Abstract In today's fast-paced world, social media marketing is crucial for businesses. However, many Saudi Arabian organizations need more skills and resources to use this strategy effectively. This article outlines organizations' top issues when adopting social media marketing and provides valuable insights into how to overcome them. After conducting an extensive literature review and consulting with experts from various sectors, 19 critical issues hindering social media marketing adoption in Saudi Arabian organizations were identified. The study employed the DEMATEL approach to analyze these issues and determine their impact level and cause-effect relationships. The study found that customer support, platform trust, secure data sharing, and perceived value significantly impact a business's social media marketing success. By addressing challenges like customer support, platform trust, and perceived value, businesses can enhance their social media marketing success and promote themselves globally by attracting and retaining customers through their social media presence. The insights gained from this research offer valuable guidance for Saudi Arabian organizations looking to refine their social media marketing strategies. To overcome the challenges hindering the adoption of social media marketing, businesses must address the "cause" and "effect" category issues. By adopting a formal and pragmatic approach, Saudi Arabian organizations can achieve sustainable growth and promote themselves to a global audience.

Abstract Increased amount of greenhouse gases (GHG) in the atmosphere will cause climate change that will adversely impact crop production especially in the arid and semi-arid regions of the developing countries. Development and implementation of field level adaptations measures to cope up with climate change are necessary to the farmers whose livelihood depends on crop-based income. Crop simulation models that incorporate soil-crop-climate processes of plant growth and that are sensitive to climate change factors can be used to quantify impact of climate change on crop production and evaluating and prioritizing adaptation measures at farm level. This paper analyses the impacts of climate change and plau-sible agronomic, land and water management and genetic adaptations options for the major crops of the semi-arid tropical region with examples from selected sites in India and other developing countries. The crop models need to be linked to the improved pest, disease and weed models to analyze and predict yield losses, especially those due to climate change. The simulation models also need to incorporate the impact of extreme weather events on crop production that is projected to increase with climate change.

Titelübersetzung Extraction d’une canine : une complication extrême d’une contention mandibulaire linguale fixe
Abstract Introduction: The use of fixed retainers at the end of a course of orthodontic treatment has become standard practice. The main complication that can occur with fixed retainers is the detachment of the wire from one or more teeth. A less common complication is unwanted tooth movement.
Method: This article presents a patient with extreme tooth movement associated with a mandibular fixed retainer. Ten years after orthodontic treatment, a 26-year-old male sought treatment for post-orthodontic movement of the mandibular anterior six teeth. Despite the fixed retainer still being attached to all teeth, the apex of the right canine was completed avulsed labially. Severe labial recession was also present on the left lateral incisor. The canine was extracted, and the fixed retainer was removed. Significant root resorption identified on a panoramic radiograph contraindicated any further extensive orthodontic intervention.
Discussion: This case highlights that clinicians and patients should be aware of this rare but serious complication.
