 1.6%.

Abstract Determining crustal stress is crucial in the design and construction of underground engineering projects, particularly in fault fracture zones. This paper aims to identify the characteristic factors that influence the crustal stress of faults, including the difference in deformation characteristics between faults and ordinary formations (expressed by the elastic modulus ratio E r / E f ), the degree of fault fragmentation P , and the angle α between fault tendency and the principal stress direction. Numerical simulations are conducted to investigate the impact of these three factors on the magnitude and direction of the principal stress. Additionally, measured stress values from a specific tunnel are analyzed to validate the findings. The results demonstrate the crucial role of α in determining the increase or decrease of principal stress and the direction of the offset. When α is less than 45°, σ 1 and σ 3 within the fault experience an increase, while σ 1 and σ 3 in the ordinary surrounding rock area near the fault exhibit a slight decrease. Moreover, the σ 1 direction inside the fault deviates towards the parallel fault, whereas σ 1 near the outside slightly deviates towards the vertical fault. Conversely, when α is greater than 45°, the trend of principal stress is reversed. E r / E f affects the magnitude of the principal stress change, with larger values resulting in more pronounced changes. P only affects the stress distribution inside the fault.

Abstract Abstract As a vital mode in which teachers can participate in university management, voice behavior is an important way of enhancing the efficiency of organizational decision-making, promoting democratic management, and facilitating sustainable development in universities. Although previous studies have confirmed the positive impact of inclusive leadership on employees' voice behavior, the mechanism underlying this effect remains unclear. Therefore, based on the cognitive-affective system theory of personality, this study aims to examine the mediating effects of psychological empowerment and organizational identification on the relationship between inclusive leadership and voice behavior among university teachers. A total of 517 valid questionnaires were administered to university teachers in mainland China using a convenience sampling approach. Structural equation modeling and bootstrap testing were used to analyze the data, and the results reveal that inclusive leadership is positively related to teachers’ promotive and prohibitive voice behavior. This relationship is mediated by psychological empowerment and organizational identification, in which context a partial mediating effect is observed in the relationship between inclusive leadership and promotive voice and a full mediating effect is observed in the relationship between inclusive leadership and prohibitive voice. These findings can enrich the extant research on the impact of inclusive leadership in the field of higher education to a certain extent. Moreover, they provide a new perspective that can support an in-depth analysis of the mechanism underlying the effect of inclusive leadership and generate valuable practical insights into ways of stimulating voice behavior among university teachers.
