Abstract According to the report from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection exceeded 1.2 million individuals by the year 2022, with an annual increase of about 80000 cases. The overall prevalence of hepatitis B surface antigen among individuals co-infected with HIV reached 13.7%, almost twice the rate of the general population in China. In addition to the well-documented susceptibility to opportunistic infections and new malignancies, HIV infected patients frequently experience liver-related organ damage, with the liver and kidneys being the most commonly affected. This often leads to the development of end-stage liver and kidney diseases. Therefore, organ transplantation has emerged as an important part of active treatment for HIV infected patients. However, the curative effect is not satisfactory. HIV infection has been considered a contraindication for organ transplantation. Until the emergence of highly active anti-retroviral therapy in 1996, the once intractable replication of retrovirus was effectively inhibited. With prolonged survival, the failure of important organs has become the main cause of death among HIV patients. Therefore, transplant centers worldwide have resumed exploration of organ transplantation for HIV-infected individuals and reached a positive conclusion. This study provides an overview of the current landscape of HIV-positive patients receiving liver transplantation (LT) in mainland China. To date, our transplant center has conducted LT for eight end-stage liver disease patients co-infected with HIV, and all but one, who died two months postoperatively due to sepsis and progressive multi-organ failure, have survived. Comparative analysis with hepatitis B virus-infected patients during the same period revealed no statistically significant differences in acute rejection reactions, cytomegalovirus infection, bacteremia, pulmonary infections, acute kidney injury, new-onset cancers, or vascular and biliary complications.

Abstract In this article, we discuss the question of whether P equals NP, we do not follow the line of research of many researchers, which is to try to find such a problem Q, and the problem Q belongs to the class of $\mathcal{NP}$-complete, if the problem Q is proved to belong to $\mathcal{P}$, then $\mathcal{P}$ and $\mathcal{NP}$ are the same, if the problem Q is proved not to belong to $\mathcal{P}$, then $\mathcal{P}$ and $\mathcal{NP}$ are separated. Our research strategy in this article: Select a problem S of $\mathcal{EXP}$-complete and reduce it to a problem of $\mathcal{NP}$ in polynomial time, then S belongs to $\mathcal{NP}$, so $\mathcal{EXP} = \mathcal{NP}$, and then from the well-known $\mathcal{P} \neq \mathcal{EXP}$, derive $\mathcal{P} \neq \mathcal{NP}$.

Comment: Correct some mistakes in the article: 1. It is more appropriate to modify "instance Q" and "instance S" in the abstract as "problem Q" and "problem S" respectively. 2. "$\sqcup$" is the "quasiblanks" in Theorem 3.8 proof should be modified to "$\sqcup$" is the "pseudo-blank symbol"

Abstract In this paper, we reviewed the history of the registration and classification changes of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) since the establishment of China's drug regulatory agency, and put forward relevant suggestions. Although China's drug regulatory agency has gone through 22 years, the whole regulatory system was gradually built on the basis of the generic pharmaceutical industry at that time and through continuous exploration and summary of simply experience from foreign regulatory agencies. To a certain extent, the supervision of TCM drugs was also affected by some immature supervision ideas during this period. Based on the newly issued Drug Administration Law and Provisions for Drug Registration, the author puts forward some personal thoughts on the classifications of TCM drug registration. It is hoped that experts in the industry and regulatory agencies will work together to explore and improve the relevant system of TCM registration administration.

Abstract Thoracic duct is the longest lymphatic duct in the human body and plays an important role in maintaining normal metabolism and immune function. Chylothorax is a rare complication after esophageal surgery, which is caused by the injury of the thoracic duct during esophagectomy, resulting in the accumulation of chyle in the pleural cavity. The etiology may be related to anatomical variation, patient's general condition, tumor stage, perioperative intervention and other factors. Preoperative and intraoperative preventive measures can reduce the incidence of chylothorax. Although the incidence rate is low, misdiagnosis or unsuccessful management can increase postoperative complications and lead to serious metabolic disorders and even death. Therefore, early diagnosis and intervention are of paramount importance. Diagnosis should be based on clinical manifestations, supplemented by laboratory and imaging studies. Currently, there is no standard for treatment, which mainly includes conservative treatment, interventional treatment, and surgical treatment. It is necessary to make a comprehensive judgment according to the actual situation and select the appropriate treatment method. In recent years, interventional technology could accurately localize the chylothorax, which is expected to play a more important role in the treatment of chylothorax. This article reviews the latest advances in the etiology, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of chylothorax after esophagectomy and provides a flow chart of treatment steps to effectively manage this complication.

Abstract Objective: We aimed to explore the heterogeneity of neurons in heart failure with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).
Methods: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data of patients with DCM and chronic heart failure and healthy samples from GSE183852 dataset were downloaded from NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus, in which neuron data were extracted for investigation. Cell clustering analysis, differential expression analysis, trajectory analysis, and cell communication analysis were performed, and highly expressed genes in neurons from patients were used to construct a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network and validated by GSE120895 dataset.
Results: Neurons were divided into six subclusters involved in various biological processes and each subcluster owned its specific cell communication pathways. Neurons were differentiated into two branches along the pseudotime, one of which was differentiated into mature neurons, whereas another tended to be involved in the immune and inflammation response. Genes exhibited branch-specific differential expression patterns. FLNA, ITGA6, ITGA1, and MDK interacted more with other gene-product proteins in the PPI network. The differential expression of FLNA between DCM and control was validated.
Conclusion: Neurons have significant heterogeneity in heart failure with DCM, and may be involved in the immune and inflammation response to heart failure.

Abstract Graph neural networks (GNNs) have demonstrated success in modeling relational data, especially for data that exhibits homophily: when a connection between nodes tends to imply that they belong to the same class. However, while this assumption is true in many relevant situations, there are important real-world scenarios that violate this assumption, and this has spurred research into improving GNNs for these cases. In this work, we propose Evolving Computation Graphs (ECGs), a novel method for enhancing GNNs on heterophilic datasets. Our approach builds on prior theoretical insights linking node degree, high homophily, and inter vs intra-class embedding similarity by rewiring the GNNs' computation graph towards adding edges that connect nodes that are likely to be in the same class. We utilise weaker classifiers to identify these edges, ultimately improving GNN performance on non-homophilic data as a result. We evaluate ECGs on a diverse set of recently-proposed heterophilous datasets and demonstrate improvements over the relevant baselines. ECG presents a simple, intuitive and elegant approach for improving GNN performance on heterophilic datasets without requiring prior domain knowledge.
